The job was performed beautifully. The staff was very professional. There was no attempt to sell me anything more than what I asked for which was greatly appreciated.

Technician called me half hour before he arrived to confirm when he will be arrive. The technician was on the roof for about an hour inspecting the roof for damage and areas that might become problems in the near future. Very polite and knowledge able and did not try and rip me off with the have to replace the entire roof now.

I thought that they were going to be able to clean the roof and gutters, but they informed me that it was not for that. They were courteous on the phone.

The technician arrived on time and was very friendly and helpful. He spent time introducing himself and understainding what our needs where. He did a thourough inspection and repaired the roof quickly. He then cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend them for any roof work. It has been four months and we have had no issues with the roof. They did an A+ job. Thank you!

I arranged an appointment with Signature Exteriors for July 9th. Their "organizer" came out and took photos and measurements of the roof. He was very pleasant to deal with and said I definitely needed a roof replacement. We talked about contacting my insurance company, but I stressed to him that I have very high deductibles, and then asked if my roof showed storm damage or just regular wear (it's over 20 yrs old). I was told it was just regular wear. Even as a layperson, I could see this myself. A few days later, a representative emailed me with photos of my roof. The email included no other information concerning the quote I was requesting. I sent an email back to him asking for a quote to replace the roof. He sent me a terse reply that I would have to contact my insurance company and then we would talk. That was on 7/15, and they have made no effort to contact me since then. I contacted them for a quote, nothing more. My roof has normal wear for its age, and none of my other neighbors have experienced any roof damage from storms. I can only assume that I am being asked to lie to my insurance company and tell them it is storm-damaged, or to just see what I can "get out of them"? I'm not sure what kind of games they are playing, but this is a waste of my time when I am willing to pay out-of-pocket for a roof replacement. All I needed was a quote. What I thought would be a good company to deal with, came off looking very suspicious or unprofessional at best. I have decided to use another company that was able to give me a straight-forward quote, without the runaround.

The experience was a mixed bag. They did apparently contact me, but through Angie’s List, so it took me a while to realize that they had reached out to me. When I gave them a call later to see if the deal was still valid, they said yes and that they would honor it. However, they showed up for the gutter repair on my two story home in a sub-compact car with a collapsible ladder that folded down to the size of a suitcase, which I found strange. They had to comeback another day with the appropriate equipment for the work.

It was a Big Deal purchase for two hours of roof, siding, and gutter maintenance. It went well. They were pretty prompt and they came at the time I requested them to come out. There were no additional charges. The gentleman who did the work was very friendly and he was good at what he did. However, the guy who accompanied him (more like the sales guy) was aloof and very strange and I didn't like him. This was my first time using their service. If they made changes to their personnel (which I think they have), they're honest and good at what they do. I would use them again if they changed their personnel.

Everything turned out fine. Just one technician came out and the work he had to do didn’t take the full 2 hours. He inspected my roof and replaced a part on the downspouts. He was very courteous, on time and he took his time to explain what it was that I needed.

They were fine. They were prompt and did the job. They sent me a report. When I had questions, they were very prompt about returning my calls. I have done some follow up and clarifying somethings. They have been very responsive. I only paid what the big deal was for.

Jeremy has been to our home twice now (once for the estimate and again today to do the work of replacing our pipe vent boots), and has been such a pleasure to work with! He always does exactly what he says and then goes above and beyond to inspect everything and make sure you have no additional issues. He caught a gutter that was sitting at an incorrect pitch with stagnant water in it that ALL previous companies who have been on our roof ignored. He takes pictures of everything to document his work, which I found refreshing since one really never knows what work actually goes on when dealing with a roof. I would use this company again and again!

I did not appreciate having photos taken of my home when the job had not been quoted and/or accepted. Photos should ONLY be taken after a contract has been signed and the company is guaranteed the job. This sends up a red flag. No matter how busy a company is, we as prospective customers should be contacted and at least given an update regarding the visit and the approximate timeframe for the estimate. This makes me question the overall work ethics of companies like this.

Jeremy was wonderful and went up on a ladder and replaced 2 pieces of siding on the very top. Thanks for being so professional, friendly, and fixing my problem. If you need any roofing, siding replaced or repair this is the company to call.

The people that came to the house were on time and friendly. Did the work requested and blew the pollen and debris off the roof once they were done with the inspection.

They came out at the expected time, clarified what he would do, and went to work. I primarily purchased this deal because I had a section of shingles I needed replaced. They did this, and did it well. They were very nice and professional. They sent me an e-mail afterwards with a recap of exactly what they did (exterior inspection of the roof, siding, and gutters/downspouts, sealed chimney flashing, installed shingles), along with pictures of all the work. They noted some other legitimate issues I had that weren't on the roof (hole in wall, scraped wood from tree, etc), and offered quotes of them as well.

I really liked to guy. He gave an estimate for siding and wood rot repairs. It was great. He was very professional. He worked hard.

A small.. sometimes.. leak in roof was driving us nuts and over a period of time caused damage to our wall inside. Couldn't fix that until we knew the exact source of the problem. Others came to look and all agreed it was being caused by a problem with the flashing around the chimney. Or, maybe, the roof itself. Jeremy, from Signature Exteriors, was the only one to track down, by measuring both inside and out, exactly where it was coming from and fixed the problem. It took awhile, but he worked methodically to make certain the problem would be found and fixed right - at last! Best $99 I've ever spent. Incredibly professional, knowledgable and focused. This company was so thorough; they mentioned that if we needed other services, they could recommend people. They even came on a holiday before we went away. They are very service oriented.
