Great! Reasonable price, good work, great service.

First, the back story: When we went on Angie's List to find a repair company, we called a few other places and left messages before we saw a big deal from this provider. We bought it right away. When we called them to schedule, we had to leave a message with them as well. As water was flowing into our home at the time, when one of the other companies that we left a message for called us back immediatly, we went ahead and had him come out. He came immediatly, inspected the roof, put in temporary patches to stop the water right away and also patched nail holes, etc., and gave us an estimate. We were charged nothing for this visit. Now, onto the service provided by Signature Exteriors: When Signature Exteriors finally called us back, they couldn't get out for a few days. Luckily, the other company had temporarily patched the roof, as it was still raining. When Signature Exteriors finally came out, they went on the roof and did the full repair. However, they did not subtract the price that we paid for the Angie's List deal from the total. They basically told us that the deal we bought on Angie's list covered inspecting, temporary patching, nail holes, etc. and had nothing to do with the service we were paying for now. So, what that boils down to is that this company charges a lot for something that other companies around Charlotte provide for free. What looked like a good deal, didn't end up being as good as we thought. Their basic repair price was very comperable to everyone else - but the deal that we purchased through Angie's List ended up being a waste of money. The repair man was prompt and on time and he did a very good job. We haven't had any further issues with the leak. He as also very nice and curteous. My issues with the Angie's List coupon had nothing to do with him or with the quality of work. We had a great experience with the person that came to our home.

Well done, very thorough. I noticed less of a draft this past winter, so I'm sure I saved some money on heat.

Excellent communication. Replace with a metal vent cover instead of the plastic cover that failed in less than ten years.

When I was a younger man, I would have gone up there with a can of "black jack" mastic and made a mess but it wouldn't leak. These folks were more on their game. The roof is too steep to approach on the side so he got the right ladder and got up at the gable peak. He identified the problem, improperly installed nails, fixed it and looks great for an old roof. The biggest difference from the two methods, Signature Exteriors was much more safety conscious.

The estimate was done in a timely manner. Was surprised we did not need a new roof. The estimater was very honest. He said we only needed maintenance. We expected to spend thousands for a new roof. Was happy we didn't have to. Repairs and gutter shields were done in a timely manner. They always called to let us know if there was a delay. Very happy.

Arrived on time, very responsive to questions, follow up call by owner.

They went up on the roof, inspected everything. They resolved all roof related items from my home inspection report. These items were minor (some nails not sealed; some roof shingles loose.)

Two technicians arrived on time and performed a thorough review of the roof. They provided a detailed written report of their findings. They provided sound advice, along with the basis of their recommendation. Although they had the opportunity to do work that was not needed, they pointed out that the work would not improve the condition of the roof, or its life expectancy. We very much appreciated their objectivity and honesty.

The inspection went very smooth.

I don't think he did any kind of roof tune up, he just did an inspection and gave me an estimate, which was way too high.

Ceiling leak continued with heavy rains as ceiling stain got darker over the past 5 months after my roof tuneup. I scheduled a follow up appointment and it was scheduled for Tuesday Nov.10th between 8-10:30am. Received call at 9:30 canceling appoinmtment which could not be rescheduled until Nov 24th. I neded this done before the holidays and had painters scheduled to do other painting in adition to the ceiling. Issac said perhaps he was not the best service provider for this job in Belmont as he cound not reschedule the appointment to meet my needs. Thanks you for nothing Signature Exteriors. On April 4, 2016 come to find out an exposed area of my roof had missing shingles which was missed on the initial $49 Roof Tune up. Tried follow up and was again told no time to fit me in schedule.

They were doing some work when the ceiling broke and they found black mold. They asked me to leave the house immediately and referred me to some companies that could clear it up.

Excellent. Inspected the roof and sealed up some nail holes per the big deal i purchased. Provided plenty of pictures from the inspection. I also had 3 shingles that had broken loose and needed repair. He fixed those while on site. Very happy with the service.

Two gentlemen came out. Very professional and well dressed which was appreciated. They handle the service in a timely manner and made various recommendations which were option. Very pleased.

Hadn't really been having any issues with the roof, but my wife was concerned that when our roof was replaced after we moved in (3 years ago) that we didn't have a ridge vent on the top. When Signature Exteriors came out they explained that that wasn't required, but did provide an estimate for one, and as part of the tune-up also fixed some minor things and provided us with several pictures for our records.

I cannot say enough good things about Michael and Isaac from Signature Exteriors. In the process of getting me quote for issues the home inspector found, we discovered that the roof damage was more extensive than the home inspector could see. We were working in such a tight timeline and they were so responsive. They walked me through all the work, including working with my home owner's insurance. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing siding or roofing work.
