We picked Shine Charlotte because of the local recommendations which were very hard to find. I only found them when I talked to Kristen's dad who told me to go to goggle maps. Shine's web site is horrible and shows no local recommendations or experience but rather a huge conglomerate. I make decisions on WHO will do the work not a national franchise. Evan and Jesse did a great job and were very conscientious in cleaning our roof which was very challenging because of its size, height, and steep slope. Its to bad the Shine franchise website doesn't allow local reviews or pictures - a before and after photo of our roof would really validate how good Shine of Charlotte is.

Shine of Charlotte did a phenomenal job! They went above and beyond to make the windows look perfect for my condo's sale. From start to finish they handled things professionally.
