It went great! The technician that came out was fantastic and I’m thinking about having them come back out for more work. There were no issues with scheduling and there were no hidden fees. He was very knowledgeable and highly professional. He took pictures and I was overall impressed.

I had a couple of gutters that had come loose so they tightened them up.

Jeremy gave a heads-up call before coming over. He was professional and performed a visual inspection of my roof, siding, and gutters. After the inspection was complete, he gave me a verbal appraisal of what he had observed, and later that day, emailed me 52(!) photos. To be honest, I was expecting a bit of sales pitch telling me that I needed some roof repair and gutter cleaning. In the last 6 years, we've had 4 or 5 hailstorms, and I have observed some of my neighbors replacing their roofs after an "inspection" was done on their roofs. Maybe some did have sufficient damage, but after being told my gutters were clean and free of debris, and he had only observed ?minor hail strikes?, I began to wonder if my neighbors had been taken in. I should also mention that while on the roof, he sealed some exposed nails and accessories. Done and done. I will definitely use this company again. Highly recommended.

Isaac was very professional and fit me into the schedule. At times things moved a bit slower than I had wanted, but ultimately they fit me into their schedule where it was convenient for me (they came on Memorial Day to get the services completed). The soffit fix on the roof was done very well. There was a bit of miscommunication about the gutter cleaning; I was under the impression that they would be flushed out with pressure washing, but instead only the debris was blown out in certain spots. That being the case, I would have thought the price would have been a bit lower. I spoke with the company and they apologized about this and handled the situation well. All in all, I would use them again in the future.

I purchased this Angie's list deal. They contacted me quickly to set up a time to come out. they checked gutters for clogs. they also cleaned off entire roof of leaves and other debris.

Work performed was very good. My gutters needed to be sealed and sloped appropriately. Work took about 90 minutes.

On the day of the appointment, Jeremy, the technician, showed up on time, and called to let me know he had arrived. He inspected the problem area, diagnosed it, fixed it, and showed me - with several detailed photos - exactly what the problem had been, and how he had fixed it. Jeremy was prompt, professional, friendly, and didn't try to sell extra services. While my experience was with only a small issue, it was a great experience. Signature Exteriors will be my go-to company for roof repairs in the future. I would highly recommend them.

We could not have been more pleased. Jeremy was on time, polite and professional and a delight to work with. He listened and made note of what we wanted done, advised us, did the work, took photos of the completed work, and if anything worked over the 2 hours we had contracted for. We bought the $59.00 two hour roof and gutter inspection special from Angie's List and got more than our money's worth.

Great value in the service. Had been scheduled about 10 days out, but they called when an opening came up within a couple of days and we took advantage of that. Recommend them.

Company said that the fine print said I could not apply the deal to current or past jobs. They were basing this off of an estimate they gave me to do a series of jobs when they came out previously. However, I was not trying to apply the deal to that estimate. I was only trying to apply it toward one job which happened to be a part of the estimate. I'm guessing the price for that job would have been drastically different in price than what I was expecting since a coupon was involved. Instead of arguing with them about it, I just decided to get a refund. I do not plan on working with them again. The text for the deal said it could not be applied to any current or past jobs. I didn't have any current jobs going on - only an estimate that I did not use. Also, the company should have asked me what I was going to use the deal for instead of assuming it was for the work on the estimate that I had received a few months back.

Great! Jeremy does a great job and we will definitely refer. Will also contact Signature Exteriors for future work.

Did not hire the company based on poor professionalism and inability to provide proper estimate.

We initially purchased a Big Deal for 2 hours of siding, gutter, & roof maintenance for a piece of aluminum flashing on one of our eaves that had been blown off by a storm. When the team came out, they did a full roof inspection and showed us pictures that indicated hail damage and told us they could work with our insurance company to file a claim on the roof for around $6500. They also gave us quotes to repair wood-rot on three corners of the house at $466 each, three small octagonal windows that had wood-rot to replace at $466 each, repair wood-rot around the garage door at $466, and replace the front door due to wood-rot at about $1200. So, the final quote, including roof replacement, came to around $11,000 total for all the things they recommended. Quite a bit more than we expected, but the work did need to be done and up-selling is expected. We authorized the roof replacement (since it only cost us $500 of our deductible and the insurance claim would cover the remainder). We also told the owner that we couldn't immediately afford the other $5000 of recommended repairs and asked if we could do them in phases starting with the garage door wood-rot repair. He said that was okay, but warned us that "every day that passes the damage scope increases" which seemed a little heavy handed and obvious, but understandable because they're a business and fixing things is their business. The roof work went well; they were prompt and cleaned up everything. They repaired the wood-rot on the garage door about a week later. All of the work was good quality and we were still planning on having most of the other repair work done until we received a curt email saying only, "Please send payment immediately". This was only two days after we received the claim check from the insurance company and only two weeks since the repairs had been completed. We understood their need for payment, but we didn't appreciate the rude tone of the request -- since they knew we were waiting for the insurance claim-check in order to pay. I called the owner and told him we had just received the check and were planning on paying and asked if we could pay by credit card so he could get paid "immediately". He seemed irritated and stated, "We only take checks . . . we talked about this when we first met." The last part of the comment was entirely rude. To imply that I should remember that sort of trivial detail about something that happened three weeks earlier was completely unnecessary. So I just told him we'd be sending him an e-pay check. I'm not sure if he was having an off day, or perhaps he thought we were taking too long to pay, but whatever the reason, I didn't see a need to be rude. I can't stress how important it is for a business to treat their customers with respect and to be understanding when they aren't able to afford everything at once -- given this economy and especially since we had just given their company $7000 in additional work above and beyond what was intended at the start. We *had* been planning on having them do the other work because of the quality repair . . . but now because of the impoliteness of a single response, we will have the work done by someone else. Sadly, even though we were pleased with the quality of the work, the quality of customer communications should be viewed as equally (or even more) important. Because of this we cannot give a higher grade.

I bought this thinking it was a great deal for gutter cleaning, but the fine print will tell you that it's really just an inspection, not service. The company called to set up an appointment, asked what i wanted done, and quickly corrected my assumption about gutter cleaning. They were gracious and professional, and directed me to Angie's List refunds which quickly refunded my $59. My only suggestion is that their add be upfront and prominent in qualifying what the offer does and doesn't include. It's in bold in the conditions of the offer, but frankly I don't read that as carefully as I should. I would be a lot of people thought they were going to get gutters cleaned.

They made a few suggestions and then immediately - in our yard - wrote a plan and gave quote for correction. They came back in a few days and did all the work. Quoted and additional $836.40 - and that is what we gladly paid. 1.Remove & replace 2" downspouts to 3". and WOW!! last week the rain and stormy weather PROVED THEY knew what to do... ALL areas did great! 2. Added / installed A NEW downspout to the wall on the left of the front corner of stoop. Although it "looked" different - after 2 weeks we don't even notice it and we actually doubt anyone else would think it strange because of our softer colored brick and the beige gutters - to match the all others. 3. Added a "splash Guard (like a diverter) @ front left corner gutter at front door. - IT IS MAGIC~~ no more water holes - in flower beds. My ONLY SUGGESTION - get a METAL DETECTOR (or a Mom) to look for debris. I found found 4 small spiral strips and one "end crimp" which could be dangerous if our kids were playing hide and seek OR the lawn mower caught one and threw it...

I arranged this appointment earlier in the week and Signature Exteriors was very accommodating. Although the work I needed done was minor, they scheduled one of their people to come by when he was already in the area. Jeremy called that morning to give me his time of arrival and got there on time. He promptly took care of the work. I have used Signature Exteriors before and both times have been extremely positive. They are punctual, professional and knowledgeable. They have provided honest opinions/advice when solicited but stopped short of high pressure sales pitches. I would recommend them to my friends and will use them again in the future.

It went beautifully. The workers were dressed professionally, worked swiftly, completed the job, then cleaned up afterwards. They explained to me before they started what the problem could be and what the best and worst possibilities could be.

Very pleased with this company. Arrived early and were very professional and knowledgable. The two gentlemen were very polite and extremely helpful. They knew what they were doing and got to the source of the problem. They helped me with recommendations and answered all questions I had. I would and am proud to recommend this Company and these two gentlemen. Job well done guys!!!!!!

First I bought the $59.00 roof maintenance package and explained I had leaking around the chimney into the house. Michael and 2 other men came straight out that night to see if they could help. They explained that the flashing was installed improperly and would have to be removed and reinstalled to stop the leaking for good. At that point they put some caulking around the chimney to help until I scheduled them to do the repair. There was another area that was leaking so they climbed in the attic to check and didn't see anything roof related. They were very thorough. I then scheduled them to come out to reinstall the flashing and shingles around the chimney and 2 other areas. They were prompt, professional and easy to communicate and work with.

The good was that they were nice people that seemed to care about the work they were going to do. Upon arriving to view the work to be done, they also offered to inspect the roof. They went up and found a couple nail spots and filled them with roof cement. They also took pictures of the roof for future reference. Needs improvement: They did not properly schedule the inspection and the time to do work. Both had to be rescheduled on their end. After having paid the bill they emailed me that I needed to pay the bill. Their email was in error. So it seems they have some administrative work to improve on. They did arrive promptly to do the work at the rescheduled times and it was completed in a reasonable time frame. It looks good, of course it depends on how well it holds up over time.

It went great! We knew we had one small leak - which they sealed. They did a thorough inspection and found nothing else wrong.

They did a great job. My new roof looks beautiful and makes the house (1989) look like it's new. They always stayed in contact, answered all questions, and were excellent in helping me work with the insurance claims process. Having never filed an insurance claim before, I really appreciated their expertise in this area. I would definitely recommend them.

They were very clean, prompt, the prices were fair and it turned out wonderfully well. We have had a good rainfall I haven’t had any leaks. They let me know to call them if I have any and they would come back out. I couldn’t be happier and it was a real pleasure to work with them. I would recommend them to any of my neighbors.

All three gentlemen were courteous and very professional. I appreciate this work being completed in such a prompt manner.
