Description of Work: Got a $1,400 estimate for tree trimming which in my opinion was extremely expensive for approximately 4 man hours of work.

Description of Work: Very simply when he came to give an estimate it was a fine price, however I needed the work done immediately and he could not do that. We parted ways both fine with the outcome.

Description of Work: Brock was responsive to phone calls and was able to quickly schedule a time to provide a quote. However, he is not a certified arborist as advertised in the "Big Deal" that I purchased and his quote was significantly higher than any other company even with the "Big Deal"

Description of Work: Work to be completed as follows: top and trim 8 lyland cypress trees. They provided a fair estimate, and agreed to start work in two days. No payment was requested until job completed to my satisfaction.

Description of Work: We had Spaulding trim several fruit trees (under the power lines) and crepe myrtles; plus remove three large bushes. the team was very efficient, very cordial and reasonably priced. The neighbors liked their work and contracted with the company also.

Description of Work: Mr Spaulding was very polite. He arrived on time.The only problem was that the estimate was too high for the service to be performed. I have had other tree service providers in the past so I am familiar with the prices.

Description of Work: Chose to use my regular yard man. His cost was $200.00 less than Spaulding, even with the Big Deal coupon.

Description of Work: We received an estimate first and was able to apply a discount deal ($99 for $200 of work) which was on Angie's List to have 5 dead trees cut down and removed and lot cleared of new growth in the natural area which were also removed or "chipped". One tree was covered with poison ivey, which we didn't know at the time until Mr. Spaulding told us what it was, but his men removed it with no problem. Which we were impressed. After the workers left, we did have to pick up sticks left behind, but we don't hold it against them. Mr. Spaulding was curtious and punctual and his prices reasonable and we would use them again.
