Signature Exteriors sent two people out. The gentleman (I am sorry I forget his name) that came to my door and did the assessment was courteous and professional. He climbed all over and in my house taking photos and discussing what he saw with me. He took measurements and placed some vent cap covers around some exposed areas. The other gentleman, who provided the quote, didn't even bother to get out of the vehicle when talking to me. Yes, it sounds picky but it felt like he just wanted to get out there as quick as possible and I was holding him up. One thing I ask of anybody taking my money when providing a service, lie to me and pretend you care. While I do not believe the service I got is indicative of the company, I still felt put out and choose another company to repair my roof.

I was not there for the work, but my wife was. Everything was fine. There were additional fees as we had additional work. There was a leak on the roof around the satellite dish and they removed it for us and took care of the problem. That worked out great! Because of the rainy weather, it took a while to have the work done. Other than that, we are pleased with it. They would call us in advance to let us know. They arrived on time for the appointment and cleaned up well after everything was complete.

I can't overstate how easy it was to work with Michael and Signature Exteriors. My original call to them was to have them come out and replace a few missing shingles on my roof due to a wind storm. They came out after the initial call and did a very thorough evaluation of my entire roof. After examining the entire roof, there was more wind damage than I was able to see from the ground and they recommended I contact my insurance provider. I was skeptical, however Michael assured me there was significant damage. Michael came out with the insurance adjustor just to make sure that the adjustor was aware of all of the damage, and sure enough the adjustor agreed that the roof needed to be replaced. When it came time to do the actual work, they were, prompt, thorough, and did excellent work. They also did a great job with cleanup which is always a concern with a project like this. There were some separate issues with our downspout configuration that I wanted changed, and they completed that work as well at a minimal cost to us. Altogether it was a great experience.

I wasn’t excited. I thought they would going to check for air leaks. They just walked around the house and said they looked fine. I requested that they sealed the doors. He left old sealant laying on the patio. It was not worth $200. They were nice and friendly.

It was good. I would use them again.

The technician was polite, professional, and great to work with. He performed most of the repairs which I mentioned to the scheduler but ran out of time to complete a couple of the siding repairs. Just wish he would have spent less time inspecting the roof and more time repairing all of our known issues. Buyers of the Angie's Big Deal should be aware that they are paying for an inspection service as a means for the vendor to quote higher priced future repair work. Only minor repairs were actually included in the special offer.

Jeremy setup a time and date to fix the areas of concern. He was very thorough and completed his work in a timely manner. Thus far we have not had any problems as a result of the work performed. I would recommend them to others that may need their services.

Working out the initial appointment time wasn't exactly perfect, but otherwise, our experience with Signature Exteriors was excellent. The technician called ahead of time, and showed up on time. He was polite and pleasant to speak with. We talked through some of our concerns with the roof, after which he climbed up on the roof, and checked everything out. After a while, he came back down, and advised us that our roof was in good shape, and that based on the age and condition, it had anywhere between 2 to 5 years on it, probably closer to 5. He focused our attention on some of the issues he saw, and let us know that he had fixed them. The main reason we called him out there was to fix some loose flashing on the front of our garage. He went above and beyond by not only fixing this, but also by spray painting the entire faded flashing area and by fixing all other trouble spots as he knew we were putting the house up for sale. He also took and sent us pictures of the roof where he made corrections, so we could have as a selling feature. I don't know that this experience could have been any better. We got exactly what we wanted, and then some.

I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal for 2 hours of roof maintenance and these nice gentlemen came out, inspected my roof and re-caulked everything they could find. I highly recommend Signature Exteriors!

We have one side of our house that is rotting and woodpeckers have made several holes in. I called Signature Exterior to have someone come out and take a look. Michael Garrie came out on Friday, March 7. He was advised that we wanted three estimates: 1) to replace the siding of the one side of house in the current material (Masonite), 2) to replace the siding on the one side of the house with Hardie Board, and 3) to replace the siding of the entire house. After inspection, Mr. Garrie stated he would provide an estimate in 2-3 days. I personally was not present for the initial inspection, but was advised that Mr. Garrie was friendly and appeared very knowledgeable. We received an estimate on Wednesday, March 12, 2014 to replace the one side of the house with Masonite, but that was all. I e-mailed Mr. Garrie and asked when we could expect the other two estimates. I received a response from Issac Hinson (the individual who scheduled the appointment) stating that they had pending questions with their Hardie Board suppliers and once they received the answers, they would get back to me. As far as an estimate for the entire house, Mr. Garrie would need to come out again to take additional measurements (I guess he didn't do this the first time). I responded and said Mr. Garrie could come out at any time as I assumed we would not need to be home for taking measurements. I also advised that the woodpeckers were creating even more holes and we would need to make a decision as soon as possible, and asked when we could expect an estimate for the Hardie Board Material. It is now April 1 and I never received any sort of response. As stated above, I was told Mr. Garrie seemed very knowledgeable and provided a lot of helpful information regarding our pending project. However, with the lack of response and the requested estimates, I can't help but feel that my business was not that important to this company.

I am very pleased with the quality of the work done and the service. I highly recommend Signature Exteriors and would definitely use them again.

I requested service from Signature Exteriors to secure vinyl siding that came loose on side of house. The vinyl siding was still attached to home 15-20 feet from ground, but was a loose and flapping in the wind. Originally called on a Wednesday and spoke with a Michael to ask for pricing to repair/secure strip of loose vinyl siding. Giving him the details over the phone he actually suggested I look at the two hour deal listed which would probably be cheaper. (Other business quoted 4 times as much) He did state their next availability would probably be the following Thursday but to include in the order details that I spoke with him so that I could be assured of the next time slot. After purchase my order was confirmed and the next day I received an email confirmation of the following Thursday. Thursday of the repair I received a phone call about an hour before my scheduled service. It was Michael asking if the service man could arrive early and I stated that was fine. When Jeremy Chapman arrived he was very polite and professional. I showed him the side of the house where the loose vinyl siding was. Looking at the siding Jeremy didn't see a major problem with having it repaired but wanted get a close look to be sure. Next Jeremy asked about my roof and gutters. After first I was a little defensive because the main objective I wanted accomplished was the vinyl secured. Jeremy reassured me again that he will take care of the siding but stated what I forgot. Purchasing the 2 hour Roof, Siding and Gutter package allows him to check the whole house for needed maintenance/repair. In less than 2 hours Jeremy did the following at no additional charge: - Fixed 2 other loose vinyl sidings in addition to the one on the side of the house - Checked my roof for hail damage and loose shingles - Secured a loose roof ridge-vent - Checked my gutters and assured they were clear - Personal advice on lifespan of my existing roof - Gave me an computer overview of all work that was done. I was very surprised and pleased with the work that was done especially since I only wanted the siding fixed. Dealing with Jeremy I didn't feel I was pressured for any additional service or offers. Again I was really surprised how polite and even nice the guy was. That made me feel comfortable with doing business with him. If needing other work like this I would call back.

Isaac was my contact with the company. He did a great job of returning my phone calls and scheduling the appointment for the assessment of the cause of the leak. Then he scheduled the repair after providing an estimate. Jeremy came out for the initial roof assessment and provided a detailed explanation of the problem as well as pictures he had taken of the roof and inside the attic. We are very pleased with the service and are thankful to finally have the repairs accomplished in a professional manner.

I am a new resident of Charlotte and found Exterior Signatures on Angie's List. Jeremy, the Regional Field Supervisor, performed a full inspection of the roof, gutters, downspouts (including pictures). He corrected holes in the gutters which were causing the leak, explaining to me what was going on. I am so happy with the total experience and highly recommend this company

Jeremy was awesome! After a thorough assessment, he reviewed the results in a very easy to understand manner. The roof looked great, other then a few lifting areas around the vent flanges. He repaired those. He also explained that the reason for the broken/sagging shingles were a result of some overzealous birds that seem to just love our roof! The following day, he emailed his report to us to include multiple views/pictures with chalk explanations! (I wonder what planes flying over think?) He could have easily tried to sell us on new shingles, etc. He didn't even try! This is a company that I will always use for roofing/siding maintenance.

Arranging appointment for 3-20-14 was very easy with Isaac, I called on 3-14-14. Jeremy called prior to arriving on time, was most professional. Did the work and took photos, advised they would come on email in a couple of days. Super nice to work with him. THIS WAS AN "ANGIE'S LIST DEAL, SUPER VALUE FOR WORK THAT I AM UNABLE TO DO !!

They were great. They were very good. I had only one issue with them because they found an issue but didn’t test it. I will be calling them to have them come back out and test the leak. They gave me an estimate on what it would cost to fix if there is something wrong. They cocked and sealed everything. They are very professional and very prompt. We had some delays because of weather but they kept in contact with me until they could come back out to finish.

He fixed a leak on my roof, and cleaned my gutters. He also removed debris from trees that was left on my roof. He also cleaned off my deck.

It was excellent. I like them because they came and did what they said they were gonna do and I had no problems with our roof. They were professional.

Appointment was rescheduled several times due to weather and scheduling conflicts. Once the employee come out, the install went pretty quickly. Person also did an inspection and provided good information about roof maintenance. Over grade is a B because the work took a while to get scheduled.

I had a leak in my roof and I was hoping the 2 hours of roofing deal would be put to use to resolve my issue. One whole hour was spent inspecting my entire roof. The leak issue was identified, but with an hour left of my 2 hour special, the work could not be performed. The technician advised a quote would be put together and I could be credited the hours labor. When I received the quote, I was flabbergasted at the estimate for the repair. The estimate was $600, plus an Angie's List discount of $100, bringing the total to $500. I contacted two additional roofing companies for competitive quotes. I did not tell the other companies how much I was originally quoted. I chose another Angie's List recommended roofing company whose price was far below the $500. I feel the coupon was a waste of money since it was only for an inspection which led to an inflated repair quote.

Signature Exteriors was quick to respond to our need for roof repair. The owner, Michael, was prompt, friendly and was thorough in his inspection of our roof. He was detailed in explaining our options and patient in answering questions (and we asked a lot). He took action to protect our home by placing an emergency tarp on it. We look forward to working with them again for our roof replacement.

They arrived on time, communicated well and performed the work that needed to be done.
