Covered a few nails, assessed the roofs condition

The service techs were polite and thorough and performed the roof maintenance according to the contract I purchased. However, when I was quoted the price to repair a leak in a fairly new roof, it was nearly $2000.00. I was able to hire another contractor who repaired the leak for a fraction of that price. Granted, Signature was going to tear out and replace a section where it was leaking, but all I wanted was the leak to be fixed, not a new roof.

Great! The young man was very through in his explanation of the problem. He even found that we had a little visitor; a bat asleep between the screen and insulation of the house. If we had not had this inspection; We wouldn't be able to have the bat evicted.

Fantastic. Excellent job. Punctual, kept us informed of what was happening, professional. One excellent feature about their service was that they held our hand through the entire process of filing and dealing with an insurance claim. That made our life much less stressful. I highly recommend them to others.

As scheduled with photos of the progress. Scheduling was very flexible and they were monitoring weather conditions with back up reschedule if needed.

Signature Exteriors did a great job w/the chimney repair and adding the new gutters. Additionally, they were very helpful post-job completion with providing pictures of the before & after and helping me with copies of the proposal and invoice. I would highly recommend and definitely use them again.

IT was wonderful! I could not ask for people to be more helpful and polite. They checked on everything and made sure I was well informed.

They did as promised with the tune up. Of course, they gave me a quote for repairs which I thought was very high. I had someone else do it for much less. They also left a quote for new gutters which was quite pricy.

This company was great. The owner came out personally to inspect my roof and found that the damage was caused by storms. He worked with my insurance company and got them to pay for most of it. The new roof has been on now for about half a year and as best I can tell it is doing great. Everyone at the company was easy to work with and Michael Garrie in particular did a great job at making it all happen. I would definitely be going to them again first if I need any additional roof work.

It went great. The workers were awesome.

Pretty well. After the inspection I was emailed several pictures of my roof. The staff involved in the whole endeavor was very professional. I asked for and received some business cards that I will give to my neighbors.

Overall we were very pleased with them. It probably was a fair price. They were very responsive. The problem we had, did not get fixed the first time and we told them that and they came back and they worked on things. We hired them to do additional work and they came back to followup on that.

Wonderful experience and very happy with the service provided. Purchased the deal and had the appointment for a roof inspection and minor repair prior to Hurricane Michael. During the two day of constant rain, noticed a small leak in the garage. Scheduling the appointment was very quick and the communications was some of the best I have seen. The tech arrived and performed a detailed inspection. Found a minor issue that caused the leak and fixed it. They provided a detailed report, with photos, and provided a estimate if the repair performed did not solve the issue. No hard selling of additional services. Would highly recommend them and will add them to my list to call for future effort.

It was a bait and switch. He stood at my front door and he went up on the roof. I had had my chimney repaired, resealed, revitalized. I only need flashing replaced and probably the boots and we're going to replace maybe a couple of shingles, but no real work. Under the eaves, I wanted to replace vinyl because it rots out and it was beginning to show its age. He came back and told me and my husband both, at our front door that the repairs to the roof would be probably at most $1300. We're talking two bedroom, two and a half bath, it's only about 1800 square feet, one story. I asked him if he could forward the email. But then he sends us this email that breaks down like for example, in order to do the repairs, they have to take all the gutters down and that they are not going to maintain any responsibility for any damage that may occur to those gutters and that they don't like the fact that we had screen guards instead of the leaf guard system. So then they wanted another $1900 to put up the gutter system. Then there was extra work that came from nowhere. I believe the bill was well over $5000, after he had already told us $1300. I was livid. I wasn't livid at Angie's List. He had an 'A' rating. He kept trying to tell me that my roof was showing older hail storm. I had contacted State Farm years ago when we had the bad hail storm and they gave me three roofers that they knew were honest to go look and all three of them came back and said there was not much damage. So this guy was also pushing me to file a claim with State Farm and he said I could knock at least $1000 of the price. I had to call him twice to get a response from him on was he going to tell us what he thought or not and he kept saying that it was in his boss' hands and he would get back to me. My husband was just completely livid. What I did was, I contacted my State Farm agent and asked him to recommended some roofers. One of them is now putting together something. It's almost as if their intention was just to kind of scam you. Bait and switch is the only way I can think of to describe it because I've just never seen anything like that. I would be very wary of that company on my site. He said he wanted to do a complete exterior inspection. He did that, for the Angie's List deal. He said he sealed exposed nail heads, but then he told me that my roof was stapled and he has never seen that before. He said he sealed all penetrations. But, I didn't have any leakage inside the house, in the roof. He said he repaired nail pops and again he said our roof was put on staples. He estimated for replacing "improperly installed chimney flashing." Well, chimney people just stick it onto the mortar, that's how they do it and then they tell you to call the roofer to have it done differently if you want. That has just been my experience in business, doing so many houses and everyone had a chimney. He said to replace that and then to "replace rotten wood." That was really supposed to be a simple scope of the job that he told me initially was going to be $1300. He didn't do any work. He just looked and took pictures. When he said it's put together with staples, I said, "Well, did you seal all the staples?" He goes, "There is no way you can seal the staples." I said, "This house was built in 1994, if so, I would have leaks somewhere, and I have none." They contacted me back quickly, but then it took him two weeks to send me his bid. I called him three times actually to ask where the bid was. It took a long time to get me the bid. I would warn people about that company. I don't remember him being excessively late or early or anything. He was going to call me before he came and then he never called. I don't really have a problem with that, my problem really was just the way he did the bid. That was where the real problem was. He was a nice guy, I had no problems with that.

Great, they were responsive, professional, and did a great job

It went really well. They were very responsive, I think I received a phone call within a couple of hours of my initial online inquiry. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and helpful. A technician came out a couple of days later to assess the situation - the company even reviewed it with me online using the 360 photos that the technician took, so we could discuss everything over the phone, all while looking at the same things on my house, super cool. They put me on the schedule and everything was done within about a week. My ONLY constructive criticism is to make sure to keep the customer posted if something changes with the appointment. I received a call on a Monday morning, telling me that the work was going to be done within a window that afternoon, I even received an email calendar invitation so that we could both have it on our schedules. However, no one showed, I didn't receive a phone call, and then the next morning, I was startled awake out of bed super early by them working on the gutters. I definitely would've appreciated a heads up that they weren't able to make it out Monday afternoon, but would be coming Tuesday morning (early) instead. Not a huge deal, since everything else was great, worth noting though.
