Brock is so nice! He came out to provide a quote. He was able to remove the tree, grind the stump and prune another tree for a very competitive price. His guys were super nice and cleaned up everything. I would definitely recommend his company.

The owner "Brock" came and assessed the work to be done, quoted me a price and his team started to cut down the two trees. One tree was medium sized and was hanging over my shed. The other tree wasn't as big. I went to check on the progress and noticed the stumps weren't removed and asked the owner about it. He said that wasn't part of the deal. Of course, I didn't have anything in writing but I'd used him before and he did a really good job 'lifting' my 6 trees, removed a stump, and it wasn't as costly as removing the 2 trees I'd requested during this job. I asked about removing the stump again and he stated it would cost me an additional $250, over and above the outrageous price (too ashamed to tell what I paid) I'd been charged already. I asked how he came up with the price for the service and with a cocky smirk on his face, this man said he priced the 'neighborhood' and this subdivision looks like they can afford it. Needless to say, I was totally done with him. He didn't remove the stump, just left it sticking up out of the ground but while I was discussing it with him, his worker did remove one of the stumps but he quickly told him to stop. I will NEVER use or recommend this service provider again. The owner "Brock" was totally arrogant and full of himself. He wasn't like that when I first used his service a few years ago but I guess over time people change.

Brock's guys did a great job especially Dave that did the tree trimming, he was very cordial and pleasant to work with. Did a good job with cleanup of all the debris. I will be sure to call them back in the fall to have the trees topped.

Free estimate was given and within the same week the service was completed. The tree guys cleaned up the small limbs and leaves, including raking and blowing the debris from the road. I will heartily recommend Spaulding Tree Service to anyone!

I need to have the limbs of several trees cut back from my house. The work was done while I was at work. the limbs were trimmed and the debris was hauled away. However, I was concerned that the trees were haphazardly cut and wanted to speak to the owner about this. However, though I the workers saw me enter the house, they left without getting the balance of the bill, and I did not get a chance to talk to anyone. I contacted the owner for clarification. I did not get through. The next morning, I called him and we proceeded to play phone tag. When I finally did get to talk to him. He made some very berating comments about my not paying him "his money. When I told him that I had the check written and ready for his workers, he (quite rudely) told me that I should only be handling money matters with him! (I remind you that he was not there during the actual job) His demeanor became pretty threatening. and he insisted that I was trying to avoid paying my bill. I was talking to him from my job and my coworker even became concerned with the conversation that she could hear. I decided that I did not want to pursuit having him make any amendments or shape up any of the trees, that I really needed to sever my dealings with him. I told him that I would be waiting for him to arrive at my workplace (where two of my coworkers waited with me) so that he could pick up the check. He did arrive in that time and asked me if I was satisfied with the job. I told him that it did not matter, I would make do.

I wanted a whole tree taken down and their estimate was way too high.

They were great. They were running a special; that's why we used them. He wasn’t supposed to come this far out, but he actually did it for me anyway. They were very nice. I don’t think we were actually in their response area. With regard to price, it was a deal. It was less than $100; I don’t really remember. I don’t know their actual prices. Overall, it was fine. They dealt with my neighbor who got a little ruffled because a limb fell on his yard. But they dealt with it. They were good. They got it right up and got it out of the way. They were very professional. He was quick to respond and quick to call me back. I didn’t have to be here actually for him to do what he did. I just gave him good instructions of what I wanted done. I came home, and it was fine. When I got here, they were still here. So I talked to them then. But I didn’t have to be here when they originally got here. With regard to quality, they did a good job. I would probably just look for who had a deal next time although I wouldn’t have a problem using them. They don’t come up in my area, so it probably wouldn’t work.

He didn?t want to do any of the work on the tree I needed work on, and wouldn?t honor the coupon.

They wouldn't do the work we needed for the amount of the coupon. They wanted to charge more for the work. THey were very uncooperative.

They did a good job. I don't believe there were additional charges. I don't have any complaints. They were fine.

They were promptly average. They had to come back to remove one of the trees that they forgot to do the first time. They were able to do the work when we were not there.

Process went well. Free estimate was given and the job was done the following week. Three men performed the work, cutting down a 60 foot dead hickory and removing all branches and debris.

They did a great job, and boy was it fast! After the cleaned up there was not a single leaf left behind.

They should have been more professional like other providers are. They should told me up front that they could not service my area.

The service worked out ok. We needed to get a tree down that had disease. I explained to them prior what the job was and if it was included in the coupon. When they came out to my home they said it was not covered in the deal and I had to pay an additional $300 to have one tree removed. They were nice, efficient, and clean but it was not a good value.

My trees look beautiful. Now you can see my house. I am so thankful! I will definitely use the services again.

The experience went very well. The crew was prompt and professional. The were very methodical in preserving the look and heath of my trees. They pruned two large Bradford Pears, one 75' tall Maple, and three large Birch trees that were towering over the house. The finished in seemingly record time and cleaned up as if the were never there. I will use them again in the future. My neighbors are already asking my for their phone number.
