Description of Work: Used the Special Deal for a roof tune up and repair, plus paid significantly more for steepness of roof. I doubt the two fellows were on the roof for more than 15 minutes, and not much caulking or repairing going on. However, a few pictures and lots of suggestions for returning to do additional (and, in my opinion, overly expensive) repairs.

Description of Work: Chris Farr provided all requested services and more. He went above and beyond in his scope of work, assisting me by going over extensive future repair and maintenance recommendations. I will be contacting Chris and Signature Exteriors in the future.

Description of Work: Representatives came to my home to provide the estimate and answer questions. Very helpful and professional. They worked with my insurance company to get full reimbursement. The team completed the roof in 2 days. The work looks good. The clean up was so-so. Still some nails, cellophane wrappers, and plastic pieces around our home stuck to roof, in bushes, and on window sills, but this may be typical roofing aftermath. They did roll with a magnet and got majority of debris. Overall, we are very pleased.

Description of Work: Installed screen covers on open vents, replaced siding panel, checked roof for possible damage or leaks. It all went very well with the exception that they highly pushed for an insurance paid roof replacement. Though I don't doubt the possible hail damage, I wasn't convinced that 1) the roof needed replaced any time soon, and 2) that I was being told the complete truth regarding insurance claims. I Was very happy with the job they performed at my home however.

Description of Work: Looked over roof of house and detached garage and made minor repairs as needed. Gave me a quote for a new roof and gutters on the garage and when I asked about siding on the house, they gave me a quote for that. Scheduled a follow up meeting to go over quotes. No hard sell just info and samples given to help me make a decision. Knew their stuff and were very professional.

Description of Work: After paying for the deal, I received a prompt phone call to schedule a date. Unfortunately the damage to the roof is extensive and being an honest roofer Signature Exteriors declined to perform the shingle replacement. They instead suggested we go back to our insurance company and obtain a through roof inspection and assessment. As we still have an open claim that is the direction we are taking. They could have performed the work described in the deal and no one would have known until we sold the house and failed inspection or had increased structural issues. We appreciate the honesty and professionalism and would do business again in the future.
