Excellent! Office staff picked up my call immediately, scheduled a consultation within 48 hours, sent a confirmation email and confirmation phone call the day before the appt. Tech showed up on time, fixed the problem quickly and could not have been more thorough in explaining his findings. Followed up with a full report including many photos of the roof and the issue. Would definitely call again, pleasure to work with.

They were extremely responsive even though it was a small job. They worked us in within 2 hours of calling and repaired the damage on the spot. They were very punctual and professional taking pictures and showing me the damage and what repairs were needed. Would definitely use again.

Fantastic. These guys are total pros and have a great deal of knowledge on their craft. Any issues we had were promptly taken care of. They have gone above and beyond to help with our roof replacement.

The roofers showed up early Saturday morning shouting cuss words and profanities. They damaged my neighbor's house throwing off shingles. They damaged my siding. They damaged my porch. They left a giant tree branch in the bag yard with empty Gatorade bottles and plastic bags. Needless to say I was pretty upset. They came out to cover the siding since it was raining but other then that it was endless calendar requests, phone calls, running around that was so unnecessary and stressful in order to get them to fix the damages. They also charged me quite a bit more for the roof and some other items I was hoping to get done, but further into the process I realized they were not the company I thought they were. They sprayed chemicals on my home without me knowing and removed fascia without my approval...and then sent a bill later in the day for ~$1200 more in charges that I had not approved. I would NOT recommend this company. In addition to all of this, my front porch light stopped working so I had my electrician come look at it. He went into the attic and asked if the roof had been worked on as the wire had been snapped in my attic from people walking on the tresses and replacing OSB board. There was an active live split wire between my walls due to the roofers' negligence for the past three months.

Technician completed the job but missed that the wood siding of the house was too close to roofing shingles which caused siding rot. This is a roofing issue as there is a question of whether flashing is appropriately placed in the effected area. A general contractor brought this to our attention after Signature inspected the roof. Aside from this, some nail pops were addressed and chimney flashing caulked. Isaac was able to give us his impressions about the age and longevity of the roof. Not bad for 39 bucks.

They did a quite adequate job. It hasn't leaked and we've had a couple of serious rains since then.

Michael the owner guided us through the entire process. Their knowledge, responsiveness and professionalism was impressive.

Was suppose to come on Friday but didn't make it. Came on Saturday started and completed the job the same day. Roof looks very nice. The men was very nice and polite and finished the work in a timely manner.

They left a pallet of leftover shingles that I moved to the curb because it was in the way of my son's basketball hoop. After two weeks enough people took them that the garbage men then dumped the pallet. Still waiting on confirmation on the painting that is to be done. Not good with communication.

They gave me excellent feedback on the state of the roof and helped me make a plan to address issues.

Service person went up and took pictures of leaking area and gave quote to fix. After ok, service person went to get parts came back and install them. Thought the deal I bought for $100.00 would cover the repair, but instead it was more like $100 towards a $450 repair.

What a great experience. It was July 5th and it's been raining non stop so I thought it could be a while to get an appointment. I spoke to Whitney in thw morning and she was able to send Zach out later that afternoon. Great communication from her to call me back and confirm they could fit me in. Zach was professional and very personable. I would definitely use them again.

Job completed satisfactorily. All technicians were friendly and respected my property.

Roof was worked on but repairs were ineffective. Additional cost required to get it right. Replacement of siding was expensive and final siding color did not properly match existing color.

The agreed upon work was done properly. Documentation for repairs was provided. Sales manager was then attempting to sell me a new gutter system and new roof. But in his discussion, he admitted that the roof had about another 5 years of use left. Gave me ballpark estimates for a new roof and gutter system. Did not appreciate the upsell.

The repair was completed on time and we have not had any other issues with our roof.

Had to reschedule twice. Once the practitioner finally showed up, the visit was very professional and cared about ensuring that he addressed our potential leak. Won't know for sure whether the fix worked until after the next soaking rain.

Discussion with Issac Hinton of Superior Roofing - The service is not appropriate for 1623 Coddle Creek Roof and he suggested the cost of service be refunded from Angie's List.

They were quick to respond to fix some shingles that had come off during a wind storm before it began raining.

We were very disappointed that they may no attempt to come back and correct the problem.
