Apparently, the "office" had too many jobs scheduled for the same day. the person who came to my house called me about 30 minutes before he got there to say he was running late. That was the only issue I had. The field person was personable, professional and very quick. He answered many, many questions. He provided me with answers that helped me a lot with future projects. He also gave me recommendations on how to preserve my siding and names of people who could power wash my house.

Awesome! He was outstanding, took pictures of all the problems he saw, then took pictures of the items he repaired. If you need a roofing Company, I would highly recommend this company.

We had used an Angie's List deal for a roof inspection on our house, and were very happy with the service. When we saw a deal with Signature for 2 hours of service, we bought it to have them look at some storm damaged shingles on our garage. The day before our appointment, another storm blew those shingles off. Signature came out, tarped the area, and offered to speak to the insurance adjuster. We will be getting multiple estimates to replace the roof, but Signature will be at the top of our list!

They were very professional and helpful! I will be calling them the next time I need service.

Great experience start to finish. Two guys and what I think was a trainee came to the house at scheduled time. They went into attic to check for where our leak was coming from, Then they spent time on the roof and took about 30 pictures of all areas (which they emailed to me later for review). We went throught the picutres of the roof and of the area of the leak where the shingles were cracked and deteriorated. They also showed me pictures where they sealed up spots and also where a previous roofer has used wrong type of sealant. They also pointed out a spot where the gutter dropped runoff water directly onto roof shigles above garage. They said that I might want to install gutter down to other gutter so water was not washing away top of shingles. You could tell where the water had been running down shingles. If I had my own shingles on hand, they would have replaced the cracked ones under the deal I purchased, but i did not. We did elect for them to come back & do the repair as well as adding the gutter on roof. They deducted the $99 from the quote for $345. They told me the 13 year old roof was in good condition. There was no pressure and they didn't try to sell me a new roof. They were very responsive by email and prompt with their quote.

Once a service date was confirmed, the gentlemen arrived on time and did a great job. He even cut back some tree limbs that were touching the roof, which was an unexpected but welcome surprise. He also made recommendations regarding the downspouts at the rear of the house where water was pooling. I would definitely call Signature Exteriors again.

Wow, what service! Called for an estimate for a leaking roof. Call was returned in reasonable time, Jeremy C. was at my house within an hour and a half to inspect my roof. While inspecting he found a poorly installed siding channel with a gap that might be my problem. He repaired the gap with silicone and charged me zero for the entire visit. Told me that if that didn't fix it, call them up to schedule a more thorough repair. He was very professional, friendly and courteous. This is what all service companies should aspire to. I will call Signature for all of my exterior needs in the future.

Very communicative, punctual and definitely seemed to know what they were doing. Took care of a number of repairs to hardie siding and gutters. Highly recommend!

Went well. The service provider could not provide the service until July 7 and today is June 17. I could not wait that long for work on the exterior of my house.

Everything was good. The first time they sent people they were very difficult to communicate with and they did not come when we needed on the first visit. They left and they sent a different group that came when we were present and they did a good job.

Initially, i am very pleased. They were courteous, professional, etc. We've had one rainstorm since they did the repair work and don't notice leaking, but time will tell. Once they come back with the other piece they needed to custom order i can give a more updated review but at first blush, i am very happy.

Jeremie Beechler was very professional. He was very patient and thorough in explaining the repairs he had performed and in describing the overall condition of the roof. He provided photos of the damaged areas and detailed quotes which were easy to understand. Best of all, he did not make me feel like an idiot or try to tell me that the roof was going to fall in on me (which a company I had previously tried to work with had done). I feel confident in the accuracy of the information he provided and am better prepared to discuss my claim with my insurance adjuster.

They didn?t find any phantom problems. They found a couple of loose shingles but I had some on hand. There were a couple shingles in bad shape as well. They replaced those and re-did the flashing that was in bad shape. They were here for over two hours and there were no extra costs. There were two guys and they really took their time and did a fair amount of stuff. They pointed out an area on our porch that needed to be painted. I also asked them about gutters as we had a gutter guard system and asked if they could replicate it. They were very much able to do this but they suggested we get the area painted first before they did work on the gutters. They even recommended a painting company! They were very helpful at pointing out things that needed done with the house, even if it were things that wouldn?t make them a dime!

Provider refused to give a quote for work to complete a roof replacment due to hail damage. He wanted our insurance adjuster information before he would talk any numbers. He became rude when i told him i didnt want to share my information upfront. Probably my fault for not understanding how the insurance claim works. He was also bragging about how great his company is reviewed on Angies list but he failed to mention that over 95% of his reviews are for gutter cleaning and roof maintenance. I felt mislead when i read his reviews after meeting with him when he was in our neighborhood.. If your looking for a Roof replacment you might want to go with a company that actually has a lot of reviews on here for doing that type of work instead of a gutter cleaning company. Currently under contract with another Angies List roofing company.

The service went well. The scheduling was very easy and they came out within the next few days. They gave me an estimate for additional service. The technicians were polite and professional.

They were out here and looked at everything. They fixed a leak. Some of the things that needed to be done required additional equipment, where they tie off and hang from a rope, so they didn’t get to do that work. We’re working with them to put a new roof on our house due to a hailstorm, as well as getting that other work done at a later time. We have had a positive experience with them! I've recommended them to our neighbors, too!

Outstanding job! Jeremy was on time, professional,communication was good-got emails and phone calls asking me what i needed done and if i had any questions before Jeremy showed up. Only cost me the amount of the Deal. Everything was included. Jeremy was Very Honest, told me it would cost me less if i could find a handy man to replace the vent boots. I appreciate the tip as i do not have much money for repairs. Thank you Jeremy for painting the reattachment strap to the gutter. Was surprised to see that since i had told you it didn't matter. Will definitely use this company again!

It went great, this company seems top notch. All I used was the Angie's List Deal for a routine checkup of the roof but they were much more thorough than 2 other companies that have come out each year for inspecting the roof for minor repairs (caulking, nails, loose shingles). They were the only ones that took a look inside my attic and had the best explanation for some ripples I've seen in the shingles on my roofline. They were the only ones to fix the loose shingles as part of this routine checkup. Re-attaching the old shingles did turn out to be noticeable visibly which some might consider a slight eyesore, but I was appreciative that they did it. They gave a rough estimate of what it would cost to repair the shingles if it shows signs of leaking and a rough estimate on replacing roof. They took pictures and sent them afterwards. Overall, very impressed.

I was not at all happy. First of all it was supposed to be gutter maintenance which I assumed was gutter cleaning. They are "No that is not gutter cleaning". If you want gutter cleaning, they will do that but they will throw the debris in the yard. They came on a Tuesday, but on a Thursday we had major rain. One of my gutters worked, the other one didn't. It was like it was still clogged. They didn't do a thing to clean it out. After they finished , they came and gave me an estimate that I needed $900 worth of work done. I don't think I will ever use them again. I didn't spend more than $59. It was supposed to be 2 hours, but after 1 hour and 45 minutes, I go looking for them and they are sitting in their truck. I was not pleased with their services. I don't feel like I got what they advertised.

Update - To be fair the owner did call back weeks later. He apologized for a web problem that did not forward any of the messages.

It was great. They were informative. They were quick to respond with information. They guy was actually really good. The guy came out. They had a couple of scheduling issues but I kept following up. They did the work on that same day. They didn't charge me more than the big deal that I purchased.

Hands down, this is one of the best service experiences we have ever had. This company was professional, responsive and did an outstanding job. Everything from scheduling the appointment to calling before arriving to the quality of the work was 100% excellent. I have recommended them to our HOA for work at our condominium.

Jeremy just left after doing an outstanding job inspecting, nailing a few shingles back down and going over the skylight to look for wear and tear that might cause a leak, since it is 25 years old. He went out of his way to also tack back down some slightly loose vent boots on the roof and tweak little things like that. It was a perfect experience. What is the very best thing of all, and one that has not always happened with other Angies Big Deal service providers, is that he was HONEST to the max and said that despite some little things here and there that were not perfect, he saw NO need for further work to be done at this time! I was MOST appreciative of that, since many providers come and tell us we must fix this and that immediately and we later find out that is just not true. Jeremy was not here to look for other costly repairs that his company could benefit from by fixing, he was honest and said his company is NOT in the business of finding unnecessary things to fix. What a refreshing change, especially from one of their competitors! We will absolutely use this company for future needs of roof, gutters and siding. I recommend highly that if you want an honest and excellent job done, use this company and do not worry about being told there are other "extra" problems that need attention. If they DO tell you that, then you can believe that the problems are real and not suggested so that the company can charge you more money! They are on my A+ list for certain!
