Excellent. He fixes some nail pops and did the roof inspection. I bought the $39 roof inspection and still have a $100 credit for any future roof repairs. Great that I did not need to use it.

They did some sealing work on the roof and found one leak was coming from emergency pan in central AC system and said another leak was due to 2 passive vents needing to be removed. After closer inspection by myself I determined that the passive vents could not be the source of the leak stain on the ceiling unless water runs uphill. I feel like I got good value for what I paid but that this offer is basically so they can get their foot in your door so to speak and sell you more expensive work which may or may not really need to be done.

Very prompt, courteous, professional and friendly. Good pricing as well. I would highly recommend Signature Exteriors to anyone in need of roof repair.

Better than I could have imagined! This was the 2nd company I hired from Angies list to do a roof "tuneup", ultimately sealing an area around the furnace vent pipe that was leaking when it rained. The first company went to my home and ultimately said my roof was too high of a pitch for their guys to walk on yet he gave me a quote on other work that needed to be done. Really?!?! All in all, Signature Exteriors was able to go to my home the very same day I purchased the tuneup through Angieslist. When the work was done they sent me a detailed e mail including 47 pictures of my home, roof and before/after pics of all work that they completed. Impressive considering this was a $49 service. I have no reservations with using this company again.

Perfectly. The entire process was extremely smooth and professional. They came in and completed the work in one day. It appeared that they weren't even there. I clean up was impeccable.

Update: Michael Garrie contacted me after my initial review of 'F'. We concluded that 1) He only forwarded to me the revised estimate originated by Chris Farr, 2) the revised estimate was acceptable (but lacked detail that I had to 'assume' was included 3) there was hail damage to the soft metal (and not the roof itself which was verified by the insurance company but was covered by a deductible, which was my initial conversation with Chris Farr.) His apparent disinterest and unnecessary remarks made me decide not to move forward with the repair and 4) since the repair may have involved the replacement of siding, which he said they didn't do but was on their website "At Signature Exteriors, we view every roofing, siding, or contracting job as an opportunity to establish new relationships, showcase our talents, and solidify our position in the local community." Maybe I looked at the wrong website. Michael Garrie did not dispute it when I told him what Chris had said about them not doing siding and may have implied a few off color suggestions about my character in our email exchanges. The siding issue came up because of a second leak at the chimney that was going to need siding replaced. Chris wrote up an estimate that included both leaks, flashing, replacing a few pieces of wood trim (but overlooked some other pieces) and then removing a few other pieces of trim but not the rotted siding pieces the trim was attached to but which I thought was ridiculous to pay to have that done only to have to be redone when the siding was eventually replaced later by someone who does do siding. After pointing that out to Chris our conversation became more stilted. Michael Garrie then offered to come out and make sure the insurance company was aware of property damages caused by the leak over the attached storage shed but I assured him I'd already cleared that with the claims adjuster as there was only a box of stuff that had gotten wet and needed to be tossed out anyways but otherwise there was no other property damage that needed to be claimed. Hope this helps clear up any misunderstandings about the 'F' rating. Best regards

It was excellent. They are very good, very prompt, and very professional. I had absolutely no problems with them. They were so good that my neighbors used them after they saw the work they did for me.

The best. Josh arrived as scheduled, took photos, inspected the roof and made repairs. Repairs included caulking exposed nail heads, resealing around all areas needing it. He was very professional, personable and efficient. Did not waste time; got right to it and completed the job. Informed me that my roof was in good shape and only needed the minor repairs. I call that honest.

Super professional and easy to work with.

It was great having Michael on our team after we learned our roof was leaking. His folks were extremely prompt with repairing 2 separate roof leaks. The ice/water shield they placed is still holding things tight after 6 months from when all this started (pending insurance coverage). We even had an issue with rodents entering our attic during this time which his team very quickly sealed off the portals. Michael was very helpful and responsive in guiding us through conversations with our current and previous insurance carrier to replace our roof since a significant portion of the roof needed to repaired with a different shingle since ours was no longer available. When our current insurance carrier balked, he put us in touch with a public adjuster, Wesley Barber, who has great to work with in obtaining coverage through our previous insurance carrier. Though we know Michael and his team are more than qualified to manage our high end roof and the shingle we chose, they unfortunately were not on the list of contractors by that particular manufacturer to provide a 50 yr warranty on labor and materials. Hence, he bowed out. We appreciate his professionalism as we parted ways and would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone needing a roof replacement/repair.

In getting another estimate for the work needed - I did not go with Signature Exteriors as their price was a little high for me - including the $100 Angie's List credit. However, I will most likely keep Signature Exteriors in mind for any future work needed - and at least give them a change to price out.

Went great. They contacted me the day after I paid for the coupon, scheduled the appointment for the next day, came out on time, and completed the work promptly.

After noticing a leak in my attic, I reached out to Signature Exteriors to investigate and repair. The receptionist was very professional and polite and setup an appointment for the guys to come take a look. You’re sent a confirmation email, with a convenient meeting request to add to your calendar so you don’t forget your appointment day/time. On the day of the appointment, the guys arrived on time, were professional and did an inspection. Pictures were taken and presented to me showing the damage. A temporary pipe boot was placed at the point of the leak, to give me time to review the pictures and discuss options. I needed to replace a second pipe boot and while they inspected the roof, a missing single was found. I was so impressed by their professionalism that I not only agreed to have them replace the pipe boots and shingle, but I aIso had them reslope the gutter over my garage, which had been an issue since winter. All the work was taken care of on time, at the quoted price, and with the guys cleaning up after themselves. Michael and his team are very professional and a pleasure to work with. This is definitely a company I will work with in the future.

Michael with Signature Exteriors is awesome! We used an Angie's List deal for our annual roof inspection. If you are not having your roof inspected annually, you need to start. It took one seal failure on roof pipe to fail to result in a leak and water spot on our master bathroom ceiling. This occurred after we had the entire roof replaced just 6 years ago. Lesson learned that these hot Carolina summers are killer on the seals and caulking used in most roofing jobs and you should have those looked at annually. Trust me, it's better to pay for the inspection and catch any issues early than experience a failure and pay for the interior and exterior repairs related to water damage! Michael promptly arrived during the schedule service time of 9-11a. He called prior to his arrival. When he arrived, he presented his card, talked us through what to inspect with the rood inspection, and then got right to work. He started by walking our property and visually inspecting the roof and siding, then he climbed on the roof and performed the inspection. He took pictures along the way. After he completed the inspection, he sat down with my husband and me and talked us through the inspection and anything he found. He took LOTS of pictures to show us exactly what he was talking about. Michael was great about helping us understand items that he recommended that need immediate attention versus things that we could wait on until a later date. I am super happy with the service and will be using Michael and Signature Exteriors for all my roofing needs in the future!

Completely satisfied. Aside from us finding roofing nails here and there, which according to other neighbors that have had this type of work done, is pretty normal.

Everything went well. The individual was on-time (in fact a tad early) was professionally dressed. He explained his process to me and listened to the various areas on my roof that I requested an estimate on. He prepared pictures while on the roof and showed me the various issues and problems he saw. He also showed me how he sealed various flashing and nail heads that were exposed from time. From start to finish about an hour and well-worth it.

On time ...and fast , without any problems

Signature Exterior walked us through the process of dealing with both our insurance company and our mortgage holder. After the work was complete, we were able to reach closure on all aspects. It was somewhat difficult dealing with our mortgage holder but Exterior provided all the information we needed to come to a resolution and get full payment on the repairs. Signature Exterior would have my highest endorsement.

Was on time, did repairs, talked about condition. no hard sell just reported.

After rescheduling the service due to rain, Mike and Chris arrived timely and went right to work in inspecting the roof. They made a few minor repairs since the roof was not that old. They didn't recommend any expensive repairs and I thought they were very honest in their approach. They also took lots of pictures of my roof and shared them with as well as explained the repairs they made. If I need additional inspections done in the future, I will certainly call them again. Very professional!

The estimate, to me, seemed a bit exorbitant. The estimate was sent by email. The cost just seemed a bit exorbitant for what they were going to do. I did most of what they recommend doing, for $75 or less, and their estimate was well over $1000.

I liked what they had to say. I would give them an 'A' from that perspective.

The owner did send out a second estimate which was more acceptable, but I decided to not go forward with the project at the time

Honest, friendly service. Answered all my questions, fixed the issue, and followed up with us to check on the fix. Highly recommended.
