A team of two guys arrived on time. One walked the roof while the other did the visual from the ground. Overall, I was happy with the job. There was a friendly difference of opinion between the two guys on how much life was left in my roof. I was surprised to learn that the roofing materials (not the shingles but the nails and stuff) were below average quality while the workmanship that put them there was above average quality. They gave me a price to repair the wood damage and referred me to another provider who could handle the squirrel infestation I had experienced. I was happy with this Angie's Big Deal.

Went well, but felt we were being pressured to have other work done. Sales person asked worker about the cost of a repair, After receiving that information, salesman stated they couldn't do it for that price. We didn't have any additional work done. Work was done earlier in the year, not sure of the date.

Although he was later than scheduled, he called several times to provide updates on when he would be at my home. He performed all services that I had requested and provided the estimate as promised.

I engaged Signature Exteriors via an AL Big Deal for 3 hours of roofing services labor. Life got busy and I let the deal sit unused for quite a while but they kept patiently reaching out to me every couple of weeks until I finally made the time to return their call to schedule service. I call them back the middle of the week and we scheduled a crew to be onsite the next Monday. I reviewed my areas of concern via a phone call with Jeremy the morning of the service and he promised to send detailed info of what they found and what they'd done. I got an e-mail containing a link to an extensive collection of photos on DropBox on Wednesday along with a detailed explanation of services complete, along with recommended additional services, as promised.

One of the owners went on the roof (my husband followed) and pointed out the areas that needed repair. He quoted a fair price for replacing shingles and flashing in about 6 places. We also had him replace a gutter. The roof repairs were done satisfactorily. The workman had to come back once to re-seal the gutter as it leaked upon the first rain, but this repair was done in a timely manner and it is fine.

This team was great. They were responsive to all my concerns and questions, they showed up on time and worked quickly to complete the job. They also accomodated my frequent changes in travel schedule.

The company was very quick in returning all calls and emails. A 4000 square ft roof was completed in 1 day. The clean up was through and it just looked beautiful when completed. They worked on the mortar until it matched exactly. We could not have found hired a better company.

The positive impression began right away. I was always able to reach them and they were very responsive to my schedule, especially appearing to act as a liason to the insurance adjuster on such short notice. They were very knowledgeable and I believe this and their already good reputation was a plus as they conferred with the claims adjuster. An estimate was drawn up on site, and the scope of the work and materials to be used was of high quality for what I thought to be a reasonable price. At no time did they try to pressure or "upsell" me. Very direct and honest, and responsive to feedback and other questions along the way. I never had to play "phone tag" to speak with them and emails were answered promptly. I believe all of the pre-job arranging was every bit as important as the actual work performed, and thus my positive impression. The work was performed all in one day and I was quite satisfied. Elated actually. The quality of materials and workmanship was good and my requests for certain details to be attended to was honored, such as protection of my air conditioning unit from falling debris and to keep my garage portal clear. In any case, I noted care was taken in cleaning up of the old shingles and sheathing and the property looked just as good after they left as before. I would use Signature Exteriors for any future projects and would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody else. Michael and his team were very professional, came on time every time and performed the service to prefection and followed up courteously

They showed up on-time, fixed the rotten wood on each corner of the home, painted and replaced the down spouts. They also installed a gutter guard on the back of the home to help with gumballs. Great work and I would hire again.

I was referred to Michael and signature exteriors by a friend. I'm always very cautious when I meet with people who work in the construction industry, but I tell you signature exteriors is hands-down one of the most professional companies I've had the pleasure working with. Michael and his team are highly responsive and informative. He addresses any questions and concerns you have. The initial meeting with Michael lasted longer than I expected, but that was only because he did an extensive analysis of my roof. We went over pictures of damage that my roof had. Ultimately it made better sense to replace the roof then to do the repairs. Michael truly is a gem. I had two other roofers come out and their first impression and inspections were not even close to the professionalism of signature exteriors. I recommend signature exteriors to anyone who wants a professional job done in a timely fashion.

Michael Garrie a co-owner of Signature Exteriors contacted me to set up a date and time for the work and ask what I wanted done. This latter information was to give them an idea of what tools and equipment they would need to bring. I told him about my siding issues and spoke in general terms about a roof inspection. They arrived on time and I showed them where my problems were and then we walked around the house and they noted other, minor, details that needed attention. They started work right after this fixing the siding and resetting and resealing nails where necessary. Their roof inspection showed that my roof was in good shape and discovered no area that needed immediate attention. They cleaned up any items that they may have left on the ground. The foliage that they cut from the tree they brought to the curbside for trash pickup. There was nothing that I could point to as a fault. This certainly would not be the last time I would call on them.

Excellently. They arrived on time, were exceedingly professional while performing the service, answered every question that I had, and even helped me with a few home issues that I had been having for some time. I would recommend them every time you have any sort roofing issue, no exceptions.

They had to deal with a problem which was not easily solved. It took a few hours and a couple of different solutions to finally fix the problem. They were persistent and fixed this issue. They also inspected my roof and covered some exposed nails and installed a couple of pieces of flashing to divert water away from the foundation. I've finally found some contractors who are responsive and punctual, get the job done.

I responded to a deal on Angie's List that is as good as any I have seen. From the very first phone call to schedule the appointment until the post-inspection/repair discussion of what Michael found and photographed it was as professional as it gets. I have no hesitation in recommending Michael and Signature Exteriors to anyone. The services provided went above and beyond what was expected.

They were terrific to work with and accommodated my schedule completely. They arrived when they said they would, did the repairs that were needed, and kept me advised along the way. They also recommended a future service that could help with any further issues, without any hard sell tactics. Overall a very good company to work with and I will go back to them when I have this service done in the future.

My gutter was leaking between fascia & gutter. It turns out the overhang of the shingles was about 3/4" shorter than what it was supposed to be. The simplest solution was to bend the metal at an angle so the water would fall into the gutter & not travel back to the fascia. We have had several storms since then & the repair appears to have worked.

I purchased an Angie's Deal for $250 worth of roof repairs. Michael inspected my roof, took pictures and explained what he had found. He also took pictures after all the exposed nails and accessories had been sealed. In addition, a detailed description of other recommended repairs was provided. I was very pleased with his work and plan to schedule the additional repairs very soon.

From the moment we purchased the deal, Michael and his team at Signature Exteriors were very responsive. We were contacted via email immediately, an appointment was scheduled and his team came out very quickly to perform the work. They were extremely knowledgeable and took "before" and "after" photos to document the work and help us understand the condition of our roof and gutters. I would highly recommend them and will utilize them for future roof and gutter work. Their combination of deep technical knowledge combined with a high level of customer service at reasonable prices is hard to find.
