Several years ago, I had a different roofing company stop by my door to give a free roof inspection. After their inspection was completed, they showed me pictures of hail damage on my roof. I was skeptical whether it was truly hail damage (10 year old roof), or just some scuff marks on the shingles. I never went through on filing a claim and getting a new roof. When I saw the $59.00 deal on Angies List, I thought I would have a second opinion. Kenny and Jeremy, from Signature Exteriors, came out to my house on time. They were extremely professional and explained ahead of time what they were going to do. It took them approximately 30 minutes and to fix some minor repairs covered up exposed and rusted nails. Their opinion was that my roof was still in good condition and that I did NOT need a new roof. I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism, and the fact that they saved me some money. I definitely would recommend them to others.

The new High definition roof by contractors was put on in one day, gutters cleaned and area left clean all around the house. The new roof added high quality definition to my home, looks great. Most of all, I have peace of mind of reliable performance in a roof.

Workers showed up promptly. The work was done fully to my satisfaction. The perimeter of my house was completely cleaned so there were no scraps of metal. Very professional. Great experience.

When I contacted the provider, they informed me that gutter cleaning did not fall under the terms of the deal. He was very good on the phone and helpful during our interaction but I was not able to use them for this particular project.

Kenny Trujillo and a young man whose name I don't remember came at the appointed time, did their work smoothly and rapidly and sent me an email outlining what they had done and took pictures to illustrate. I am completely satisfied and, based on this experience would recommend them highly.

Spent the two hours working on the roof as special said they would do. Cleaned up the site and was very professional. Identified the source of the leak and recommended actions to correct the problem

disappointed in the limited amount that could be done in the alloted time for the Big Deal. Also, given the older type of windows that I have, there wasn't much that could be done to seal them - which isn't their fault, just didn't make it particularly worth it for me.

Very good experience and very detailed. They even sent pictures of the before and after pictures via email -- great since it's hard to examine their work (since I am not getting up on the roof).

Appointment made easily and at a time convenient for me they called the day before to let me know that if bad weather materialized they may need to change. That wasn't necessary. They were on time and very helpful they even took pictures and took the time to explain things to me. I would definitelybrecommendbthem to my friends.

It went fine. They were timely, very professional and did good work. My only issue is that they did not stay the full 2 hours. They could have done a small amount of gutter work in the 30 minutes they had left. They gave me recommendations and a quote for future gutter work for $400.00.

It turned out excellent. There was no problem there. They did an excellent job on that. The experience with them was absolutely good. They scheduled their appointment and they were on time. He and couple of guys showed up late one afternoon. It took them about 30 minutes and they had it done. This was just a maintenance thing. I had the roof completely replaced since they were there. It was a big deal purchase. There was no additional charge.

Upon their initial inspection, there were a couple things that needed repairing. They provided me with an estimate, scheduled the repair and completed it in a timely manner. They were very responsive and professional. I am considering using them in the future for additional services.

They came out as scheduled to do the 2 hour gutter repair, but were unable to do the repair from storm damage as the gutter that came off during the storm was deemed by them as un-repairable. Instead they just did the roof inspection part of the Angie's List Big Deal I pre-paid for. They quoted me an estimate on how much it would cost to replace the 15 feet of damaged gutter. I thought they were excluding the cost of labor as they really owed me 2 hours of roof/gutter repair labor. I went and got a FREE second estimate for the gutter repair and was quoted considerably less than this provider and the second provider was of course charging for labor as I had not pre-paid them for 2 hours of roof/gutter labor! I emailed the Angie's List provider that I had received a cheaper estimate that even included labor at the second provider and told him I no longer need their services. Turns out the provider was already on their way to my house to do the higher-charge gutter repair. The guy I emailed called me and told me they were on-site, but I told them I got a cheaper estimate, thanks but no thanks. He said okay and we hung up. But 3 minutes later he called me back and asked if he could reduce the cost by that 2 hours of labor I had technically already paid for, so I agreed and approved the work to be completed. I just wish he wouldn't have tried to double-charge me for labor that I already paid for. Anyways, the work got done and they took off the damaged gutter which I was much appreciative of.

What a great deal and how hard the dispatcher worked to get the work done in the time frame our home closing allowed. Not here when the roofers were but talked with them on the phone - very polite and informative.

'Above and Beyond' pretty much sums up the experience. The value received for the $99 roof maintenance package was AWESOME! Jeremy, the gentlemen the performed the work, executed it with the precision and professionalism. He answered all my questions and provided the type of attention I would expect to find if I was building a full custom home, not doing a minor roof repair. Isaach, their field coordinator, was knowledgeable and attentive. A+

A crew of 3 came out including the owner. They walked my entire roof and investigated where I needed any repairs due to damage or age. They nail down, sealed and/or glued down any loose roofing tiles and showed me pictures of what they had done. They also showed where the roof may stand to be repaired in the future and offered to work with my insurance company to assist in that. As a result of there efforts there were no findings on my home inspection. Thank you

Repaired damaged shingles and sealed flashing around chimney. Recommended other repairs but was not pushy about it.

Young guys, but they know their stuff. Polite, professional, responsive - truly great to work with. They also took the time to explain exactly what they were doing, which was a nice change from the "trust me, I'm a man" approach. Best of all, they successfully repaired a vent leak that we'd had for over a decade that had stumped several other well respected roofers. I would not hesitate to call on them for future work.

Jeremy arrived right on time. He seemed like a nice person who enjoys his work. He wanted to know if there is anything specific he needed to pay particular attention to. My roof is relatively new but I had the fascia metal under the roof line blown off with high wind a few days ago. I showed him the damage and gave him the blown off metal piece. He did a great job re-attaching the metal piece, inspecting and taking pictures of the roof so that I can understand the condition of the roof and gutter.

Scheduling was good. They were not able to do one part of it. They needed to repair some vinyl that had blown off from the wind. They recommended I get them replaced rather than fixed. They did send me a quote for additional work. So I will be using them again.

Jeremy was professional, kind, and knew his stuff. He went above and beyond our expectations adding pipe boots and fixing the ridge vent. Because of this, we got a quote to fix the flashing on the roof, and we had no hesitation scheduling when we received it. It was nice to receive a quote for work to be done and not be outraged by the price (the quote was about what we expected to pay for the job). We would definitely use Signature Exteriors again.
