Description of Work: I originally used Signature Exteriors as part of an Angie's Big Deal where they inspected my roof and did some basic maintenance. I had been experiencing a small leak in my roof and had them look for that specifically. When the technician came, he completed the work, then showed me pictures on the laptop of everything he found and everything he did. Leak was fixed and he had sealed around several joints that were worn and possible future hazards. Impressed with their professionalism, I had them complete an estimate for replacing the gutters on my house. Their price was fair and I even got a $100 discount as an Angie's customer. The work was completed in less than half a day. The job was done to my satisfaction. The only negative to the job was that several brackets from the installation were left in my yard at various places. I found them when I was raking leaves. They were not a problem but could have been if I had run over them with the lawnmower. Overall I was extremely pleased and would hire them for future work should the opportunity arise.

Description of Work: I used Signature Exteriors. They did a wellness check at one point on the roof, we later had some damage so they repaired that, and we had damage on the interior portion of the roof, so they repaired that as well.

Description of Work: They did not perform any service, I felt they were way over priced. They wanted $600 for 45 linear feet of siding that required no ladder work.

Description of Work: Complete roof replacement. I purchased the Big Deal, thinking I was getting a discounted roof from an A rated provider. The invoicing process was very confusing and required a few discussions with the provider. At the end of the day, I ended up paying the same average price per sq ft price I had been anticipating from other sources. The provider indicated that I was receiving a superior product, but as an average consumer, there's really no way for me to verify that.

Description of Work: Replaced wood rot in multiple locations on the exterior of our house. They arrived on time and completed the work within the provided time estimate. The result looks great. Would definitely recommend them to others.

Description of Work: They sent a man out on a Saturday morning to review a possible roof leak. He went into the attic and walked the roof. He did not find an obvious issue but did point out where the roof needs attention before a problem develops. He did call me to let me know that he was on his way. So far, I have not received a statement. Very respectful and courteous.

Description of Work: Installed gutters and downspouts on my two story house. Getting the run off away from the house was a problem that they solved quite well while allowing me to give input to the solutions. If I had concerns, I voiced them and they always responded. The job went well.
