Rainy weather postponed several attempts. Signature employee came out as re-scheduled, on time. .Neat, pleasant gentleman did the fixes, took lots of pix, emailed all explanations in his written report and did not attempt to sell us anything or suggest unneeded services. This was the best Angie list deal ever. Would use this company again.

We discovered signs of a leak in the roof above our bay window after recent heavy rain. We called Signature Exteriors the morning of July 5 - the day after a holiday and left a message - the office was closed, but the message stated they would check regularly. Honestly, we were skeptical. However, Michael called within the hour, and said he'd have someone at our house that afternoon (with more rain on the way). David arrived at our house within the stated time window and inspected the roof. There was no upsell - he stated the roof overall was in good shape, but pointed out the issues. He fixed them on the spot. Courteous and professional - we wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

great job! Michael and his crew showed up right on time. They took over 40 pictures of my roof from various angles, so i could see exactly what he saw. He walked me through each picture and explained what the damage was. some spots werent bad, just normal wear and tear, and some were a bit worse. he showed me what sealant looked like, and nail pops. as well as several other things. He showed me where a soffet had come off, and his crew was able to attach a new one, for the estimated price, not one cent over. Great follow up by sending me the pictures to share with my husband, and an invoice via email for my records. will definately use him again!!

The Gutter Cleaning / Inspection and Roof Work went extremely well as explained above. They did the work for much less than they normally would charge based on my mis-understanding the Angies List Offer. Signature Exteriors is very professional and do great work. Very professional and very concerned about delivering a quality service. I asked them to do additional work for me by installing SureFlow Gutter Gaurds for me. I also gladly reffered them to some of my neighboors who plan to use them also.

Michael was very responsive and showed up with a few hours of the first call. He assessed the situation quickly and installed the emergency fix to protect the roof from letting water in. He explained clearly what was needed to be done for the permanent fix. He was very flexible and made it easy for me to deal with the insurance company and adjusters to ensure the right scope of work needed was identified and covered. His crew showed up promptly at the appointed time and completed the repair work accurately and ensured my satisfaction. All along communication was very good and calls/emails were promptly addressed. It was pleasure doing business with Signature Exteriors and I highly recommend their services.

I purchased a big deal. They called me to set up the appointment rather than waiting for me to call them. I explained that I had a leak and Michael told me they would check it out. They came while I was at work, performed the inspection and made the minor repairs they found including sealing a hole. They emailed me several pictures of what they found on my roof and details of the repairs they made. Very professional and I would hire them again for any roof repairs needed. I recommended them to a friend of mine who is not an Angie's list member. She called them and explained that I gave her their info. They were able to accommodate her the next day and gave her the big deal price. She also was very happy with their work. A great experience for both of us.

Signature Exteriors performed an amazing job with replacing an existing roof on my rental property that was damaged during a hail storm. Michael, the owner, handled everything from the initial roof inspection, meeting with the insurance adjuster and providing a turnkey solution to the entire project. From beginning to end, Michael kept me up to date with my insurance claim and when the claim was approved, they had the job on schedule within a few days. The job consisted of removing 3 layers of old roofing, removing and replacing various aspects of the roof that had been damaged and installing a beautiful new architectural roof. All of this work was done in 1 day! There was very little inconvenience to my tenants and I could not be more happy with the outcome. I really like the fact that although he is the owner, Michael actually gets up on the roof himself to perform all inspections and supervise the work performed. I was even sent pictures of the completed roof project before I had a chance to inspect the project myself. Michael is a straight shooter and it was refreshing to work with a contractor this trustworthy and does what he says he is going to do. I sell Real Estate in the Charlotte area and I would not hesitate in recommending Signature Exteriors to my clients. Outstanding company and service!

As you can imagine, we were not terribly excited about purchasing a new roof. The experience with Signature Exteriors was exemplary, however. We reached out to Michael for a quote and he quickly responded. He visited our home and thoroughly explained the status of our existing roof. He presented a very fair quote for the job and promised that his crew would be mindful of protecting the landscaping work that we'd recently had installed. His crew arrived promptly on time and got to work. Each man on the job site was professional, hard working and pleasant. We've done fairly extensive roofing work as volunteers with Habitat over the years and recognize that this crew cut no corners in their efforts. They used quality materials and paid attention to the "extra critical" areas on the roof where leaking would most likely take place. The job took place over a 2 day period and they cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. I honestly think that our place looked cleaner after they were here. Not a plant was damaged and our new roof looks terrific. We have already referred Signature Exteriors to friends and colleagues and will definitely use them again in twenty-five years when we need a new roof!

They arrived on time, thorough and walked me through their inspection. I recieved an email with links to pictures of my home and what they inspected and fixed. I will definately use them again in the future.

The entire experience was painless. The entire staff at Signature was very helpful, professional, and a pleasure to do business with. To my surprise they were able to match the damage siding even though it had been several years since it was originally installed. The gutters look wonderful and the gutter guards are performing excellently. I couldn't be happier with their service an attention for detail. They were able to configure the drainage so that it wouldn't create the mess it had been doing in years past. The repair work on the roof was more than reasonable. I had several contractors come out and quote the work and each of the contractor's price was higher than what they had proposed.

The work that was done on my house was nothing short of excellent. Roofing is one of the last thing you want to spend money on. You really cannot see it and if you do not have a BIG leak in your home you really see no NEED for it either. Signature Exteriors did a complementary inspection and delivered a full report with their recommendations. I was relieved when I was told that my roof only needed repair not replacement. I was very pleased with the service they provided. In fact they went out of there way to custom match the color of my gutters to the trim paint of my house. which made my wife very happy. Overall the process was completed in a timely manner. And everything went smooth . Their price was competitive. I dealt with Micheal Garrie who was very professional and made sure he explained the process to us. He advised us as to the best type of gutter guards to use. And so far they have worked like a charm. I would highly recommend Signature Exteriors.

Having gone through major renovations on my home, by far, working with Signature Exteriors was the easiest contractors to work with to replace my roof. They came out, inspected my roof, took photos, gave me instructions that most if not all would be covered by insurance, and walked me through the process including the required paperwork. They even met the insurance adjuster when he came to inspect the roof. The insurance adjuster spent about 45 minutes inspecting my roof and informed me that it has in fact been severely weather damaged and wrote a check on the spot for full replacement. We scheduled a time within a week or so for the roof work to be done and said it would be complete in 2 days if weather permitted. They completed the work on schedule and cleaned and hauled off all debris including literally combing my yard for nails. The roof looks great, and literally instantly made my home look much more valuable. I could not believe I went from stressed out about my roof to having it fully replaced in about 2-3 weeks. If you need or are considering replacing your roof, I would highly recommend contacting Signature Exteriors. They made the whole process easy and fun. They were a major blessing for my family for we knew the roof needed replacing and could not afford it at the time.
