Punctual, professional service and very informative regarding overall current state of the roof and recommended tips for ongoing maintenance. Should we have issues with our roof in the future, I will be using Signature Exteriors.

When Josh first called to schedule my "Big Deal" he could not do it for several weeks. After explaining that I was getting home ready for sale and had several other potential areas of repair in addition to leak in roof, he found a time the following week! After taking multiple pictures of hail marks and other spots that were the source of my active leak, he seemed to only be interested in replacing the entire roof. I explained that I did not think that I wanted to do that and just wanted a price for repairing area with current leak and also for trim repair, painting and wood replacement where needed. Since I had an active leak and did not hear anything from him until three weeks later, I went ahead with someone else.

We initially purchased a roof inspection because we saw what might have been a leak. SE Inc came by did the inspection he resealed the nail pops. He found our leak which were due to the rubber boots around the plumbing vents failing after a number of years. He left a quote to fix it which was less the $100 credit from the original certificate purchased. We had them come back to fix the boots. The gentleman who came by was very nice and I didn't really need to be home for him to do the work.

We received timely communication from the company via e-mail and phone. The technician came out to the house on the day of the appointment and notified us prior to arriving. I spoke with him on the day he inspected the roof and he provided thorough information and went back up to take additional measurements when we asked him for estimates for additional work. When we received written, detailed estimates, we also received honest guidance regarding the necessity of the chimney flashing repair, advising us to continue to monitor the situation rather than go ahead with the estimated work. We appreciate a service company who is willing to give us an honest opinion and cost effective solution rather than looking only at how they can get money from us. Due to custom size skylights and information not being readily available, we are still waiting for this estimate and then will determine the best course of action. I expect we will at least use this company for the additional roof repairs and will then determine what additional work we are going to work into our budget at this time.

Josh was very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use them if we need any roof repairs or replacement. We feel he did an excellent job for the introductory job outlined by Angie's List for only $39.

It went well. I was happy with their work and attention to details.

They were a pain. The only thing the package covered was the inspection. They weren't going to fix anything. They could have performed the work on the description and tried not to upsell.

While the job started off OK, it quickly became apparent that these guys have some major operational flaws. A job that should have taken a month at most drug on for 3 months. During that time, they left their equipment, materials, and trash in our driveway. I had to call numerous times to get them to continue working. It was if our job was all of a sudden put at the bottom of the priority list. The builder that started the job was fired and a different guy came out. He was surprised at the poor craftsmanship and said he would fix and finish up. His attempts were not acceptable: he left tools and screws in the gutters, patched up a high profile area, and neglected to look at several other concerns. I finally got a manager to come out and we created a punch list. He assured me these items would be addressed. The builder came out and only completed 1 of the punch list items satisfactorily. The other items were either completed poorly or not at all. I have no faith that they could or would come back out to complete the job on the 4th attempt. And even if they did come out, I don't think they know how to fix it. I now have to call someone else to come fix what they didn't. Needless to say, I had to fire these guys.

Good job and I felt like they were interested in doing what they were asked to do and not to add on extra work that was not needed.

EXCELLENT. Really nice job, very thorough. We thought we needed a whole roof replacement and after their inspection they said it was only some minor repairs that were needed. We appreciated their honesty!!!

They were on time and professional. Explained everything they did and why. Recommended repairs that were outside of scope of this service. I have scheduled further repairs with this company.

The Rain Messed with our scheduling, But Josh always kept in touch. When the rain finally stopped, Josh was Here within 2 days. Josh was Courteous and Respectful and quite Efficient at his Task. Josh worked with my direction on a problem and took care of it with Bing/Bang/Boom/ It was Done! He went thru all directions concerning all my Roofs saying what he had observed and taken care of {Nail Pops). Plus Concerns to Watch for in the near future. Josh was very detailed oriented and concerned that I understood what He had Done and what I needed to observe for in the future, Courtesy and Respect...Good Customer Service....That is what I received from this Gentleman, Yes Gentleman!. I will definitely recommend Josh and His Company to others and I will use His Service in the Future.

Another job well done by Signature Exteriors!!

The provider did, however, determine that I may have hail damage which may have occurred on June 24, 2015. He reached this conclusion by checking a small space unrelated to the actual reason for my call for service. I have, since, informed my insurance carrier who will be sending an appraiser to examine my roof. I plan to have the provider present when the appraisal is scheduled.

We purchased an Angie's List deal for a "$49 for a Roof Tune-Up and $100 Credit Toward Any Repairs". This vendor contacted us promptly to set-up an appointment and they arrived on time that day. They performed the tune-up, inspected 3 specific possible leaks we reported and also inspected the entire roof for any other obvious issues. The took a good amount of photos to document our roof, all of which were emailed to us along with an estimate for replacing five pipe boots that were at the end of their lifespan. We approved the estimate and they quickly scheduled a follow-up visit to complete all of the work. Upon removing the boots they notice a few other issues which needed immediate attention, one of which we are sure was the culprit for a hard to locate leak we'd been experiencing only during very hard rains. They immediately provided us with an cost estimate to repair the issue and we approved it on the spot given the very reasonable pricing. All of the work was completed within the same visit and we are extremely pleased with Signature Exteriors' attention to detail, prompt response times and very good pricing. The team member working on our home was excellent (I believe his name was Michael) and we'd highly recommend this contractor to others. A++ Experience All Around!!!

I made an appointment to have someone come look at what I thought was a leak in my roof. Chris Farr was the representative that came out and inspected the problem. After a thorough inspection, Chris took pictures and showed my wife and myself that the roof was not leaking but a pipe coming from the HVAC system was. It was good to see there are still honest people in this world. Chris could have done a roof repair that I did not need and I would have never known the difference. I know reviews that a service is not preformed do not count as much but please publish this review. The next time I have a roof problem, you can believe I will be calling Chris Farr at Signature Exteriors.

It went well. It was a quick turnaround time. He found an active leak and caulked it preventing further damage.

Got a great quote but held off for over 6 months being other projects became priority. Reached out again to see if the price is still good last October, and I was told yes. Still wanted to make sure I hired the best company so I got a few more quotes. I finally decided on Signature exteriors with all the past great reviews and history. I wanted to move forward at the end of November, but I could not get a solid reply. I sent other emails asking what the status was on moving forward and I was told that they are busy and that someone will get back with me in a few days. Well that was 2 weeks ago. I first did not mention I had a roof leak that just started in the past few weeks. I then advised of the leak and the company owner emailed and advised that a member of signature exteriors will get back to me asap, which never happened. I finally started researching other companies and advised this to signature. I received a fast reply from the new owner stating, Thank you for the notification-We understand. WOW what does that mean? Looks like the old signature exteriors was great from all the reviews. The new signatures exteriors, maybe not so much.

Very attentive. We kept getting rainy days but serivce provider maintained communication.

We had a total of 4 appointments with Blake. I took 3 days off of work in order to get the service completed. Two of the appointments were re-scheduled Blake said due to the fact that it was raining. This was an inside job so that didn't make sense to me. On the 4th appointment he did show up. However, I believe he had been drinking alcohol. My husband and I could both smell the alcohol. He went on our roof which was very concerning.

I purchased a Big Deal for the service on 11/10/15. I received a call today from Signature Exteriors and the person on the line said I should just replace the roof and file an insurance claim. He said that in 2013 there was hail in this area for 6 minutes. He said I could definitely replace my roof and insurance would cover it. I let him know that I am not comfortable with committing insurance fraud. He asked if I was with a Big insurance company. I told him who I have and he responded that small insurance companies are good at paying out. I have decided I will not be doing business with this company.

They put us off for 3 weeks. He was very prompt, he showed up on time. He did a good job in giving us an assessment and then we waited. Just yesterday afternoon we got a review on what they did but we've not decided what we are going to do; if we are going to go with them or not. They were a little higher than we want to spend. They did everything alright. We have a new roof that some one from Angie's List put on 5 years ago so we knew we didn't need a new roof but there were some other problems. They checked everything out and did a very good job in pointing out any imperfections that we've got up there. If we did it, we could probably pay for the roof all over gain. So we have to contact them to see if we want to do any of it or not. It just took them an awful long time to come out after we bought it and I was a little irritated. They were very polite and well mannered when they showed up. They did call me within a couple of days afterwards. The price is the deciding factor for the amount of work we are having done.
