Very professional. Explained what would be done. Looked at damage in closet from previous roof leak. Arrived on time. Completed activities within a reasonable amount of time. Have recommended him to my son and daughter-in law.

Zach showed up on time and immediately did a inspection of roof. Explained problems and promptly went to work. Finished the first part of the job on the first day. Isaac, who works in the office, commuicated with me by phone and email on scheduling the second part of job. Everyone I dealth with at Signature Exteriors was very professional, courteous, and knowledgable.

It went great ! Initially, the estimator tried caulking a suspected cause of the leak, free of charge, but that turned out not to be the problem. When I called back after the first rain to report the problem still existed, they had a repairman out within a few days and he fixed the problem cleanly and professionally. It has been about nine months since the repair and the leak has not reoccurred. Also, the repairmen reduced the price because he was able to reuse more of the old flashing than the estimator had anticipated. I am totally and completely satisfied with my dealings with Signature Exteriors and highly recommend them.

Based upon the fact I didn't have any shingles to provide the Signature Exteriors employee to perform the roof repairs, I basically paid for an inspection and estimate. These services are provided for free by most contractors. If I had known this was a time only agreement (without contractor provided materials) I wouldn't have signed up for this service.

The roof technician had to reschedule the initial inspection due to poor weather, he was very professional both on the phone and via email. On the day he did come to inspect the roof the weather was still poor, but he still did the inspection in a very professional, safe, and courteous manor. The technician explained what he was going to do, as well as take pictures of the roof, which he emailed to me. During his inspection on the roof, he applied sealant to exposed nails, and reset a piece of loose siding on the front left dormer. Upon completion the technician reported that there were no other issues and that the roof was in good condition. I would definitely use Signature Exteriors if I were to have an issue with my roof, as well as recommend them to family and friends.

Horrible. They made a mess to the point that I could not get in or out of my home. Nails were left every where, in fact I stepped on one and it ended up in my foot. They never replaced my garage door. I had the owner be very rude to me on the phone and made obnoxious and rude comments about my insurance company, which is a very good insurance company. He blew me off about the garage door, basically told me I needed to take care of it. I will never recommend this company to anyone for any kind of work and I am sorry that I went with them. They were very unprofessional. I handled most of the communication and was treated like an idiot because I am a women. I worked for this insurance company for almost 8 years handling homeowners claims so I'm not an idiot. I really wish I had gone with another company.

They did a good job! I would consider using them in the future and would recommend their services to others.

Jeremy contacted me very quickly to set up a time to come out and perform the work. He was very cordial on the phone. Jeremy showed up promptly at the time specified and began the work. He was very thorough and professional the whole time. He replaced the long nails holding the gutters to the roof with screws so they would hold in the future. He then inspected the entire roof and let me know the results. He was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend signature exteriors for any work and would use them again.

Steve met with me and listened quietly and intently to the challenges I was having with the porch lighting fixture whenever it rained heavily. He inspected the area and determined that it was a gutter flow issue causing backup whenever the area experienced heavy rainfall. He cleared the debris from the adjoining gutters, inspected the roof area and made recommendations. He also inspected the entire roof and completed a pretty comprehensive inspection report, with pictures, which he emailed to me. Very helpful. He didn't try to sell me additional services, but because I asked, he gave me an estimate for a new roof and explained the differences in materials and applications. He was punctual, professional, polite and friendly.

He arrived on time and was professional throughout. He replaced all the sealing around all three doors in my house (front, back, and garage). He then proceeded in checking each of the windows around the house to ensure that they were sealed from the outside. All the windows had been recently replaced so there was not much he had to do for the windows. We spoke also about what would be required to repair the cold area around the windows (Window company did not do a good job on insulation around the windows). Work done was well worth it and I could tell in the Winter that doors were sealed well.

Although there was an initial miscommunication resulting in an incomplete job, they were extremely responsive in correcting the situation and coming out again to complete the job. Communication was great - before/after pictures and inspection report really help home owner understand the work that was done. They did a very satisfactory job.

They did a thorough check of the roof and did a few repairs because we did have a leak.

We were provided with a detailed roof inspection report after purchasing a deal through Angie's List. One issue found during the inspection was a gutter that had been bent away from the roof which Signature Exteriors repaired for us. Signature Exteriors also discovered other potential issues and gave us a quote to repair those items. While looking over our original roofing contract to determine the make/model of shingles installed on our roof (the previous homeowners had the current roof installed), Michael noticed that the contract contained a transferrable warranty and advised us that the warranty should cover the additional repairs. We were very impressed with Michael's attention to detail and his integrity in advising us to pursue the transferrable warranty with the original installer. Given our positive experiece, we will be using Signature Exteriors for our future roofing needs.

William arrived exactly when promised and proceeded to go into the attic to check for any signs of leaking there. He then went on the roof and set and caulked any exposed or extruding nails. He also inspected a recently installed roof area that had leaks and was repaired to assess the installation. He recommended we paint over the water spots and wait to see if any reappear. Overall I believe they did an excellent job and didn't pressure me to buy any additional services.

he was informative but the problem i was having with the gutters has not been resloved... rain water still comes over the sides and i'm not sure what the problem is. i called the company back and they told me what the issue might be but i would be charged for them to come back out to fix the problem... so i didn't have them come.

We are very pleased with Will's thorough and detailed inspection of our roof and every area that could have caused the interior wet spots. He was professional and friendly. We will recommend this company to family and friends.

After making an appointment, William and another representative arrived on time. They inspected the roof, siding, and gutters and applied sealant to exposed nails throughout the roofing system. I found them to be professional and honest in their assessment. I received the report along with pictures of the roof in mail few days after the assessment.

if and when I get additional work done, I wouldn't consider them to do the work they were recommending.

While at our home, the provider had several recommendations for repair and said he would put the numbers together and get back to us. 9 days later, I received an email from the provider recommending that I contact another company (Huntley Brothers) to help with my balcony repair needs. The gutter issue was never mentioned. I contacted their recommended company (when I told them who had referred me, their response was, "Who?") and was scheduled for them to come out and evaluate the problem, they never showed or called me back. So, after being told by Signature Exteriors that they could repair our issues, they ignored one issue (never providing estimates/referral) and referred me to another company who no showed for the other issue.

During a particularly heavy rainstorm last fall, water came gushing in around a skylight that had been put in as part of an upper level addition five years ago. We later learned that inappropriate flashing had been used in the construction, leading to the leak. Signature Exteriors got up on the roof and documented the problem with photos, which they included in a thoroughly detailed report. While they were up there they found a few other issues which they also pointed out to us, including a damaged gutter and a missing vent cover. They itemized the estimate for each repair, leaving it up to us to decide which repairs to have them undertake at that time. We thought their prices were very reasonable and fair, and opted to have all of the work completed. Throughout the process, Signature Exteriors was prompt, courteous, professional and displayed impressive knowledge of their trade. As an interior designer, I work with a lot of contractors and tradespeople in my line of work, and I can say the Signature Exteriors stands out as being one of the most reliable and customer-friendly contractors I have ever worked with. Not only would I recommend them to my clients, but I will absolutely use their services again should the need ever arise for my own home.
