Description of Work: The Signature team inspected the entire roof for hail damage and any imperfections, splits, or tears in the shingles. They checked all vents through the roof and caulked as needed. They also checked the flashing at the fireplace chimney and caulked as appropriate. They inspected the guttering and attachment points. Finally they prepared a report and discussed problems that needed attention, documented with pictures, and made recommendations for repair. Some of the repairs are probably covered by insurance, & Signature will represent homeowners and PERFORM an inspection with INSURANCE inspectors by appointment to keep insurance inspectors from glossing over damage that should be repaired. This latter co-inspection service is done with the understanding that the homeowner will contract with Signature for the repairs that their insurance will cover. | |The Signature team was very professional and knowledgeable. They documented with digital photos ALL of the hail impacts that had compromised the roofing shingles and the hail damage to the vent covers. I was glad to have their report, and I am working to get the insurance inspection done to follow up for repairs. They discovered damage that I did not know was there.

Description of Work: He performed everything that was listed on the list like replacing all boots on the roof replacing material and shingles as needed. The technician was on time and very courteous.. The manager called after the service was completed and checked to see if I was happy with the service.

Description of Work: Repaired leak (3 visits) Removed old vent and patched roof. Removed and replaced chimney flashing. Long lead times between scheduling and actual work. Weather caused cancellation of two efforts. When work was cancelled I went to the back of the line and had to wait two weeks to be scheduled. What was supposed to be the final repair was delayed several hours and the techs were rushed because they were late for the rescheduled appointment (2 Hours). Tech had to return to complete the repair after the roof continued to leak. |Final outcome is that all work was satisfactorily completed. Based on my experience trying to get estimates this is probably as good as it gets. I would use then again. On site techs were knowledgeable and professional. They went to great lengths to clean up after themselves.
