Description of Work: Scheduling was beyond difficult. I have very limited time to be able to meet someone and granted that's my problem. Still, trying to book a time when they could come out at those times took months. Once the date arrived, the service provider was on time, very professional, very helpful, and I felt like I was getting the best advice available. I asked for an estimate in conjunction with that visit and still haven't received one. I have a feeling that will take time, too, but should I retain their services for the work I need, it will be done well.

Description of Work: He arrived on time and looked at the roof which was leaking on to my screened in porch. He believed that the leaking was due to the clogging of the gutters on the building. He gave me an estimate of over $400 (less the $100 credit from Angie's List), but did not say exactly what he would do for that amount. Since my condo HOA is responsible for cleaning the gutters, I did not have him come back. |

Description of Work: They did a roof inspection and repaired a small leak. The leak appears to be fixed and a followup e-mail explained the results of the inspection. They cleaned up afterwards and left my house in better shape than when they initially arrived.

Inspected problematic areas in the gutters per our request and evaluated some possible repair. We highly recommend Signature Exteriors and Jeremy Chapman their highly skilled technician.

Description of Work: I bought the $89 deal to have a piece of siding replaced and the gutters fixed. A few days before the appointment, Isaac called to let me know they needed to push my time back from 8-10 to 10-12. That was fine with me. Sometime after 12 (didn't look at the time)Isaac called to say they were running late and could not give me a time, but would be out that day. Around 4:30 Justin (I think that was his name) arrived and proceeded to make the repairs in a timely manner. The only issue I have is that I had to wait around the entire day for the work to be done when I had anticipated it would be done no later than mid afternoon. Thank you, Donna Bolls

Description of Work: This AL special was a great opportunity. The contractor performed a full inspection, with photos, and repair of a strip of loose shingles, along with putting a cap over a cracked boot. His communication was excellent. He called more than once to let us know how his schedule was going to keep us informed of his arrival. He fixed our problems and gave us a professional evaluation of what we should be considering in the near future without being pushy or giving a sales pitch. We will definitely keep them on our contractor list.

Description of Work: The primary reason for their visit was to check my roof and gutters for need of repair. In additon I asked them to tuck any loose wires up under my siding since my HOA had raised compained about its appearance. They explained that that was not in their field of expertise, but they would be glad to see what they could do. |They not only took care of the wires, but glued some broken roof shingles, re- |attached and cemented some vents, repaired and brace a gutter, re-attached a gutter spout and took pictures of everything, e-mailed them to me so I could see their work.
