Excellent communication, punctual in scheduling service and work done as promised. This was a special offer (99.00) on Angie's List, and we paid extra for additional square footage of house and garage.

Bought an an Angie's deal so it took a little while to get them out but he kept in communication which was great. Would recommend and use again.

These guys were awesome. Because of scheduling on my part, Jeff came out on a day that was raining. He did the job with such quality and integrity I also hired Squeegee Man to clean the gutters and wash the windows in and out. Again, just a super job by the team.

I bought the big deal from this company. They are very prompt, so prompt that they cleaned the gutters on the house located at the billing address (my old house) before I was able to inform them that I needed the gutters cleaned at the house that I was purchasing. They were in the area of my (old) house and just decided to knock it out while they were there, understandable. When I explained this to the owner, he agreed to clean the gutters at the new house also, VERY professional, I thought. I felt really bad and apologized to him and thanked him. However, at that point he seemed either frustrated or annoyed with me.

Overall job was completed to specifications - that truly is the most important item. My only concern was the lack of communication from cleaning crew at time of job. They left without touching base with me. My husband had to chase them down the drive to ask a question.

I communicated with him and told him that I was of town and I did like to schedule something, his schedule seem to be full and our schedules never really met so I went and ahead and scheduled him even though I was going to be at home and I have asked my son to step in, but at last minute he couldn't, it was a gutter cleaning, so I didn't have to be there or breathing down his neck. It took couple of weeks for him to get to it and lot of holidays and he did texted me to tell me that it had completely full and that was positive and that was probably as good as I could expect. What little I know I think it was fine and it seem he did not leave any mess around the house as far as gutter debris around the house for that and it seem like he had cleaned up and for all intense and purposes and the job was hold on except it took him long to do the job.

It was fine. Two story gutter cleaning. Some additional cost due to the house being bigger than what the Big Deal covered. After the $99 for the Big Deal I believe it totaled out to be $149.

So, the service that they provided for the cost that was advertised was true. We just had them do some extra work. They were very professional, prompt, and easy to schedule and arrange payment with because we work here. It was all very seamless.
