The service was provided as scheduled and the repair was satisfactory. The company recommended that I install a gutter guard system and offered a couple of options, recommending for my type of roof the least expensive option. I had been planning for several years to install such a system and since my first experience with Signature Exteriors had gone well, I agreed to have them do the installation. They did so in August 2014 for $665. It has performed as expected since them. All of my interactions with representatives of the company by email, phone and in person were professional and pleasant. I would recommend this company.

The service provider was very professional and very through. He spent a great deal of time going over my entire roof, determining the problems and the correcting them all. He then proceeded to do the same with my aluminum siding. I was very pleased with the way he explained every problem that he found and what he did to correct the problems. When he left I felt that I had received a GREAT value for my $59.00.

Very smoothly, did what they said they would do. And now I know what shape my roof is in at present

Will was on time and very professional his attitude was great and his service was above what I paid for . After 26 years in the service industry it is rare that a company delivers what they sell !Most of the time there are excuses for why they can't , Especially when you buy a discounted service .Not this company and definitely. Not this Tech ( Will). He located and repaired a leak that 3 other roofing companies couldn't! He gave me a very detailed report . He was honest and very knowledgeable. I Highly recommend this company .All this was done while it was raining and approximately 38f outside temp .

They responsed in a timelymanner and were honest. They informed me I didn't the service and said I should request a refund. I appreciated their honesty.

They were professional, thorough and did a great job fixing the gutters. Very helpful!

They were excellent. They were friendly and timely. They are good at communicating.

I was kind of upset with them. The reason was that they went upstairs when it was dark with a flash light and they couldn't see in the dark. I told them two jobs that they should be looking. With the flash light, they spotted what they could and told me that there is roof damage and it would cost you 500$ and asked me when can we schedule it. I said no. I did not feel good about the whole thing. I felt they were just hurrying up in doing the work, which they shouldn't have done after the dark. I did not call them back. They were nice, but I felt they should have rescheduled when they turned up so late for work.

Two wonderfully professional men showed up on time and performed the inspection and work that was needed. It was that easy.

Okay - I didn't know how to write this so I will just put the facts in and let you judge for yourself. We noticed after the crazy ice storm we had in SC that there was a brown spot on our master bedroom ceiling. We could clearly see the leak was caused by the build up of ice in the gutters and "valley" and that when it started to melt the water had nowhere to go. So I called Signature. The company and employees were nice. They were very busy due to lots of people having roof issue - crazy ice and all. So it took over a week to get here. They were very thorough and took numerous pictures to illustrate the issue I was having. They said they would email me a copy of their inspection report, photos and an estimate. Fast forward to a week later and I receive the information as promised. The repair would be $650 including my angies list discount. So I made an appt for the following Monday. Monday arrives and I completely forgot the appt. Totally my fault. Friday comes around and I receive an invoice with a set of photos of the work completed as well as the copy of the original estimate and photos of the area to be repaired. Wait - an invoice? Crap - I forgot Monday's appt. and so I don't really know why I am receiving an invoice and photos of COMPLETED WORK. I print the photo's and look at them. Sure enough, it's my roof! I call Signature Exteriors. William (the sales rep) said why yes, they knocked and I wasn't home so they went ahead and climbed on up there and fixed the valley. $650. I think wow - how did they get in the backyard to access the valley on the back of the roof? While still on the phone it hits me. The picture of the area needing repair and the picture of the area actually repaired were not the same! Their employees had replaced the valley on the front overhang pitch of the house - NOT THE BACK. Now comes the sticky part. They did a great job on the wrong area! Even though I wasn't home, they chose to proceed with the repair (using their photos provided from the initial inspection.) William was extremely apologetic and I actually felt bad for him! I was torn because work was done on my roof - and was it wrong to not pay for at least the materials? I requested William speak with his boss and revise an invoice as to how much they would charge for the work they had already completed (though there was nothing wrong with the area they "repaired"!) I receive an invoice for $1250!!!!! WHAT???? They were still willing to give me a $100 Angie's List Discount - grand total - $1,150!!!! I was thinking I was being nice by offering to pay for materials!!! No way were we going to pay full price for a repair that wasn't agreed on or needed repair! I call my husband at work. William from Signature wants to send his guy out to repair the CORRECT area ASAP. What does my husband want to do. I forwarded the photos and invoices and corresponding emails over to him. To say he hit the roof is an understatement. I contacted William and told him DO NOT come out and fix the roof as we are at an impasse as to the last invoice amount. They would need to come way down on the bill. I didn't hear anything for a bit and we went out of state for vacation. In mid March we receive another email from Signature reflecting $650 due and payable for repairs!!!!! My husband was so ticked off that he said in no way was he paying a penny for the erroneous repair and there was no way he was going to have a company come back out that couldn't look at pictures and do it correctly to begin with! March 13th we receive an invoice for a zero balance. They have chosen to NOT charge us for the erroneous repair. My husband still refuses to have them come out and fix the correct repair. I am torn because I really like this company. They have been out once before just for a roof inspection and they were fine. Very polite and courteous and I love that they provide photos of before and after. I am sure this was just one of those "holy crap what did we do?" moments. At this point I can not say that I would use this company again. I'm sure it's a fluke - but we are burned.

As I recall, they did a good job. No complaints.

The next time it rained and checked and the area that had been leaking is no longer causing an issue.

He made minor, but necessary repairs to roof tiles and the gutter. Gave a complete assessment of what was in good shape, what needed future repair and what might need more immediate repair. Reattached my gutter where the nails had pulled out and made other repairs to roof tiles. Provided an excellent assessment along with a number of detailed photos of my roof. He was prompt, professional and very accommodating and helpful. I got this service as a special deal and expected I might be pressured to get repairs, such as installation of new gutters, which I will need at some point, but was pleasantly surprised that there was no such hard sell.

Punctual, Professional, Thorough. Detailed report with photos. Inspection indicated roof had premature thermal cracking of shingles in many places. Possible mfg warranty issue.

Very professional and thorough, with a full report and pictures of my roof. Did exactly what was advertised. They tried to fix our bird problem by putting little screens over some vents on the side of the house up by the roof, but they told me they may not last long as the birds can be very aggressive. Those screens lasted one day, but I don't really consider that roof work anyway and they were just trying to help. My only minor note would be they didn't return my call when I called them again about the screens, but as I felt it was probably outside of the scope of their work anyway, I just let it go. Overall, very positive experience and I would definitely use them again.

Scheduling was fine. He spent about forty-five minutes on the job. I had thought I had a loose shingle. When he got up there, he found that it was something else not causing any problems. He completed the inspection. Overall, our experience with them was very good.

They are a great company. I did not realize they were the company I had used before. Unfortunately, they were unable to perform the work when they came out to look at the job, which caused me to request a refund on the deal.

do not look any further---these guys are FANTASTIC. very professional---very prompt. and even the minor jobs you get a full/detailed report of what they did with pictures. I am planning on hiring them again for our new home once we move. breath of fresh air to deal with customer centric good business people that looked and acted professionally.

Signature Exteriors did an excellent job! They inspected our roof, provided an incredibly detailed report (complete with pictures), and repaired a few things while they were up there at no additional charge! We are very happy with the service they provided. We are considering having gutter guards installed in the spring and will definitely call them to do it.

They were personable, on time and quite knowledgeable. I would them use again.

We were happy. The people were very nice and their professionalism was great. Something was overlooked and they said they would take care of it. It was handled in a professional manner and the way it should be.

We contacted insurance people Farm Bureau for possible claim and they refused claim. We would definitely use these people for roof replacement.

It went very well. They identified the problems and fixed them that another company never returned my calls for. The roof has stopped leaking but it's hard to tell since I can't go up there. Scheduling was very easy since we didn’t have to be here.
