The initial contact was the next day after I called. There was a problem with scheduling due to bad weather in October 2015. It took a few weeks to get scheduled. The repair went great and looks good. I really like they way they take pictures of before and after the repair. It shows exactly what needs to be repaired.

Bad. Two things that made this a bad experience. 1.) it took over 24 hours, and me contacting twice (email and phone) before I was even contacted. I let them know that I had a leak. Turns out it was a branch that fell through roof. 2.) when Chris did call and schedule for next day, I indicated that I would NOT be there at that time, however, I will have someone at the property. I specifically asked him to contact me while he was there AT the property, because I needed to have this issue resolved due to all the rain this week. I reiterated this when he contacted me the next morning while going to the house. The person who was at the house also asked him to contact me while there, so when did he call and let me know what the issue was? After he left the property to go on an "emergency" roofing job. Then he proceeds to tell me over the phone what the issue was and how to resolve. I asked, due to more rain coming, what he suggested i should due to repair. I then asked how much to just tarp it for now, until the rain passes, and he said $300.00, because that's considered an "emergency " repair. Wow, a tarp at most cost $60.00, so labor to hammer in some nails is $240.00. The good thing is that I only spent $49.00. I guess it is true, you get what you pay for. Hope my story helps.

The process was a bit slow - I had to reach out a couple times to keep things on track. Once appointments were scheduled, the crew was on time, provided photos of the issue and sent a quote in a timely matter. The work was performed quickly and documented with photos so I could see what work was completed. Appreciate that a lot.

They were great. Tech was on time, very friendly, and extremely helpful. I was totally prepared to hear that we needed a new roof, as we had so many neighbors that had to replace theirs last year. As it turned out, we just had a few nail pops, that were causing th e leak. Those were repaired, as well as a few more that they found.

They came to the house and reviewed the issues I had seen with the siding. They told me that everything was ok and to not worry about the problems I had found. They then reseated some siding on the side of my house that had come loose. The guys that came to the house were professional, told me exactly what I needed to know with no hassle and no unneeded repairs. Will definitely use these guys in the future for any siding jobs that I'd need in the future.

It was done quickly and effectively.

Workers were courteous and cleaned up before leaving. Work was completed in the amount of time agreed to in the estimate, Before and after pictures were provided. We are very pleased with the results.

They were able to examine the damage to my roof, give an estimate and complete the work in the same day and at a great price. The technicians were professional and the work was done well. Highly recommend!

It was easy to schedule the repair, Zack was on time and very friendly. He crawled up into the attic to locate the leak. When I had questions, Isaac came back a week later and checked everything out. They are very professional and accommodating. They will also do late afternoon/early evening appointments for people taking off work. I would definitely recommend them for any roofing issues.

Wonderful. Quick response to inquiry, quick scheduling for inspection and then showed up on time when they schedule the repairs. We were really impressed with this company and would definately use them again. We thought we needed a whole new roof and to our pleasure it was only repairs that were needed. Appreciate their honesty.

This was a Angie's List Deal that was more than worth the money! William and his teammate provided multiple photos and a detailed report on the condition of my roof. Fortunately I have not had any further issues with my roof, but if I do, I now have a trusted resource to handle the roof!

They were super professional and on time. No more leak

They did fine. It ended up being a little more expensive than I thought it was going to be so that was the only frustration with it, but then the work they did was great. It was an extra $2600 over the deal. I wasn't happy with that, but the work they did was great.

Everything went smooth. Signature came out and inspected the roof, we discussed a couple of options such as ridge venting. The next business day had a written quote that was acceptable. After a week I finally decided on a color and scheduled an appt for roof to be replaced within a week. Workers showed up early on a hot day and they worked continuously to get the job done. Everything was seemless and the roof looks great.

It went very well. It was done over several weeks of last month. It was covered by insurance.

It went as well as I had hoped. They provided pictures and a report upon completing the work.

The provider did not provide the service I paid for they did give me a quote for a new roof and agree to deduct the price I paid from the quote. Since I did not choose them to replace my roof I out nothing for my money. This is the second time I have used Angie's List and got nothing for my money.

It went very well. We purchased the deal when they come out they saw that I did not need the deal. They did some work and charged me much less than the deal. They could have taken the money but they did not they were very honest. The workers were excellent. They came out about an hour and half before dark they finished the job and left before dark. They were nice and cleaned up. They had other jobs that they were working on that day they said that they were supposed to be here at 5. But they will still be there. They kept on calling me. I would recommend them. They did not just work on the gutter they looked at the roof too. It was like a free inspection to see it was okay.

Used the company also about three years ago for same thing. Asked them to do another inspection recently after a hail storm. After each inspection they provide a detailed report via email with their findings and pictures. No work recommended at this point just advised to monitor roof. Appreciate that they don't try to sell services that are not needed.

The problem was that the water when it rained was running over the drain and down the wall. They fixed the gutter by putting in a piece to make sure the water was making the water run into the drain and not down the wall as before. They also fixed the gutter on the back of the house which was covered to keep leaves from getting into the gutter. The problem was by covering the gutter it was making a mess on the side of the house. They took the cover off the gutters and this will make the water go into the gutter. Everything should work properly now. I am very satisfied with their work and would call them again.

I have a 15 year old roof. It is not leaking or giving me any problems, but several of my neighbors have had to replace theirs of equal age. Wanted it inspected, particularly the pipe collars due to it's age. Also had a gutter that often pulls away from the house I wanted to have them look at. So I took advantage of an Angie's List deal to have this done. Two men came, they truly fixed the gutter (something we had perennial problems with), and replaced a cracking collar, all work I am extremely happy with. Both men inspected my roof. The one said, although it is an "old" roof, it was in decent shape....the other said he could see "hail damage" and had "serious" concerns. It was obvious the men were not necessarily of the same opinion by their respective comments about my roof assessment and their body language. I was sent, as promised, a full report with pictures via e-mail and I was strongly recommended to contact my insurance agent about the worrisome "hail damage". Signature Exteriors wanted to be present when my agent came out to survey the damage, so they could help expedite any claims and point out the damage fully. My insurance agent advised me to get an estimate from Signature Exteriors on a REPAIR cost, that a full-roof replacement is not indicated. My deductible is $1000. I informed Signature Exteriors of all of this and was told "OH, then it makes no sense to repair this. The damage is not that bad, and certainly not more than $1000, so it makes no sense to make a claim at this point". Basically, I feel that Signature Exteriors was trying to get an "insurance roof" job. Once they found out my insurance company did not agree with the "damage" and would not pay for a whole new roof, Signature Exteriors backpedalled and decided it wasn't so bad after all. Interestingly, I was uneasy about the two different assessments of my roof I got when the Signature Exterior representatives were at my home. It seems that one of the representatives was being honest (and was in alignment with the opinion of my insurance agent), while the other was just trying to score a roof job.
