When our roof developed a leak just prior to New Year's Day we searched Angie's List for a service provider who could complete the work prior to the holiday and the next rain shower. Due to the location of the leak there wasn't a good temporary fix. Signature Exteriors was the one provider who committed to doing so, even sending a crew out on New Years Day to get the work done. Everyone at Signature was professional and helpful. The estimator prepared a quote while at my house and we agreed then on the scope of work. I was very impressed with everyone, from the support on the phone, the estimator and the crew who did the work. The area was clean afterward and the price was more than reasonable even given the holiday work. I will definitely use and recommend Signature in the future.

Conducted a complete exterior inspection of the roof, siding and gutters. Reattached fascia, sealed skylight, reattached gutter guards. They also took photos of everything and noted some additional work that would need preformed in the future. They were on time and very professional. I will schedule some of the other work with them soon(even though they told me there was no rush). I was extremely impressed with them.

Jeremy Chapman called me this morning to tell me the time he would be here and he was 15 minutes early. He introduced himself and told me what he planned on doing, very professional. I later met the owner who was riding with Jeremy, Michael Garrie, who introduced himself and gave me some useful information. Jeremy and Michael were great and I would definitely recommend Signature Exteriors to my neighbors and friends. This company is thorough and in my book an A+++++++. Thanks Signature Exteriors.

My husband found a leak in our rental kitchen by a can light. My roof tech,Jacob, was able to meet me at the house within 48 hours. He found the leak wasn't on the roof, but where the carport attaches to the house. He needed a lot of caulk, but was able to keep solve the problem. He did a full check-up of the house and said it was in good shape, nothing else to worry about for now The roof has another 2-3 years left. If we need any other work done, I will ask for Jacob. He smiled the whole time he was working and was very professional.

Both Michael and Jeremy were wonderful to work with! I've used roofing contractors for work completed on other properties and never, NEVER, have had the pleasure of working with such a great team. They were punctual in their arrival and pointed in their description of issues and options to resolve the matter. Their responsiveness to our call for help was greatly appreciated, as was their overall attention to detail. After living in Charlotte for some 15 years now and having roofing work completed on prior homes and rental properties, I can finally say that we've found a go-to team for our roofing needs.

We contacted Signature Exteriors because of a leak somewhere that caused our bedroom ceiling to wet and stain. The high rating on Angies List and comments along with a timely Groupon helped make the decision. I highly recommend this company and Michael. It is so comforting to have a company come out and do a thorough job and also provide us photos of what was found. At the end of the service you would expect an estimate for additional future work to be needed. Not so??Michael said our roof was in terrific shape and needed no further repairs. Do not hesitate to hire this company!

I've explained all this above. The only challenge that I think you have with a great company is that they are in demand. When I initially signed up for the Craigslist deal the earliest that I could get them to come was approximately 10 days. Then because of rain, we had to reschedule twice and this was during the holidays which made it more challenging. The receptionist/scheduler was incredibly polite and understood my frustration. However, based on my three different experiences, I want to be clear that these guys are by far superior to the others that I've had. In fact, I think the first one created the leak that we had to deal with now. I will without a doubt stick with Signature Exteriors. They are incredibly informative and do great work. That's the bottomline.

I have several leaks that they evaluated. They repaired one of them and gave me a reasonable estimate for a large job. I will be using them in the future.

I had a tree limb stuck in my roof which resulted in a leak during a big rain so I ordered the big deal for $59.00 . Due to me having a major issue with my roof they actually squeezed me in almost 2 weeks early to help address the issue. The provider called prior to arriving to my home and walked me through everything he was going to do. Considering the issues I had were more extensive than what was covered in the big deal , I was able to get the repairs discounted. ( after discount paid $225). The company is very professional and truly keeps you informed on what's going on. I really liked the report with detailed pictures of before and after work. Will use again in the future and will recommend to others

Changed some weather stripping on the front and door to the garage and caulked around the dining room window in the front. Apparently went okay. |There is/was a big misunderstanding on the services they provided and what I wanted done was not part of their services (replace weather strip at bottom of the front and garage doors). Its as much my fault as anyone's I guess, and the tech was prompt and courteous but he didn't clean up the mess he left on the floors where he performed the work. |For some reason, he wanted to go up on our roof to take a look at it which is no way related to why I contracted with these people. |

The team was prompt in scheduling the appointment as well as communicating arrival time. Onsite they were very efficient in making the most of the 2 hours and provided over 100 photos of the work performed since we could not see it first hand. Highly recommended!

PERFORMED COMPLETE CHECKUP OF ROOF AND SIDING AND REPLACED SLEVE ON EXHAUST STACK PROTRUDING FROM ROOF.

A contractor renovated my bathroom, installing a new vent for the ceiling fan. This resulted in a lovely leak damaging said bathroom's ceiling. I called Signature exteriors and described the situation and they were seriously fantastic in coming out here the same day to evaluate the problem, despite their already full schedule. He added some extra caulking just in case But the next day, they squeezed me in to actually do the repairs so I wouldn't have any more damage . It's so hard to find people who care about their work these days and this kind of customer service is anything but typical. Awesome! Oh and they are completely organized in the office, sending me a calendar invite (are you kidding me?)

Everything went very well and was pleased with the repairs. Very friendly and professional. Provided an invoice for the cost of gutter guards and repairs to front porch that needs to be done. Invoice seemed to be very fair and no pressure on getting the work done.

Everything went well from the call back for the appointment time to the actual visit, which was on time and a call was made before coming out.

It went excellent. They arrived when they said they would. The technician was clean and professional. He showed me the issues that were causing the leaks and he gave me a couple of solutions. He completed the inexpensive options and gave me a quote on the 2nd option. He offered to blow the excess leaves out of my gutters out at no extra charge. A couple days later the company sent me the quotes along with the pictures of all the work that had been done.

Jeremy was punctual and efficient in the replacement of the weather stripping.

He called to let me know he was coming and was on time. He was friendly and professional. He inspected my home. He then winterized it by replacing the insulation around the doors and caulking the windows. The doors are extra tight now with no light coming through and it feels warmer around the windows.

Jeremy Chapman did a great job in winterizing several of my doors and windows. The house is noticeably less drafty now, and I'll be able to save money on heating by turning down the thermostat a couple of degrees.

The provider called to tell me what time he would arrive. He arrived within 10 minutes of the stated time. We discussed what I wanted, and he conducted the evaluation. When he was done, we talked about the condition of my gutters. He did not attempt to sell me on any products. I was very satisfied with my service and the overall experience.

Contractor was on time, very professional and had a great attitude. They stayed even after dark to make sure they could finish the job that day instead of having to come back again. Highly recommended. Would use again.

Great service -- prompt, professional, did exactly what needed to be done, didn't try to sell us additional services we didn't need. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

They were very thorough, showing me photos of areas of concern, and made recommendations regarding the need for a new roof. I knew the roof was old and probably needed to be replaced. I have since received a detailed quote and they spent a fair bit of time explaining the details of the proposal for work to be done and recommendations for shingles, ridge vent, etc. Very professional. I will get additional quotes but will certainly consider them.
