Description of Work: We discovered a small roof leak into the attic. I purchased a $49 roof tune up and $100 repair credit deal from Angie's list. Josh Phillips from Signature Exteriors promptly did this and sealed the leak. Wonderful experience, completely professional highest level of satisfaction. | |Josh shared with my wife when he did this that we had hail damage. We were unaware of this. He urged us to contact our insurance company, which is AMICA. Josh offered to help in any we he could and offered to be present when the appraiser visited. AMICA, of course, also has tremendously high customer satisfaction. They immediately assigned an very professional appraiser. He communicated with Josh on the issues Josh had found and together they carefully inspected our roof. | |The leak turned out to be a blessing in disguise as we had suffered damage that I am sure would have been a future issue. We were very impressed with everyone involved as it was so obvious that they are all of the highest quality doing things right and focused on customer satisfaction. So with very high confidence, I asked Signature Exteriors and AMICA to just take care of everything for us. They did in a WONDERFUL way and arranged a complete roof replacement. That turned out in a wonderful manner, which I will describe in depth in a future review.

Description of Work: They saw that we had hail damage and built us a new roof. Totally covered by insurance, but a great catch by them. Everything looks great!

Description of Work: They are popular because they get insurance to pay for it. Getting them to do it right required constant observation and days of arguing. The job was only completed because I refused to sign the certificate of completion. They said they would address matters after I signed it. Absurd

Description of Work: They came out, supposedly stopped leaks in roof. Don't know if they did a good job or not. They were nice. They gave me a quote for more services which I haven't decided on yet. Will decide soon.

Description of Work: I needed to have my roof replaced due to hail damage. Michael Garrie, the owner of Signature Exteriors, inspected the roof, gave me an estimate of the cost, and was confident that my homeowners insurance would cover most of the expense. He was right. I had previously gotten an estimate from another roofing company whose representative didn't think it was even worthwhile to file a claim! Michael's expert knowledge of his business was apparent as he helped guide me through the claim-filing process and dealings with the claims adjuster. He was present at the house when the adjuster made his inspection and made sure that the adjuster saw all the critical findings. The result was that the entire cost of the new roof was covered. When the time came to perform the work the roofers were on time, efficient, and very hard-working. Following completion of the work they did a thorough job of cleaning up. I feel quite certain that Michael's knowledge saved me a lot of money. In addition, he has been responsive to my concerns and has been pleasant to deal with. I would recommend him and Signature Exteriors to anyone, without reservation.

Description of Work: I called Signature out to look at my roof as I was experiencing a leak. They looked over the situation, and suggested that it may be my chimney, and not my roof. Turns out they were right. He could have easily have worked on my roof, but integrity was evident by the way he discussed this situation with me. He said he would hate to do the work, and I still have a leak. I appreciated his honesty and him putting the customer first.
