Squeegee Man Window & Gutter Cleaning

Was a "Big Deal" promoational through Angies List. Price was very good. Scheduled a date, did the job with no problems and left no mess behind. We were not home when it was done, so can't really provide much input on the person that did the service other than they did a good an thorough job.

They initially had equipment problems. Once resolved and we could be worked into their schedule, they did an excellent job. We were not home when the actual work was done; the house looked beautiful when we did arrive home. They were thorough with their cleaning. They did a fine job cleaning our gutters earlier in the year; I asked them if they could unplug our downspouts again which they willingly did at no additional charge. This is a fine company and we will definitely call them again.

The provider cleaned all gutters around my house. Some of the gutters are over 20 feet high. I assumed the provider was able to clean all gutters. The provider did not provide any details if they were not able to complete any of the service.

The company was very professional and responsive while providing the estimate and scheduling the work. They were willing to accommodate our request for an earlier appointment date.

We communicated via e-mail and they came and did the work and completely cleaned up after. This is the second time I have used these guys and will continue to do so.

Showed up on the agreed date and did the work. I wasn't home to observe the work but the debris clogged gutters are not overflowing anymore.

Arrived early. No problem. Removed debris from gutters. Clean up and attention to detail was lacking. I had to ask to have the face of the front of the house gutter cleaned. They did and it was about half a job. Run off from the cleaning (roof silt) was left be.hind in "globs". I will clean up myself. I do not want this crew back on my property. To say the least I was disappointed as I made this purchase of the Angies List email.

They pressure washed siding. They company was very responsive in scheduling the appointment. They were booked several weeks out, but we were not in a rush to get the work done.

These guys were great communicators and provided prompt professional service. I'll definitely call back when I need them again.

I bought the gutter cleaning special and had to pay $50 more due to the size of the house. Still an excellent deal. The crew arrived on time and worked quickly and were done in about an hour. Excellent service and great crew. Nighly recommend this company.

Excellent communication and service. Very professional. Crew arrived in marked truck and went right to work. The foreman came to the door and introduced himself. Squeegee Man is like the stealth bomber of gutter cleaning. In 20 minutes gutters were cleaned, bags of yucky leaves disappeared and absolutely no sign of gutter debris anywhere. Very happy.

Vendor unable to schedule work in a timely manner

Because this provider was highly rated on Angie's List, I called him and got his voice mail. I left him a message to call me. That was on a Wednesday. The following Tuesday, he called me. I was not able to take his call. He left me a voice mail message. He did not acknowledge that 6 days had elapsed since I had called him. There was no apology for taking so long to get back to me. I called him back, got his voice mail, and left a message that because he had taken so long to return my call, I contracted with another vendor. He did not respond to this voice mail message.

I purchased an $99 Angie's List coupon for a gutter cleaning I agreed to have done prior to selling the home. Fortunately, my house was small enough that service was provided at this price. Initially I had trouble getting scheduled in time for the closing but eventually we found a date that worked. The service was actually performed one day in advance, although I did not know it was going to be done that day until I got home and found an invoice. Hard to tell but I assume the work was done properly.

Provider was okay. His crew washed all of the windows, but forgot to re-attach some screens. Some windows still looked dirty to me, but when asked, the he said that it was because it was dirty inside. I was charged for the extra windows.

The work turned out fine. He was overbooked and indicated he would be able to get to us within 2-3 weeks and it turned out perfectly as we did not need to be there for the appointment.

He did a good job and was very professional.
