Signature Exteriors, Inc.

The process was very coordinated and somewhat efficient. An inspection was made on Sept. 29 which resulted in a quote for services. We have decided to wait to replace the roof until a later date, certainly after the Angie's List deal expired, so we are requesting this refund.

I purchased the inspection and work as part of a "Big Deal" on Angies List. They responded promptly, scheduled a time that was convenient, showed up on-time, and began work as indicated. They were professional and helpful and addressed the issue immediately. This issue had been on-going for years and they were able to fix it in minutes. They followed up afterwards to be sure the work done was right. Good experience.

I purchased the Big Deal with Signature Exteriors and was extremely pleased with the service. They explained everything that was done.....(they did more than I realized they would be able to do for such a discount!) They took pictures of everything they did. I also requested an estimate of work that I would like to have done in the next year(when my pocketbook is in better shape). Not only did they provide me with a great estimate for the work I want done, complete with pictures.....they also let me know that there was actually some work that I thought was needed, that really wasn't needed at all. I had a wonderful experience with Signature Exteriors and I am really looking forward to working with this company in the coming year. I would highly recommend!

They did a great job. Arrived on time, did the work efficiently and seemed happy to address all of my concerns and check everything. They did not pressure me to have additional work done, but were accommodating to provide an estimate for adding leaf guard gutters as I requested. I recommend them!

It went great. The two technicians were very nice, clean cut, and quick and efficient. It hasn’t rained yet, but everything seems to be fine.

The entire experience with this company was excellent. From getting the appointment set all the way to the time they left was a positive and professional experience. I would certainly use them again. The idea of taking and sharing photographs of the places on my home is invaluable. I would never be able to see those places otherwise. What a great idea !! Thanks !!

They did a very detailed inspection, however because my homeowners are responsible for the maintenance of the roof they were not able to go any forward.

They came to do the roof inspection and repair while I was out of town and when I came back, nothing was done. The company sent me an email saying the guy that "performed work" on my roof had been let go and they were checking up on all his jobs.

Signature Exteriors was very professional to always answer the phone even on weekends or call back. They were prompt in all appointments and true to their price. They did what they said they'd do. Who does that these days? It is rare and refreshing. With a very prompt quote that was very detailed and professionally done, they were diligent to set an appointment that met my tight schedule (Labor Day) and showed up on time. The crew chief communicated with me on inevitable issues found on my very old roof decking. (Old houses are not always built better.) They fixed unforeseen issues on the spot and charged a very reasonable charge. Excellent work professionally done!

Purchased a deal from Signature Exteriors for a roof inspection and $100 off any repair to my roof since I found a leak at one of the pipe boots on my roof. Signature Exteriors contacted me promptly and we arranged for a time for them to come out. A couple of days later, I contacted them via email and asked them to come out an hour earlier. I was contacted promptly via phone and we arranged for the inspection earlier on the day we originally scheduled. Signature exteriors promptly showed up and ready to work. They talked to me about my problem and explained what they were going to do. They climbed up on my roof and took pictures of the entire roof and informed me that three of the 4 boots were cracked. They caulked all 4 boots and explained that i might need them replaced within the next 2 - 3 years. They said that I would be emailed the pictures and a explanation of what they found if anything. The next day, I was emailed the pictures that they took and that no problems were found on the roof. Signature Exteriors did what they said they would do and the roofers were professional and very helpful. I plan on using them for any roofing problems I have in the future.

It was great! They set the appointment very quickly and came on time. I'm happy with it.

They inspected my roof, cleaned my gutters, and put gutter guards on. They did a great job.

The service was great. I spoke to a real, helpful person within a few rings. They made good use of technology: I sent a picture of my issue. They scheduled an appointment on my calendar without back and forth calls. I had to reschedule the appointment due to a last minute work conflict, and they accommodated without issue. The two man team that came out was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Signature Exteriors to anyone needing roofing services.

Everything was done well and professionally. They cleaned up after themselves and did a great job.

Signature Exteriors provided tremendous service. They were prompt, professional and very helpful. They were able to fix problem areas on the roof and give truthful information about what we need and and how our roof is doing. It was very refreshing to be provided a service without being pushed to purchase extra unneeded services or being provided misleading information for their benefit. Highly recommended!

Scheduling was fine; they were out within 2-3 weeks. The service was good. They also gave me an estimate for future work. I was at work when they came but they called me to let me know they were on their way.

They were extremely friendly and professional when scheduling, and they did a reasonably good job with the gutters. However, there wasn't any follow up after the work had been completed. Specifically, they never asked how I felt about the work or if I needed any additional services which I would have liked.

Jeremy and Steve came out and performed the work and inspection as described. I enjoyed talking to them and would certainly hire them for a future job.

They were prompt, did what they said they would do, when they said they'd do it. Good experience.

As Steve explained earlier, "We were able to screw in to the original holes, but in order to do it right, we would have to re-drill into the brick molding and that is not something that is included in the big deal." The offer unfortunately doesn't include drilling into brick work. This requires equipment that isn't on the trucks since it isn't a requirement of the offer. All that is required to re-attach an item is fastening of a screw, driving a nail, etc. You are obviously welcome to share your experience in any fashion you chose. Lastly, we would happy to assist you with getting a refund for the service. The shutters are also a black watch green color which will have to be ordered since they are not an "in stock" color. This would take approximately 7 days. The total cost to have the 2 sets of shutters replaced would be $750, with an Angie's List discount of $50 for the deal already purchased. Total cost to replace shutters $700. A good job. We will most likely be using this contractor to replace the entire roof. Impressed by professionalism and followup. Will report back when further work is done

Everything turned out well for the most part. The scheduling was easy, they showed on time, and they did a good job with the siding corner cap. However, they said that the splashguards had a design flaw and that they wouldn't be able to fix them. I ended up hiring another company to address that problem, and they said it was just a matter of having the splashguards in the wrong place instead of a design flaw.

The technicians arrived early after calling. They were very professional and got to work quickly. Upon finishing, he stopped in and told me what he found. The report with photos was available on their website a day or so later. I highly recommend Signature.

They have been really nice to deal with and very professional, I really have no complaints. He was going to subcontract the work out but neither of his subcontractors were interested in the job.
