, Everything went smoothly and according to the plan. Provider did not hesitate to climb to the roof repeatedly when I asked him to check this and that. He was very courteous.

Jeremy arrived at the time arranged during the appointment request. He gave a brief explanation of the services to be performed and asked if I had any questions. He was very professional and explained what he proposed as he found items of concern, then asked if had any further questions. Excellent work and excellent service!

Will definitely contact this company again for any of my home exterior needs. Email report came the same day of service and everyone and everything was very professional. Perfect performance from Signature Exteriors! More services performed than I expected on this Angie's List Big Deal. No negatives. Now waiting for the next heavy rain to put the work to a real test. Will publish a follow-up review then! UPDATE: A whole bunch of rain has fallen since Signature Exteriors performed the roof repairs last November. I am pleased to report we have NOT HAD ANY ROOF LEAKS!

The deal was for 3 hours of service. 2 guys showed up and consequently it ended up being an hour and a half for the 2 guys. I expected 3 hours even if there were 10 people. They came and they got up on the roof and my opinion was that although both the guys were friendly they were looking for something that they would come back to fix. They were doing their job of inspecting the roof but I think they were looking for things to fix. We ran into some issues and we discussed the problem with the gutter and they indicated that they devised a cure for the problem but I never got back to them to see what it was. I had them come out within a month after I purchased their deal.

I brought Signature Exteriors out for an evaluation through a Big Deal. They went over the roof carefully; with time remaining, they completely cleaned and cleared my gutters. They gave me a thorough evaluation and recommendation at the end, essentially recommending no immediate work, but advising that I keep an eye on the roof, as it is getting near the end of its life. They made suggestions on enhancements and additional protection, but were in no way pushy. Big Deals can at times be little more than entrances into additional projects. This was definitely not that type. It was simple and straightforward, and gave me much peace of mind. I will definitely call them back for additional work when it is needed down the road. I would recommend them most highly.

I was very impressed with the ease and speed of scheduling and the responsiveness of everyone I encountered at Signature Exteriors. I had my appointment scheduled the day I bought the Angie's List Big Deal and the roofers were here within 2 days, surprising with the volume of work and appointments a Big Deal can generate. Jeremy arrived first and made a good impression. Then Michael arrived to inspect the roof as well. The three of us discussed the roof's condition and out next steps as far as the insurance claim. Michael seems very confident and knowledgeable.

Fabulous! We have had a great experience with Signature Exteriors each time we have reached out to them for assistance. They work great with you to get the job done FAST and at a GREAT PRICE! When doing roof repairs, their price was less than half of our initial estimate from another roofing company. They came in, did the job and were done in a matter of hours. We loved our first experience with them so much that we have since had them come back to do gutter repair and cleaning as well as additional shingle repairs. David, Michael and their team are great in responding, getting you on their schedule as quickly as possible and then also following up to make sure you are happy with things! While the teams are here working on your house- they are professional, polite, fast but thorough, as well- and do a great job cleaning up after themselves. I am very pleased with their services and will continue to use them for any roofing, gutter, and siding needs that we may have.

Very well. The crew came in on Tuesday and ripped off 1/2 the shingles and installed new black roofing paper and new shingles. Came back on Wedsday and did the other half of the roof. Then came back on Thursday and did the 2 flat sections of the roof with rubber strips. They did a lot better job on the roof then the original builders did the first time. I would recommend Michael at Signature Exteriors to all. I've given their number to 2 of my neighbors and my banker

Signature Exteriors was great. We used the "Big Deal" coupon and they reached out to schedule quickly. All of the contact was by phone and email. I am very happy with the work and the dealings I have had with Signature. We will definitely use again in the future.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were very good. They have been here a couple of times. I paid an additional amount because they did some repair afterwards. The service was really good. The only problem was that I wasn’t here much of the time so I didn’t see it or anything. I just generally have a pretty good feeling about the company and that they did a good job. I think they’re a little bit more expensive than others but I think they did a good job for the money. Their responsiveness was good.

Perfectly. Michael, David Daniel, Jeremy Chapman and crew did an excellent job. They arrived on time, the materials show up on time and the work was completed by 3PM the same day. They were responsive to my phone calls and emails. It was a pleasure to do business with them.

A team of two guys arrived on time. One walked the roof while the other did the visual from the ground. Overall, I was happy with the job. There was a friendly difference of opinion between the two guys on how much life was left in my roof. I was surprised to learn that the roofing materials (not the shingles but the nails and stuff) were below average quality while the workmanship that put them there was above average quality. They gave me a price to repair the wood damage and referred me to another provider who could handle the squirrel infestation I had experienced. I was happy with this Angie's Big Deal.
