Description of Work: The found the leak around my sky light and installed new flashing to prevent heavy rain from going over the window. They put on a U shaped flashing to solve the problem.

Description of Work: They checked our roof, took photos of any potential problem areas and addressed an area over our garage that needed some repair work.

Description of Work: I used an Angie's Big Deal to quickly engage Signature Exterior when the fascia board fell off the back of my house taking with it half the gutter and associated soffit. While the roof inspection and repair (2 hours) wasn't exactly a match to my problem, I was very up front with Signature and they quickly sent a very knowledgeable specialist who, with help from me and my friend sealed the open eaves with cardboard to block birds, took numerous pictures for an estimate, and gave us his opinion on the builder's workmanship or lack of it to be precise. The subsequent repair estimate was very high for the total demo and repair so I had a friend do everything but the qutter. Signature gave me a very good quote on 30 feet of seamless gutter and guys they finally sent were very skilled and very fast. I did have to send a second email to remind the scheduler about me but it was a very small job during a very busy time. Overall they did professional work and worked with me when many others didn't want to bother with a small job. ($69 for the big deal and $175 for the gutters/$1750 for the estimate that I thought was excessive)

Description of Work: Inspected the roof, and found substantial damage. They recommended contacting insurance company. They meet with me and insurance adjuster on site later. They completed the roof removal and replacement and waited for payment until insurance payment was received. Great job.

Description of Work: We purchased the 2 hours of exterior work for $59 dollars through the Angie's list promotion. The promotion indicated someone would contact you within 24 hours. No one contacted us, we had to reach out to them after a few days. When they did arrive at our home, they did an inspection, showed us a quote for the cost of work, did not follow up by sending us the quote as promised, and did not perform any repair work which was supposed to be included. So we paid $59 and received no service.

Description of Work: They cleaned and repositioned some of the gutters and fixed two leaks. |He was wonderful, he took pictures so I could see what was wrong and made suggestions for improvements. Excellent work and no hard sell. Arrived on time, professional and friendly. Looks like a great company. I give them an A+!

Description of Work: Jason came out and re-hung large section of gutter we were not able to re-attach ourselves. He inspected the roof, eaves and facia boards for damage. Quoted us to replace a section of damaged gutter and drain spouts. A repair that we will have completed by Signature E. Very professional.

Description of Work: Requested a leak between gutter and house be fixed, which was not. In followup email from vendor, I notified them leak was not fixed, but did not receive reply. Would not recommend this vendor.

Description of Work: They came out and gave us an estimate on our gutters and we asked them to check for storm damage. While we really liked Mike, the person helping him led us to believe he didn't do a full assessment. We were standing on the driveway and could see hail marks in the gutter but he said there was "no damage" to anything on the roof, gutters, etc. It really led us to doubt his assessment as he did not mention any of the dents and when we had someone else go up for a second opinion, they showed us pictures of hail damage.

Description of Work: They caulked area of concern and inspection my roof and parts of my attic. He was very professional and I was very impressed by his collapsible ladder and his gas friendly small car! It rained very hard this past week, still keeping an eye on my problem areas. Not too sure yet, but hopefully he got the leak. He gave me a quote on no leaf gutter covers for parts of my house. Would like to do that, but now right now.

Description of Work: The replaced the metal fascia from the front of our house that was taken off in a windstorm. Also replaced a piece of siding. Got it done within a week of contacting them because they knew we had a housewarming party that weekend. Very pleased with their responsiveness, flexibility, and work.

Description of Work: Signature Exteriors came out to perform a check up of my roof.They were prompt, professional and thorough. I will call them to replace my roof when the time comes.
