Smitty's SoLow Garage Door Service

Smitty is MY GUY! He is prompt, courteous and more than anything, I TRUST HIM! He gives it to me straight and looks to save me time and money in the long run. He will be my go to guy in keeping my rental in tip top shape. I will also suggest him to anyone who needs home repairs. Thank you Smitty and son for being so kind and having great customer service!

Last night the torsion spring on our garage door broke. Nothing else appeared to be damaged. Smitty called me within 10 minutes of reaching out to him. We talked for a minute and he agreed to come over right away. He called about 3 hours later to say he was on his way. He came right in, took a quick look at everything, and got right to work replacing both springs. He also replaced the spring rod bearing plates and one of my sensors, which had been damaged for years. He and his assistant Jerry were done in about an hour. Because of the add-ons (which we discussed and I authorized in advanced) the cost was a little more than I was expecting. Smitty and Jerry were fast, polite and totally professional. If I have trouble with my garage door again, I will definitely contact him to do the work.

Smitty did a great job installing the motors for our garage door and changing out the rollers.
