Description of Work: Signature Exteriors repaired a section of my roof. They did a good job communicating with me and keeping me informed about when they would arrive and how long it would take. They did exactly what was discussed and the work was done when they said it would be. In short, there were no surprises and the work was professionally done.

Description of Work: Used Signature Exteriors to repair a leaking roof pipe boot which was worked on at least 4 times by an inferior roofer and continued to leak. With that repair, Signature Exteriors also removed the non-matching shingles used by the first roofer and replaced with appropriate tiles. At the same time I had a new roof vent installed for a bathroom exhaust system and an unused hot water heater stack removed. Service was extremely professional at all times and the quality of service was excellent. I'm the kind of annoying customer that watches all of the work to make sure it is performed to my standards. The work was done without negative attitude or complaints and everything was truly cleaned up upon completion. The installer even asked me a few times if the work was ok or if there is something I might do differently. | |Overall I had a great experience and would without hesitation recommend Signature Exteriors for any roof repairs.

Description of Work: A very thorough inspection of the roof and associated things. Very friendly, arrived early, sent me pictures they had taken with a full report. They were not the least bit pushy or suggested work that wasn't needed. They made minor repairs while here which were included in the price. Good people. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: Purchased the big deal for a roof tuneup. They came out, performed th work and found two issues that I knew I had. They prepared an invoice and the price was excellent for the work! Wonderful to work with, excellent service! They are on top of things! Will go to them again!

Description of Work: Two men came to inspect my roof. They went on the roof spending about 20 minutes evaluating its condition. They caulked one small nail hole leak which I had previously marked. They gave me a verbal report which was that the roof was in OK condition and probably good for 3 or 4 more years. They answered all the questions that I asked. They said that I would get a written report but I never did.

Description of Work: I contacted Signature Exteriors to replace my over 25 year old roof. They had me contact my insurance company as they found hail damage in the original walk thru. I appreciate the savings of just having to pay an insurance deductible, though I was wary of claiming this on so old a roof. No problems with the insurance agency, everything worked out fine. | |Signature Exteriors' personnel were always on time, performed the work in the time they said they would, and my roof is beautiful. We have experienced several rainstorms since the roof was put on, and I have had no problems what so ever. | |I had questions about some of the parts of the work, and when I asked, they were always quick to respond and explained everything to my satisfaction.
