The steep portion of the roof was walked and a limited inspection was performed. The customer was not charged a steep charge for the limited inspection. An estimate to address items that could not be repaired during the appointment or were outside of the offer services was provided. Our company's pricing is standard for the services offered.

Description of Work: Roof and eaves repair. They were slow to schedule the work. The "one day job" was strung out over 3 weeks. They send a single person to perform a job that required 2 people, so the worker could not work efficiently or provide the quality I expected. The finished job is not up to my standards or the standards they promised.

Our company has a formal process in place for scheduling. Prior to scheduling a project all proper documentation must be submitted by the Signature Exteriors representative, internally reviewed, and filed. This typically takes a business day to complete. Then our scheduling team reaches out to the customer via phone and email to formalize an appointment day and time. Unfortunately, weather can have a negative impact on scheduling, we do our best to accommodate. The original scope of work was completed per the projected schedule. The customer requested additional items be addressed outside of the initial scope of work. The additional work was scheduled and completed in a timely manner but did extend the total period of performance for the project. The customer states that the job required two people our company does not agree with that statement. Our team utilizes the correct number of technicians for each project. At the completion of the project we met with the customer and surveyed the project in its entirety provided detail photos. The customer did not mention dissatisfaction at the final walk. We will be reaching out to better understand their concerns.

We had originally scheduled this customer to perform the Angie's List Big Deal Service on December 18th, due to a scheduling conflict we were unable to perform the service at that time. In regards to attempting to re-schedule the service the customer was reached out to on December 18th, 21st, January 5th, and 6th. The customer has not returned calls and is unable to receive voicemail as the mailbox is full. Without an e-mail address, which was not provided, we do not have a better way to reach this customer. We are happy to perform the service for this customer and ask to be reached at (704) 248-7555 to schedule the service.

Description of Work: Michael and his team did a great job replacing a section of our roof that was damaged from wind/rain. Michael worked closely with my insurance company to reach an agreement on price and the work was completed shortly thereafter.
