The installers were delayed, it was a Friday afternoon when they got here and they were extemely stressed and hurried. They properly covered floors but not cabinet areas under countertops, so all that area got dusty from corian cutting dust. Turns out they used the wrong saw blade, because the correct saw was in the wrong end of the truck behind the granite slabs. Our floors which were covered by kraft paper was held down by "masking" tape. The tape was fine on the tile and stone but took up finish on hardwood floor areas. We called this to the attention of the, installers and the company owner (Mr. William Hu) Mr. Hu claims the fault is with the floor finish not his masking tape. I don't believe he is correct. Long story short as possible, I found a piece of tape on our stone floor area Mr. Hu's installers did not remove. Then I went to HDepot and bought three recommended masking tapes. I went home and put a piece of each one on the floor, walked on them, left them on a while and pulled these up. There was no damage from any of them. I took pix of all this and the damage and confronted Mr. Hu. He still claims the damage is a result of the floor finish and not his tape. We paid Mr. Hu in full so we have no leverage.except small claims court

They were very quick, but you will have to watch what they do. They had some very messy things and pieces that were cut a little short and they were trying to pull it over as being correct. We had them redo a couple of parts and we had to have the manager come out for that.
