Will and his trusty sidekick (Jeremy?) were awesome! Very punctual, and they called ahead to confirm their arrival time. They were super polite, asked a lot of good questions and got right to work. Not only did they make the repair necessary to stop the water leak, they also repaired some screening on the gutters. I was informed on the overall condition of the roof (including some hail damage), and estimated remaining lifespan of the roof. Would absolutely, wholeheartedly recommend Signature Exteriors. I had nothing but the best experience with everyone that I interacted with at their company (including Isaac and Briana on the phone and via email at their office). I will plan to use them again for any future roof repairs, and definitely for my roof replacement in a couple of years when that becomes necessary. Thanks guys, for an awesome experience!!

Initially, I thought the work went great; unfortunately this impression did not last long. Signature Exteriors came on time and was polite and professional. They asked if had anything I specifically I wanted done and I informed them that I wanted the gutter in the rear of the house reattached and a few vents resealed. Additionally, I wanted them to inspect and fix any other issues with the roof and gutters on house per what was provided in the "deal" I purchased on Angie's List. The deal was for two hours of roof, siding, and gutter maintenance and this is what I expected to get. Needless to say I did not get what I paid for, although they fixed the specific issues I pointed out and told me the roof looked good they failed to inspect the remaining gutters (one of which is detached and should have been fixed), and were here for just under one hour. So essentially I got half the time allotted and only the maintenance that I pointed out was an issue. Additionally, I spoke to Signature Exteriors about a few different areas of potential work on the home and was told they would get me a quote to conduct the work, the quote was never provided. Finally, one of the team members came back to my house a few days later to take some more measurements for the quote, that never came, and I informed him that I had left him a voice message about gutter issue and was told a team would be out to fix it. That team never came. The team was nice and professional in demeanor but the failure to adequately inspect and repair the gutters along with failing to follow-up on this as well as the quote for additional work is a failure from a customer satisfaction perspective.

They showed up on time and were professional in their evaluation and recommendations, highly recommended.

First, I think Signature Exteriors does decent work. The biggest problem in my opinion, however, is around the communication and matching that to the agreed upon service that is executed. Most of what Signature Exteriors wanted me agree to was over email (e.g. shingle color). I picked this company because of positive reviews on Angie's List but ultimately felt that much more attention could have been paid in the early stages as well as prior to job completion. Signature Exteriors did make things right and the roof does look good but I would encourage them to spend more time ensuring customer satisfaction by 1. Showing actual shingle samples vs. sending a color swatch over an email message, 2. in person overview of the job/contract signing (docusign is a pain) 3. a project manager accountable for the outcome before considering the job complete. While I was not thrilled with my experience, I do believe SE to be a quality company that can do better. I may have had a one-off experience but hopefully my feedback will be taken to heart and used to constructively improve some of the communication and follow up issues to ensure customer satisfaction is met.

They promptly came to my home and were able to complete the work quickly. There was a leak around my chimney and they repaired the leak and were out of my hair within 30 minutes. Well worth the money and would use them again.

They did a good job. They came on time and did what I asked them to do and there were no issues.

They did not match my shingles and refused to rectify the issue. I will not pay them until they do. They came back and switched out the shingles to my satisfaction.

Michael was very informative. I knew there had been hail but wasn't sure about the damage but he told me that I should first check with my insurance company about filing a claim.

Cleaned gutters in about 20 minutes and left. Hauled off leaves in a bag.

The service went very well. They did work on the roof, gutters and siding. I was not home while they did the service. They did the work at a rental property. They did a great job with the repairs. I liked them so much I started using them on my own. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

I was very impressed with this company. They were professional & on time. They walked the roof (which most inspectors won't do), took pictures & send me a report. There was a strip of metal which a tree had bent - they repaired that. I would certainly recommend this company to my clients.

The service went great. I had used a deal with the company in the past. I was not home while they did this service. They were very responsive each time I called in. The technicians are thorough and knowledgeable. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

The work performed was great. My only complaint was the time that it took for them to get out to the house. After I purchased the offer I received a call right away but they were not available to come out for 3-4 weeks. It would have been nice to know that before I purchased the offer.

They were prompt and showed up when they said they would. They contacted me early and did not try to charge me anything over the deal. They provided a good report and pictures for me.

They came to my house to determine the source of a small leak into my attic. They arrived on time and were very professional. A very thorough description of the issue (including pictures) were provided and 2 days later I received an estimate (which was very reasonable). The work was quickly scheduled. On the day of the appointment, they called an hour ahead to give me an ETA on when they would be here. They arrived and did the work quickly. Looking at the patch from the ground, you cannot even tell anything was done...they did a great job of matching the other shingles. Everyone I dealt with had a great attitude!!! I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my neighbors!!!

My appointment was scheduled between 10 and 12 a.m. for today. Steven and Jeremy arrived at 10:00 on the dot. They were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I had water leaking around a downstairs window so I asked if they could help me figure out if it was coming from the roof or where. They went to work right away and found the source of the leak which was an upper window and then caulked around the windows to prevent any more leaks. They performed a thorough roof inspection and also sealed the pipe boots while they were on the roof. They reattached a shutter that had come loose near a second story window and also changed out flood lights for me on the front and back corners of my house because we didn't have a ladder tall enough to change them. Before leaving, they took time to explain their findings. They were very thorough and were here for at least 1.5 hours. Within half an hour after they left, Steven emailed me a comprehensive report, complete with very detailed pictures of their findings. I could not be more pleased - I would definitely hire them again! I highly recommend them.

The two gentlemen who came out were prompt, efficient, and personable. They completed an inspection of the exterior of our home and gave us recommendations for some improvements and noted a couple of areas that need to be fixed. Once I receive their written report and estimates we will decide what we want to do with their suggestions. I would definitely consider using this service again.

These guys are very professional and on time. I feel confident that IF I were to have any future issues with the roof and/or gutters that I would get a fair price and outstanding work done.

Not impressed. It seemed that they really really wanted to sell me a new gutter system even when I twice told them I was not interested. They gave me a quote for some repairs to replace a few shingles and repair some of the rotten wood around the chimney. Their quote was over $1000. Was not interested and had my painters do it for $150.

They were very professional, friendly and punctual. Excellent repair and inspection of our roof. Did not try to push us into any repairs that were not requested at this time. Promptly emailed a recap of the repairs made and suggestions to consider in the future along with photos and excellent pricing. Will DEFINATELY use them in the future. All around A+ service and prices. Would recommend them to anyone.
