They did what we needed them to do. They did a detailed analysis at the end of the visit. I plan on getting a quote to possibly add some gutter guards in the future. Really quality work and professionalism.

Purchased the Bid Deal and it was exactly as advertised. The gentleman who performed the repairs was on time, knowledgeable, and even took the time to show me why the siding was sliding. Excellent work!

Jeremy called me on the morning of the service to let me know he was on his way. He arrived at the time frame he said he was going to. My immediate impression of him was easy-going and professional. He briefly explained what he was going to do and began with the service which included a thorough inspection of my roof and taking pictures. My roof is over ten years old and I had never had it inspected before. When he was done about 20 minutes later, he told me that everything looked great and that I needed no further services. He did indicate during the orientation that he may have to go up in the attic if he saw any problems. But he didn't have to because the inspection showed no signs of damage or lifting. Not only was that great news, but I immediately felt that I can trust him. It would have been easy to take advantage of someone who knows nothing about roofing. Had he told me that there were issues with my roof I would have believed him, especially because my roof is over ten years old. A "crooked" contractor would have definitely considered taking advantage of my gullibility. So, I appreciated Jeremy for being so honest. I told him that and he even said that it's not everyday that he runs into a 10+year roof in good condition as mine. I will definitely be using Signature Exteriors for future maintenance/repair/replacement.

Michael and crew was very informative. He called the day before and the day of to confirm and keep me in the loop. He gave me recommendations for the exterior of my house. Highly recommend. Also did an inspection of my roof.

Michael and Jeremy were awesome. Very professional, personable, and thorough when it came to doing the inspection and making any repairs. Michael took the time to show me pictures and explain in detail problem areas, concerns, and what didn't need further consideration. He is also very knowledgeable when dealing with insurance companies and what if anything may be covered. I would highly recommend Signature Exteriors; and will definitely utilize them in the future for any roofing needs.

Michael and his team were prompt and professional. Identified the problems, took photos and talked us through the repairs, made the repairs at our request and showed us photos of the repaired section of the roof. Very reliable and straightforward, didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. We will definitely call them again any time we need any work done on our roof. Using a coupon on Angie's list, I contacted Signature Exteriors to check out a leak on my garage roof. Michael Garrie the owner arrived the next day with a co-worker to check out the problem. They found the leaks were caused by missing and damaged shingles - apparently from high winds we had had during the heavy rains of last summer. They applied semi-permanent emergency repairs and suggested I contact my insurance company. One benefit they provided was complete digital photos of the roof, the damaged areas and they had them to me via email and dropbox within hours. This made my on--line claim process much easier. My insurance adjustor verified the damage and the claim. As I had never made a homeowners insurance claim before, Michael provided excellent advice, and checked over the insurance company's paperwork to ensure that it was complete and accurate. My garage roof was stripped and redone with new felt underlayment and new 25 year shingles in less than half a day. The crew did an excellent job, both in the application and the clean up afterwards. I would not hesitate to recommend Signature Exteriors and Michael Garrie to anyone needing repair or replacement of their roofing system.

They are still coming out. I just made a mistake in the ordering process and ended up with two of the big deals instead of one. Please refund one of the deals. The company called me back first thing this morning and were very helpful. I have a date set up for them to come out next week.

I started to see drip marks in my ceiling and walls. they inspected the roof, gave me an estimate and performed the repairs. they were professional and did a great job. I will use them again in the future.

Jeremy Chapman came by on time and listened to my input, climbed up on the roof and took a lot of pictures, made a few minor repairs, and provided a follow up report. No pressure to buy anything, but good info. We recently bought the house and the report provided me good information to know the house condition better.

I purchased an Angie's list or was it Groupon or even Social Living? for a gutter and roof inspection with minor things taken care of during the inspection. That went very well. He fixed two locations on the guttering that were loose. Resealed a couple of places on the roof where the nails were beginning to pop up. So the special turned out to be a spectacular bargain. I only wish the quote or cost of adding three downspouts was not in excess of $800.00.

My house is a fairly new-build and I did not expect any large issues. But shoddy interior finishing work made me wonder about the craftsmanship of the roof and if any shortcuts had been taken with the roof. The roof shingling was passable as was ridge vent and valleys.They did seal some gutter leaks for me that I asked them to do and let me know that I should watch for problems that occur in the transition from steep roof to the flatter pitch porch roof. Nice to know. All in all I learnt a lot about roof structure as well as having some peace of mind.

Last review was incorrect, as there was a miscommunication. Another contractor had called, who was confirming an appointment from a different company. The prior negative review was from that experience which had nothing to do with Signature Exteriors.

A piece of siding from my home had just fallen off and I came across this offer the next day. I found the company to be extremely professional from making an appointment to the completion of the work. The work was done during the beginning of a snowstorm. I couldn't believe that the work could be done with such bad weather! |Jeremy arrived on time. He not only replaced my siding, but inspected my entire roof and siding. A piece of gutter had come away from my house and Jeremy secured it in place at no additional charge. After he was done, he showed me a number of photos of the exterior of my home, including my roof. An email was sent later that day with the photos for my records. Not your typical roofer...

Good quality work, timely arrival, knowledgeable staff. Pleased with the service. Also provided good advice regarding my home and how to spot future trouble areas.

Signature Exteriors took a great deal of time to provide and communicate estimate. I was impressed with their work and presentation, especially given the need to explain why costs exceeded the Big Deal price. I would utilize them to do the work, but cannot afford the total cost at this time.

I couldn't have asked for a better job - Jeremy met and exceeded my expectations. The inspection was very thorough, and he explained in detail everything that he found. All photos of the roof and the roof repairs he made are being sent by email for future reference. He answered all our questions. The repairs looked quite professional. While there were no major repairs needed (which naturally would incur additional costs), he made a significant number of minor repairs, including replacement of two broken shingles. Signature did not in any way try to sell me additional services. I would strongly recommend Signature for roofing inspections and minor repairs. I'm reasonably certain they would do a great job on major repairs.

Jeremy was very polite & professional. He took many pictures and they were all provided within 24 hours to us for our own records. He advised that within a week we would have an estimate for the additional work that is suggested.

They were very prompt. They did a really good job. They still had one problem, they tried to fix a leak but they didn't get done, but I had not contacted them to come back out and redo that. They did exactly what I asked them. They were very efficient, both from the offices and the gentleman that came out to do the repairs. They were very nice. The work turned out fine. They have issued me a quote for $570 to do some additional repairs but I have not contracted them yet.

It went great! They kept me very informed throughout the process and were very professional. They took great pictures of the house, the price was reasonable, and I was satisfied with the quality of the work.
