Completed my roofing project on time and as agreed upon. My experience was very pleasant, They were punctual and the work performed was very professional.

Sales team was excellent to work with. They worked with my insurance. No stress. The team that did the replacement was thorough and very clean working.

Great, Josh moved his schedule to address my roof issue. He corrected an issue with my roof vent that has a leak and fixed nail pops throughout the roof area. His photos were thorough in showing the issue with photos of how it was corrected. He also made note of other rood issues that needed addressing and responded with a proposal to correct. Very professional and responsive. Thanks.

Technician arrived on time and performed all services within the agreed time frame. He took time to go to purchase some nails because he said the ones he had were not the right color. Due to the small size of the nail heads and the distance from the ground, he could probably have gotten away with using an incorrect color and I would not notice, so I appreciate the attention to detail. The owner, who provided the estimate, was very polite. Technician was competent. Overall, a good experience.

I'd been wanting to get leaf guards on my gutters for some time. After having a tree fall against my house and damage one of the gutters, I decided to have all of it done and received a recommendation from a friend to use Signature Exteriors. They were very responsive to my call and sent a sales person out to talk with me. Outside of the brochure he provided, he did not have any color samples with him at the time we met, but assured me that they would match my existing gutters as closely as possible. The work was then scheduled for Monday, 3/14. When the installers showed up and unloaded the materials, it was clear that the color my sales person selected was not even close to the color of my existing gutters and was brown vs. cream colored. The installer called the office and I spoke with Isaac Hinson. He was very apologetic and told me that they would get the correct materials ordered and reschedule the installation. It should be noted that the sales person with whom I'd originally worked is no longer with the company. In order to accommodate my business travel, the installation was rescheduled for 3/31. The guys showed up on time and did a really good job. The color match was almost exact and my gutters look great! Also, because of the issues incurred with the initial order, Isaac was able to get me a discount off the original estimate. I would happily recommend them to my friends.

Went well, good follow up after the work was done. I needed a new roof and I went another company.

The gentleman who came out to the house was friendly and seemed to be knowledgeable. He told me I needed about $300 in siding repairs and he showed me the pieces of my vinyl siding that were defective. I called Signature Exteriors the next week and got on the schedule. They fixed everything and sent me pictures of the fix since I wasn't home at the time. All good and no real gripes.

Josh was thorough and professional. Although it took a while to get him there - he came early and spent time answering questions, listening and providing related info. He inspected the roof and fixed the nail pops and provided pics with information on what he found.

They were quick and professional. The roof is only 7 years old, but I was concerned about the flashing.

I had mike who came to property and inspected roof for a property in contact. He was very detailed, professional and took time explaining the potential issues roof may have . He took his time to put together presentation which I shared with seller. Unfortunately the deal fell thru but I recommend using this vendor for your repair needs.

Things went well. The salesperson, Chris Farr, was very nice and seemed honest. He was one of the only sales reps that actually helped me cover some areas that were impacted by a leak to prevent additional damage. He was also patient answering a ton of questions that I had. They replaced the roof very quickly and when I called after to ask questions, they came out and looked at the areas in question. 1. There was an area on the side of my house in which the shingles seemed to go up instead of down. When they came out to look they said it was due to how my drains were installed and there might be something they could do to fix it but weren't sure. I wish they would have told me it was going to look off and explored alternatives while the installation was happening so it could have been done right. I did not hear back on this and honestly did not call back again. The other issue was the date scheduled. They called the day before and told me there was a cancellation the next day and they would come at 1:00. At 7am I awoke to a lawn full of men covering my plants, etc. The problem was that I hadn't gotten to cover items in my attic, which one of the installers said would be ok. Well, it wasn't - it was an absolute mess and I feel like I'll be cleaning black asphalt out of my holiday items until the end of time. I was dreading the entire process and am happy it's done and will hopefully last. They had one of the shortest warranties of the companies that came out, but at the end of the day, Chris was very nice and the price was right.

even through they had to make two trips because the siding was special order everything went well. It took a while to get an appointment.

I did use that one. It was alright. I had some little things that needed fixed and they wanted to break each one down and it would have cost too much. I don't know why they weren't able to them at the same time. They could have been willing to take care of the issues with the roof in one visit. They were all small things that needed done. The price was fine for what it was. They were responsive.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The appointment was made promptly, confirmed via text and email and Michael showed up during the appointment window. He was extremely personable and obviously knew his stuff. He went to both of our attics, looked at the roof, looked at the water stains and assessed that the leak was probably from the master bathroom shower or toilet and not from the roof. Another company estimated a cost of $1500 to fix the roof, which Michael said didn't need fixing. He made some recommendations on how to handle the insurance company and also gave us the names of a public adjuster and a contractor. I would definitely call Signature Exteriors for future work.

Guys were very friendly and sent me a report with all the issues they found and with quotes to fix them.

They did a great job in performing the repairs/replacement of my flashing, which were not properly done by my builder. The employees were very courteous and they did a great job of cleaning up when the work was completed.

I am an older, retired woman. He could have taken advantage telling me that the roof Had a lot more damage. Instead, he took photos of the entire roof and close ups of before and afters. Very clean, very professional. I am the President of my HOA and will recommend this vendor to whomever needs this service

Bought the big deal on 2/8/16 after confirming that the areas serviced listed online included our county. I was informed that they cannot perform work in this area due to some licensing issue and that I will have to ask angies list for a refund. I have requested the refund.

This worked out really well. The guys came out and removed the old gutters one day, then installed the new gutters the next day. It all went as expected and the communication flow was excellent. Not sure of how these new gutters are working yet since it has not yet rained since installation.

A large wet section of my dining room ceiling fell in. A young man from Signatures Exteriors checked out my roof, and it definitely needed to be replaced. I had no idea how badly until I saw the photos after the roof was finished. The workers were so professional, working constantly all day. I was shown actual shingles to pick out the color of the roof. I liked the emails which kept me updated on time and dates that the workers would be at my home. It was such a perfect example of how to hire a company to put a roof on my home and not worry about anything. I highly recommend this company and will answer any questions that people might have trying to decide on a roofing company.
