Squeegee Man Window & Gutter Cleaning

This company is unable to perform service until Jan 8, 2015 which is too far out for my needs.

Very professional team. The four gentlemen took ladders to each side of the house cleaning the gutters and roof, bagging all the debris. They were fast and efficient and cleaned up any leaves that fell around the house. Highly recommend and will be hiring them every Fall.

It was fine. They did what they were supposed to do. It was what we needed done.

I called them the day I purchased the Big Deal. They stated they would get back to me that evening and I haven't heard from them since. I am asking for a refund and moving on to another company.

His employees went through some drawers in a bedroom and stole money from the drawer. When I told the owner, he simply said that I was wrong. He took no responsibility. Even though I had been a customer of his for over 10 years. It also states that he is insured and bonded but HE IS NOT.

He showed up promptly, let me know he was there and what he'd be doing and did the job quickly and thoroughly.

They did a good job overall but a little disappointed with the cleanup.

It went well, the only thing was I didn't know about the screen surcharge (have gutter guards), but was only an extra $25 charge.

The gutters were full of leaves and sticks and water was overflowing in different places instead of going down the downspouts. I called Squeegee Man and now the gutters are clean and working properly. They were able to get to my house the week I called them.

We have a lot of trees in our yard and so the gutters were very full. it seemed as though the crew was only out working for a short while, which made me wonder. But, it has rained several times and the gutters do not spill over as they did previously.

Purchased one of the Angie's List Deals for $99. They had to add $75 because my gutters are high up (some are 40ft up, I think), plus I have more linear feet of gutter than the deal accommodated. They were prompt about notifying me of the upcharge as they said they've done several houses in my neighborhood and are familiar with the layouts. They were prompt and made quick work of it. Good experience overall.

I spoke to the owner and made arrangments to have his company come out and clean my gutters out for $99 which was the add in Angie's List. I had an issue with the gutter in the front of my house as when it rained the water was coming over the side of the gutter and running down the front of my house meaning the drain pipe was clogged. One of the employees came out on the day they said they would and cleaned the gutters. A day or two after they were out we had another hard rain and the same thing happened as the water came running down my house in the same spot. I called the company again and spoke to the owner and advised I was still having an issue. He said he would talk to his employee and get back to me. He called me the next day and said that the employee said all drains were clear. He said he would come out and check it for me and advised if the gutter was sagging in that spot that he would have to charge me to fix it. I agreed and he ended up coming out on a Sunday to check it out and found the drain that i suspected was clogged was in fact clogged. He cleaned it out and apologized that his employee had not checked it properly after cleaning the gutters out. Although his employee did not do the job right the first time the owner was prompt and came out and fixed the issue. I have no doubt that his employee received a stern talking to about doing jobs properly. All in all I was satisfied with this company, it just would have been nice to have it done right the first time.

Jeff arrived on time and pressure washed the entire home. I was VERY pleased with the results and will gladly use and refer him to others!
