Signature Shutters

They installed shutters in 3 rooms. They took a sample of my trim paint so as to match the shutters with the window trim. They finished in the agreed-upon time.

This is the 3rd time, I have used this company. The first 2 times, were positive experiences. The 3rd time was not. The sales representative Heather, was a disaster. She ordered exterior mount shutters, rather than the interior mounts, that I requested. The entire order had to be removed. The mistake was discovered as the last shutter was being installed and reordered. Delay for one of my large windows, which is actually 2 windows side-by-side, she measured incorrectly the 2nd time and ordered the wrong frame. Second delay, for each ordering period, the company delivered within the estimated time frame, and they're very good about matching paint colors. If you use this company, make sure you don't get Heather as your sales representative and request Brian as your installer. He is meticulous and wonderful. Others are not. I'm happy with the end product, but the process of getting to the end was needlessly messy and delay ridden.

THE PRODUCT IS GREAT, AND THEY'RE GREAT BEFORE THE SALE. TAKES QUITE A WHILE TO GET THE SHUTTERS MANUFACTURED, AND THEY'RE NOT ALL THAT RESPONSIVE ONCE YOU'VE PLUNKED DOWN YOUR 50% DEPOSIT. BUT THE INSTALLATION WAS EASY AND QUICK. OVERALL A GOOD EXPERIENCE.

I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN IN A SECOND, THEY WERE WONDERFUL.

OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH SIGNATURE SHUTTERS HAS BEEN VERY GOOD. WE TRIED OUT THEIR WOOD SHUTTERS ON TWO SMALL SIDE DOOR WINDOWS FIRST TO SEE IF THE PRODUCT WAS ACCEPTABLE, AND HOW WE WOULD LIKE THEIR USEFULNESS AND APPEARANCE. TWO YEARS LATER, WE WERE READY TO ADD MORE SHUTTERS. THEIR PRODUCT QUALITY IS EXCELLENT. THEY MATCHED OUR CURRENT TRIM PAINT COLOR, AND PAINTED THE SHUTTERS TO CORRESPOND. THE PRICE FOR THE PRODUCT AND INSTALLATION WAS VERY GOOD. THE INSTALLER (BRIAN) DID EXCELLENT WORK; HE TOOK NO SHORTCUTS AND MADE CERTAIN THAT EVERY SHUTTER WORKED PERFECTLY. THERE WERE A COUPLE SHUTTERS THAT HAD SLIGHT DEFECTS; BRIAN POINTED THEM OUT TO US AND REPLACEMENTS WILL BE ORDERED. HE ALSO TOOK TIME TO GIVE US INSTRUCTIONS ON ANY FUTURE MAINTENANCE/CARE FOR THE SHUTTERS. THE SHUTTERS ARE THE BEST WINDOW TREATMENTS WE HAVE HAD, AND WE WILL HIRE THIS COMPANY TO COMPLETE OTHER ROOMS.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I USED SIGNATURE SHUTTERS. BOTH EXPERIENCES WERE VERY POSITIVE. MY SALES REP. CAME TO MY HOME AND MEASURE THE WINDOWS AND DOOR THAT I WANTED COVERED. I PROVIDED HER WITH A PAINT SAMPLE AND THEY MATCHED IT PERFECTLY. SHE ESTIMATED THAT IT WOULD TAKE 6-10 WEEKS TO GET THEM MADE AND INSTALLED AND THEY WERE INSTALLED RIGHT AT THE 6-WEEK MARK. I'M VERY HAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY AND WITH THE SHUTTERS.

DESIGNED AND INSTALLED SHUTTERS. TOOK 10 WEEKS INSTEAD OF 6 AS PLANNED. DIDN'T DO FOLLOW-UP LIKE SPACKLING.
