Description of Work: their deal said gutter maintenence which means cleaning to me...but they said they did not do gutter cleaning and that angie's list received the $69. in total so they couldn't honor it.

An Angie's List member purchased: The Big Deal Offer - $69 for 3 Hours of Roof, Siding, and Gutter Maintenance. The customer contacted us to schedule their appointment and requested to have their gutters cleaned. We explained gutter cleaning was not part of the offer and apologized for the misunderstanding. Their payment was promptly refunded through Angie's List.
