Both the young men were very professional in carrying out their work. The work was completed in the time allotted. The workmen explained one problem in the gutters which will be referred back to the installers.

I received a free quote from the contractor on 11/12, which was $250.00, but decided to shop for a better price... I received a quote from another contractor for $150.00... Before responding to Signature Exterior, to tell them that I received a price that was much better than theirs, I noticed on Monday 11/17, that Angie's List was running a coupon, for two hours of service from Signature Exterior (more than enough to cover the labor on my job)... Coupon was for $59.00, for two hours of service, estimated value $275.. I sent an email to Signature and asked if I could use the coupon for this very small job, which should only take 30 minutes... The Regional Supervisor sent this email back to me: " Unfortunately the Angie's List deal cannot be used for your repair, because the promotion cannot be purchased after having our service/company out there once already." All I can say is WOW! Very disappointing and surprised that they're on your list and rated as high as they are!

Signature Exteriors was very prompt and professional. They called immediately to schedule an appointment and worked to accommodate my schedule. They called ahead and arrived promptly on time and were gracious when I was actually a bit late. They checked the roof, sealed a few spots, and even blew some leaves out of my gutters as an extra courtesy. My roof was actually in good enough shape that they said I don't need additional work at this time, but I was quite pleased with their service.

We thought we were buying a gutter cleaning package - this has apparently happened with this provider before. However, the job they did - checking the gutters, doing overall maintenance, providing pictures of the entire area and service, was really helpful

My husband is a licensed General Contractor and built our house 8 years ago. He used quality subs for construction. Signature Exteriors did a quality job on the roof damage repair and gave us an accurate assessment of the condition of our roof. This is a top quality contractor and we will definitely use them again. The price was very competitive also.

The technicians arrived on time and promptly evaluated the overall condition of the roof. They were very professional. The final verdict on the minor repairs they performed will be determined by the next heavy rain. The techs asked me to call them if I saw any signs of water infiltration in the affected area in the future.

The gentlemen showed up early and called to let me know they were early. I let them start early. They blew off the entire roof and cleaned everything off. They sealed up the flashing around the vent, as well as 2 others. They sent me 40 photos within an email showing exactly what they did. I have recommended them to at least a dozen people. They were polite, courteous and cleaned up everything. They were extremely knowledgeable about their business.

I would definitely recommend this company and will recommend them to everyone I know if needed.

Went very well- would say the one criticism we had was the "new" approach of most everything communicated by e-mail or accessing to web links for the shingle choice. We needed to see and touch the product. Who wouldn't? But they got it and responded with physical samples. Also a bit preoccupied with a system approach to dealing with their client (us)-a bit more personal marketing approach would be better--let down your hair a bit guys, eh? Their installers were first rate- really hard workers- took the time to tarp the plants around the house- nails always an issue and we picked up about 30 in our gravel drive. They did make an effort to clean up the drive from nails, though. Very, very pleased with their efforts and would hire them again

Two young men came, were very polite, and business like. They checked the attic and located the main leak. They suggested a trap to get rid of the squirrels. They went up on the roof, spent about 1/2 hour doing their thing. According to the report, we should not have a leakage problem for a good while. The grandson refused to climb a few steps up a ladder to clean out the gutters, and these very nice young men took care of that. I feel they went above and beyond. I will definitely call Signature Exteriors when I can afford a new roof. Thank you for taking care of an old lady.

Jeremy and Steve called to let me know they were on their way. Arrived when they said they would. Made sure the gate was closed behind them when entering the yard (much appreciated) . They were professional and friendly. Took their time to inspect the roof carefully and made sure I was aware of what services they performed. I will hire them again when the need arises.

Both workers were great! Very congenial and helpful with information regarding where a leak was and how they repaired it. Told me the other maintenance that was performed on my roof.

Service is good , they are on time and were able to finish the work in less 30 min. I was told to watch in one particular area for future leaks.

They were fantastic! They came out right on time and were experts. They gave us a detailed estimate and were wonderful to work with. I would use them again!

They were great but couldn't do the repairs in that time frame so they were only here an hour or so. Unfortunately, I am finding that these Angie's list coupons are not worth the investment. Any contractor would have come out for free to review and quote. This is the second coupon that was a waste of money. I would however use the contractor - just not ever use a coupon again.

They showed up when they were supposed to show, from this standpoint they were okay.

Everything went perfect. Very professional. They take before and after pictures to show their workmanship.

I dealt with Jeremy Chapman at Signature Exteriors and he was incredibly helpful. They were prompt and professional and I was very happy with the work they completed.

It went very well. They worked quickly and were nice people to work with. I am glad I took this deal. I would definitely use them again.

Not pleased that cost came in at $1300 more than deal. Unfair rating of this contractor in that the Angie's List deal was really what I was more disappointed with in that it was basically a hook to get you to use the roof replacement services. There were a lot of hidden costs that were outlined in the fine print, but the average homeowner would not know how to evaluate those hidden costs. Either way Angie's List did provide a refund for which I was "Thankful".

I contacted Signature Exteriors after a "buyers" home inspector noted a possible leak in our roof. They arrived at our home less than 48 hours after I called, performed an in depth roof inspection, diagnosed the cause of the minor leak and completed the repair while onsite. Afterwards, we received a detailed report of the inspection, including numerous photographs of the roof and verbiage noting the condition of the shingles, etc. Everyone we spoke with by phone, Briana, Isaac, and the owner Micheal, were helpful and responsive to our questions and needs. The roof technician, Zachary, was courteous and professional. We will definitely use Signature Exteriors in the future.

I purchased a roof tune-up offer on Angies List. The provider checked the entire roof and installed patch to fix a leak. I was expecting to have a large bill for the repair but the provider said it was included with the tune-up. I was very happy with the entire process and definitely recommend to others.

I called their office and was greeted by their friendly staff who scheduled an estimate appointment for hail damage. After coordinating the hail damage inspection with the insurance company, the one of the owners actually came out to assist in the process! I was very impressed to see the owner so involved with the day to day activity of the company. Within little more than a week or so a team was sent to my house and after a hard day's work, the roof was complete. The process was painless, simple, and effective. Thank you Michael, Isaac, and Briana for your responsiveness in helping me get this roof done and answering all of my questions! Now if my siding replacement guy was that easy to deal with....but oh that's a discussion for some other time! I would recommend Signature Exteriors to anyone looking to get their roof replaced! 10/10 rating from me.
