I cannot express enough, how much I appreciated the job that Signature Exteriors did. If you like reading reviews, have a lot of positive things to say. If you prefer to feel that you just want to trust a company and go with them, then truly look no further. Signature Ext is superb!! I contacted at least 4 companies to look at my skylights that were leaking and had been repaired multiple times. Michael came to my house and with due diligence did not just look at my skylights but at my whole roof and determined that here had been hail damage. So, I made a claim to my ins company and Michael worked with me every step of they way. As a new homeowner, this process was a bit daunting, but his assistant, John patiently walked me through the numbers, so that I could understand the process. The only glitch we had was one of their contractors drove over and damaged the drainage system I had recently installed, which was very expensive. They made sure that the repairs would be fully covered. And they were. On top of all of that, my roof looks great!! Their employees are respectful and everything was done on time!!

I cannot say enough about the ease Signature Exteriors made my life is filing a claim for a new roof and gutters. They actually called in the claim, scheduled the adjuster and we’re on sight when he came to the house, and we’re constantly in touch with my insurance company. The only thing I was responsible for was my deductible. The job was done in a timely manner, the employees were friendly and neat - I would highly recommend this company.

We called them as we had a leak- they’d installed our roof about 3 years ago. They came out and turns out the issue was a furnace pipe, nothing roof related and nothing they’d put in. However, they went ahead and adding some sealant to the pipe to try to fix it. They came out, looked at it and fixed something they didn’t need to all free of charge.

The team at Signature Exteriors did a fantastic job. They are very Professional, very neat and courteous. I recommend them highly.

Signature Exteriors did a great job replacing my roof following hail damage and fixed a number of rotted soffits and fascia. Michael and John worked closely with my insurance company to ensure that I was being appropriately reimbursed for all of the relevant damage. The replacement and repairs were completed in a timely and professional manner with no evidence of trash or debris during or after the project. Michael and the team at Signature Exteriors were professionals through and through. Used the company for a roof replacement and they managed everything from soup to nuts (e.g., insurance documentation and negotiation, interior painting, etc.). They help the customer get the most out their insurance coverage while helping to explain the process in layman’s terms. Highly recommend.

Oh man. I wish I could give Signature Exteriors 10 stars. They are an absolute pleasure to work with. From the initial inspection and quite to the actual services we had performed (roof replacement, gutter installation, new downspouts, and later a gutter guard installation that included the most thorough cleaning our gutters have ever had), they’ve delivered quality work, friendly and professional service, and (my favorite) headache-free interactions. They actually come and do exactly what they say they’ll do, when they say they’ll do it. They stand behind their work, too, which is a real treat these days. We’ve had a lot of work done on our house over the years, but have never worked with a company as professional, thorough, and helpful as Signature Exteriors. They’re worth every penny.

Roof replacements is a lengthy process and Signature Exteriors were great in guiding us through the ordeal. The whole roof was replaced in one day and was done very professionally. Would use them again! Highly recommended!

From start to finish, the employees provided detailed information and explanations of the process. Since this was also an insurance claim for storm damage/leaking roof, they were instrumental in working with our insurance adjustor, who was somewhat difficult to put it mildly, and worked diligently on our behalf to make sure the needed repairs were covered as part of the claim. They went above and beyond my expectations to handle the issues we encountered. Ultimately, the roof was repaired and the professionalism of the entire team was exceptional! This was one satisfied client and I highly recommend their services!

John was very professional explaining what he needed to make an assessment on who should be sent out to look at the leaks. I sent him the pictures as requested and he called me the next day to set up an appointment. Michael arrived the next day and did a thorough assessment of both roofs. He explained what the problem was and how he was going to fix the leaks, even showing me the pictures he took while up on the roofs of where the problems were. Michael fixed both leaks and they have not leaked since. 🙂 Both men were very nice, knowledgable, respectful and professional. I appreciated the quick response to my request for help!
