Perfect job! Will and have used them repeatedly!

The quote was from a Angie Deal that I had paid for knowing the shingles would need to get repaired. The report came back clean apart from I am on my final years due to normal aging. This was comforting knowing to perform a spot repair was deemed a maintenance necessity due to exposed wood. Never tried to upsell or pressure. Quote for repair was excepted and repair was done literally the NEXT day.

Based on my personal experience, I hired them to repair a roof leak, approx. $2500 job. Seemed very professional, took a lot of pictures and did a good job on the sales pitch. Unfortunately my experience went drastically downhill with the actual repairs. They did not repair the leak timely and took several attempts after persistence to fix the roof. They initially performed a roof repair which was unsuccessful. After I informed them my roof was still leaking they told me they completed the job I hired them to do and said it was my brick leaking. I brought in 3 independent contractors to look at the brick and they all 3 confirmed it was not the masonry and could see the source of the leak in the roof. The roofers returned to attempt another repair which was unsuccessful. It wasn’t until I cut a hole in my bedroom wall and showed them where I could poke a finger through the roof and daylight was coming in, (they told me that some daylight coming through the roof is normal), but they finally came back to fix my roof. It took approx. 4 months for them to complete the job I hired them for and it was only because I was persistent and involved 3 independent parties to confirm it was not my brick and it was an actual roof leak. Every time I asked to speak to owner of company they told me he was out of town or just stepped out of office. He never would talk to me so I could explain my concerns as a customer. From the initial call to wrapping up the project, Signature Exteriors was fantastic to work with and very professional in all of their communication and scheduling. Very detailed oriented and friendly. All appointment times were on schedule or if delays due to traffic occurred, they were in contact immediately. I had a lot of questions that Nicholas answered very promptly even during his off hours. Nicholas explained what I needed and what additional options I could consider but never pushed anything. I am very happy with SE and would highly recommend. No surprise they have so many positive reviews!

The team did a great job on the roof repair. They were on time and did a quality job with a professional team. It was a big decision regarding what products to use based on all the options. I tried to do research myself and I hope I picked the right stuff. They were very very helpful dealing with insurance. I am very greatful for their knowledge, expertise, and relationships they have with various insurance carriers. The gutter replacement piece of the project was a struggle. We have a very steep roof. They put up splash guards that caused the water to flow over the gutters and formed puddles by our garage. We complained and eventually got it fixed. Otherwise, they were fantastic.

Signature Exteriors completed the repairs professionally and at a very reasonable cost.

We have hired Signature Exteriors twice for separate roof repair issues. They are incredibly responsive and every individual we spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable. We did research before we hired them and found their prices to be competitive. Highly recommended!

From the estimator to the office personnel to the repair crew, everyone at this company was professional, punctual and responsive. The estimator took photos of problem areas on roof and gave me a detailed explanation of the problems and their recommended repairs and the related estimate. They also provided photos of the repaired areas. The photos were very helpful as I did not want to climb onto the roof.

I have had an excellent experience with Signature Exteriors - they are very responsive and everyone I have met has been extremely professional.

They were very professional and courteous. They were also extremely thorough in their review of the job. However, their bid was off-the-chart. Their estimate was just under $800, and I had the work done for under $200. My opinion is that their overhead is so high, that a minor job is just not worth their time, unless they charge enough. If I ever need another complete roof replacement, I will definitely have them give me an estimate to see how competitive they are.

The roof replacement went great. The one thing that really stood out for me is this: I never felt like I was working with a construction company. The experiences that I had throughout the process truly made me feel like I was a valued customer, and not just some random homeowner getting a roof. The initial process was super-simple, as Michael (owner) handled all of the interactions with my insurance company and with the insurance adjuster. Once the project was started, the project management provided by Isaac (and at times by others on the staff (Justin, Stephanie, Whitney) was stellar. I was kept in the loop at all times, and at no point was I left wondering, "what's the status of my job?" Isaac always made sure that I was informed of what was going on as well as next steps, timing, etc. The onsite team was fantastic. Zach was my onsite project lead, and he is excellent. He kept me up to date on what was being done and why, and he is clearly very very experienced and knowledgeable. Every care was taken to ensure that the house and yard were protected throughout the work. I also appreciate how Michael leverages current technology to simplify and streamline everything. His onsite team takes pictures and notes, which are immediately uploaded to Michael so that he can stay on top of the job when he's not there. If something were to go wrong on the job site, Michael is immediately aware and is able to put a solution into action. I would definitely recommend Signature Exteriors for your roofing project.

I Found the installers to be excellent. However communication of the job details from the sales person to the schedulers down to the actual installers is poor. The installer was only going to replace a small portion of the damaged roof under each roof vent as per standard practices. I told the installer my sales person assured me all plywood with mold damage would be replaced and included that fact in my estimate. I then showed the installer the mold from the inside of the roof. He said he would call his office. The office called me and told me it was standard not to replace excess plywood. I had to inform the office the insurance adjuster recommended the plywood be replaced, and the sales person included the extra in his quote. He stated he would have to call me back stating he never received the details of the quote. He called me back within ten minutes and said the job would be completed as quoted. My recommendation get all details of the quote in writing, the workmanship is great but the internal communications in their office is poor.

They were fantastic. Arriving early they completed the roof removal and replacement in one day. Best of all, the cleanup of nails and other materials was amazingly thorough. Great people. I have already recommended them to several neighbors and friends.

It went great. They showed up when they said they would and did the work. I got an estimate upfront and when the cost of the repairs turned out to be less than the work, they let me know and reduced my cost by $600. Very professional.

Roof check was bare minimum. On front of my house, 2 inches below my roof, I had 2 side paneling moved due to recent winds/storms, they just had to be moved 2 inches up. I was told that it would cost $150 to do that. It wouldn't have cost them anything, just put the ladder up and move the panels.

Went well. Easy to work with. When we had a continuing problem, they came and fixed it (eventually).

Professional company all the way. I will most definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

I can not say enough good things about this company! They have restored my faith in contractors! They knew to ask about my due diligence period, they kept me informed about scheduling, and had a very polite, thorough young man handle the inspection and the repairs. And they had the repairs scheduled & done within a week! Definitely recommend & will use again!

Very responsive, and on time for the appointment. The roofer did the the roof inspection and "tune up", and their estimate for the larger issue/roof repair was in line with other bids we received. We did end up going with a different company that gave a slightly cheaper bid, but overall a good experience with this company.
