My experience was okay. The technician did not seem too experienced. He took a lot of time in the garage that he did not even get to check on my gutters. He did do a good job on the work and scheduling an appointment was just fine.

Our experience went really well and was easy. They showed up on time for the appointment. They were very organized and communicated well with us. They sent us a follow up email for recommendations on other services we may need done in the future.

My experience was fabulous. They responded to me quickly. The technician was punctual and professional. We have been very happy with the service.

Two men came, performed the inspection, replaced a few siding panels that we had bought and sealed boots around the roof.

BUT, we were promised a report detailing their inspection with pictures which we have yet to receive even after 2 emails. Service after the sale is important and in this they have failed. 9-2-14 I received a call from the company today and found out that emails had been send in response to my emails. I was forwarded the report and pictures I was requesting in an email that was dated July 25 and I have no idea as to why I didn't get it. I searched all my email folders and couldn't find it anywhere. Anyway, I would definitely do business with Signature Exteriors again though I will probably give them a different email address.

The guys were nice and polite on the phone but it took a lot of effort to schedule - and then reschedule - the job. When they came, I was out of the house and then out of town. Two weeks later I called to ask what they had done - there was no report offered. After my call they sent a report filled with photos but with inadequate info about what they did. For example, they said they rehung gutters but didn't say which gutters needed rehanging. They gave no indication about what shape the roof was in. I emailed to ask for more detail - especially on the roof because we had a bad leak after they left. They said it was in fair condition but said nothing about why they said fair. No indication of whether shingles were loose, flashing was bad, etc. It wasn't terrible, and they are nice, but the work was less professional and thorough than I expect. I will call someone else for the repairs I need.

Like other reviewers getting an appointment was harder than it should have been. However, the guy that came to do the work was professional and courteous. I would use them again for a non-urgent need.

The technician who came to the house was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He did some minor siding repairs and looked at my roof, which was the primary reason I had made the appointment. He assured me that I would receive a detailed quote for a new roof with supporting pictures, plus an estimate on some siding repairs. I have never received the estimates. I even called their office to inquire about the estimates and was told that I would have them by the end of the week. That was two weeks ago and I have never heard back from them or received the estimates.

They showed up earlier than expected and were neat, clean and very efficient. I would definitely use them in the future

The special is as advertised. These guys will come clean your gutters for $59. Although the provider is a roofing franchise company, and the purpose is to sell you (or your insurance company) a new roof, they are honest about the repairs needed and not needed.

Couldn't have gone better. He arrived and fixed the siding, then did an inspection of the rest of the house to see if anything else needed fixed.

Very courteous, arrived on time and did a through job inspecting my roof, finding the leak and repairing. Definitely would use again.

Excellent experience! Arrived as scheduled and worked quickly and quietly to complete the job. Took his time and was very thorough. Inspected the roof - an area which I don't think has been touched in many, many years. He made some quick, needed repairs. He seemed very knowledgeable and explained in detail what needs to be done and the approximate charge. I will definitely refer him to anyone who requires his services. One more thing that is very important to me: He is polite, clean and trustworthy. Overall, an excellent experience.

I am incredibly impressed with the two men Signature Exteriors sent to my home. One immediately went to work reattaching my gutter while the other performed a thorough inspection of my roof, gutters and siding. They are totally professional and I would call them first the next time I need exterior work performed on my home!

When the appointment was finally scheduled, I had a good experience with this company. Chris Lister was very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend both Chris and this company to my friends as well as using their services myself in the future.

I called Signature Exteriors to get an estimate to make some roofing repairs. They came out on July 23rd right on time and looked at the damage. I was told we would be receiving an estimate via email shortly. After two weeks with no estimate I gave them a calland was told it was on the desk of the estimator who was out in the field that day but we should have an estimate shortly. Almost a week later and still no estimate. I was very disappointed since this company has gotten very good reviews on Angie's List. I think almost three weeks is more than enough time to prepare an estimate since this wasn't a huge project. UPDATE: Since I first posted this, Signature Exteriors got in touch with me and apologized for the delay. Seems our paperwork was misplaced. We scheduled a date for the work to be performed and the worker showed up on time and the work was done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them again. Also, I was given a discount due to or paperwork being lost.

Hopefully this review will help me locate a company that does want my business and a refund for the "deal" that wasn't !

Fantastic service. The communication was great and the technician was very thorough and did a great job explaining so that I was able to understand.

We have three or four shingles on our roof that needed to be either replaced or repaired. The company informed us that they could not do it with this deal. The company would not honor this deal.

Provider told me this was only a temporary fix, so I requested that the provider come out and give me an estimate and an ETA of when they could repair it. I never heard anything so I sent him a message to the provider via Angie's List. I did receive a call from the owner the following day. He promised to have someone get in touch with me in a few days, but it's been over two weeks since our last contact. I emailed him again today to inquire about when I might hear something. The gentleman that came out to do the temporary repair was punctual and very friendly. I'm just not understanding why they won't contact me now with an estimate to get my roof repaired. I am willing to still use them if I ever hear from them.

Not Good! Scheduling communication problem, purchased this service on July 23, 2014, They only contacted me to schedule appointment today July 30,2014 for a appointment 2 weeks for today. Need something sooner!

It went great. The workman was great and gave me some estimates for any work I might want in the future. He inspected the roof and the sealants at the pipes, cleaned the gutters and repaired them for me.

It went well because they did what they said they would do.
