This was an Angie's list special. It went extremely well. The scheduling was prompt and Jeremy arrived on time. He took lots of pictures showing the areas he worked on and showed them to me on his laptop. He also emailed the pictures to me. I'm very pleased with this company.

They were very nice and thorough. No repairs needed.

Provider was punctual, friendly, and thorough. After his inspection, the provider did not try to sell work that was not required which is very respectful in these times of constant scams. The provider took before and after pictures of the work he did as well as his inspection. There was not one negative aspect of the entire experience. I would definitely use this provider in the future.

Professional service and quality work. Michael took the time to take pictures (before and after) of the pipe boots that he replaced. He sat down with us and reviewed the photos, and his work, at the end of the evening. We will use a Signature Exteriors in the future, and recommend that you do as well.

Purchased a big deal for 2 hours of work. Service provider came as scheduled but agreed that he would be unable to fix the roof leak that led us to purchase Big Deal in the scheduled service period. He offered to set up a future appointment with his slate roof expert if we chose, or to have Angie's List refund the Big Deal purchase since he could not help us that day. He was professional and polite.

The work turned out well. They were fantastic. They were knowledgeable and I didn’t feel like they were trying to just sell me stuff.

nice young man, replaced the weather stripping in my outside door jams. however, I still see daylight between my back door and the door jam and the bottom of it was not addressed. lots of cold air coming thru bottom. said he checked all windows for leaks, but since that I have had to stuff some of the windows with blankets, newspaper, etc because they are so leaky. he checked the roof and did a "courtesy" gutter cleaning for me. felt very impressed at the time that they could spend that much time for such little money, but did not do good job of gutter cleaning. I pointed out several huge clumps of pine needles left in the gutter, and he went back to get them out. I found more later. they wanted to replace my roof, but not that impressed with their services or quality of work.

Used the big deal. Very professional and timely. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Though Signature Exteriors was professional and attentive, their pricing was high and way out of my budget. I found another roofer who has quoted me less than half the Signature Exteriors quote and is doing more work.

Michael and his partner were very thorough and professional in their observation and assessment of my roof. They documented their studies with a digital camera and sent the files to me for further observation. Michael and his partner also performed much needed repairs to insure against future leaking around my chimney. I asked for a price quote to replace the roof which Michael is in the process of providing. I feel confident that their product and installation are superior.

Fantastic. if you're looking to have anything done to the exterior of your home or roof call these people. They were great, punctual, and called before they arrived twice.

I purchased a house and it needed some fine tuning and Angie had this good deal. Signature Exteriors did just what I needed with a high degree of professionalism. They are the ones to call if you need something taken care of the first time. Great job Signature Exteriors, keep up the good work!

Very professional and thorough.

Due to heavy rains in the area, there was a non-roof-related leak that was exposed due to the high volume of water. Michael and his team were quick to respond and assess the problem. Even though the problem was not due to the roof installation, they were helpful enough to make the repairs and stop the leak. My family was extremely appreciative of Signature going out of their way (during the holiday season) to make sure we were taken care of. We continue to be impressed by Signature's commitment to professionalism and will continue to use them in the future.

It was okay and they did a good job. They were average. They did check the gutters. They said that my roof is in good condition. The price was cheap and I would use them again.

He was pleasant on the phone thou he did not service the Memphis area.

I was not happy about initial contact from the company because it was an email asking ME to call THEM. From the form I had completed on Angie's List I thought they would CALL me. I'm don't go online every day so I didn't even know they had contacted me until at least 3 days later. I was told they don't get all the information provided to Angie's list. (So maybe not even the phone number??) Anyway, I scheduled an appointment but because of cold weather I had to wait nearly two weeks which was worrisome because I knew it would rain again in that time period (it did rain and I did get more water into the trouble spot). After scheduling the appointment I was told I would get a confirmation by email. I didn't receive any confirmation until about 48 hours before the scheduled appointment though I sent an email to the company after a couple days to see if I was indeed on their schedule....no response. After all that, I was not expecting much. Jeremy was the young man who arrived...on time. We talked about my issues with the roof, I showed him where the water had leaked in and he got right to work. He took pictures of everything and when he couldn't make a "for sure" diagnosis from the roof, he went into the attic to look at it from the inside. From there he was able to determine there was a small leak on a part of the roof that doesn't really have enough slope. (The house was built in 1900 and at some point a less-steep roof was added to the front to extend over the porch.) Jeremy cleaned the roof of debris with a leaf blower, then re-glued shingles around the area of the leak. In the rains we've had since then there haven't been any further leaks so that seems to have done the trick. He suggested I consider having the shingles pulled away and a waterproof membrane put down before re-installing the shingles at some time in the future, but knowing what an expense that would be he thinks the current solution was the right one...for me, my roof and my budget. And I agree. After the service call I received via email a complete set of the photographs Jeremy took, including the area in my attic so I can know what I'm talking about when I need to get someone in to replace the insulation that got wet. Overall, I was very pleased with the service side of the transaction. I have to lower the total score a bit because I just wasn't totally happy with the adminstrative/scheduling side.

Jeremy Chapman was the young man who came to do the service. He was knowledgable, polite, sincere, helpful and gave good advice. He did not make assumptions but instead checked things out thoroughly. Jeremy was professional, kind and respectful toward me and my home. He pointed out where a roof leak was coming from and went through a few other minor repair suggestions on some rotting wood. He suggested which things he thought needed to be done sooner and what could wait awhile, with the promise to get back to me in a few days on the itemized pricing. I will fill Angie's list in on how that goes when I see it. Jeremy also reattached gutters that had been sitting in the utility room for three years, and caulked some nails in the roofing that had begun to rust . All in all, I am extremely impressed by the company, the service and the representative.

Jeremy spent about two hours reviewing my roof and gutters. There were some things he noticed that he took care of. He also offered solutions to my gutter problem. He took lots of pictures to explain what he was looking at. That really helped because I have no roof and gutter experience. He was pleasant and professional.

This is one of the most efficiently run businesses I have used since we moved to this state less than 2 years ago. From the first day of scheduling an appointment, to their phone call just prior to their on-time arrival, to the detailed report (with lots of photos) that was presented to us after their thorough inspection, all 3 representatives/inspectors that were here were professional, very knowledgeable, honest and courteous. Their inspection revealed that our roof and other areas sustained hail damage since we moved here, which we were totally unaware of. They also replaced some damaged vinyl siding, sealed some exposed roof nails, etc and documented everything they observed and the services performed. They did not try to up-sell us on any services that we really didn't need or want. I would hire them again for any exterior services to our residence and highly recommend them for others.

I am pleased with the service I received. My gutters are now clear and I have good photos of my roof. We have been in our house for 10 years and we needed our roof inspected. They seem to know their business well and I feel that they did a good job.

I was blown away! From the time the team arrived, until they left they informed me ever step of the way and made sure that I understood (with photo documentation) EXACTLY what was happening with our home. I was so impressed that I took the time to start conversation with a few other folks that I know need or will need roof work done in the future.

We were very pleased with Signature Exteriors. They were prompt and professional in scheduling the service. We had to reschedule due to a heavy rainstorm, and the rescheduling was communicated in a timely manner and scheduled for a Saturday morning for convenience. They called before arriving to let us know when they would be here. They did both a walk-around and rooftop inspection, took many photos, and addressed several minor maintenance issues. They reviewed all photos and work done with me prior to departing and provided an e-mail with links to all photos for my records. Can't imagine anything they could have done to make the experience better. I will definitely use them in the future for any roofing needs.

This went well. Since the work was completed, we saw no issues with clogs or anything of that nature in the gutters. We were happy with work.
