Very well listens and repaired fascia rotted wood properly to paint . Pressure washed house and deck for prep. Nice work all neighbors are impressed! Before drab and plain white now pops with color grey and teal!

Franklin, Hose and Glenda did a very fine job. They made sure what I needed done was done. They even did more painting then what was planned. They were well mannered and courteous.

Frankie and his team were wonderful to work with. They provided a fair price and performed their work in a professional manner. All went wonderfully. The job was done efficiently, and looked great! I worked most of the time they were at our home, and they were very trustworthy throughout their job. I mentioned that I was so pleased with their work, I was going to get in touch with them soon to do more work, including our front door. Within 2 hours I got a pic text of our front door-done! I will be using their services again...!

Excellent job done by Franklin with attention to detail for the caulking and the paint. We are very picky about the work done in our place and he was very accommodating and took care of all of our concerns.

I am not a review-writer...but what Franklin & SCS have done to transform my ‘50s-style ranch is so INCREDIBLE, I can’t resist. We initially hired SCS to paint our interior (walls, trim, ceilings). Seeing what they were able to accomplish in 1 day, however, we asked them to come back for our exterior windows/doors, fence & deck. THAT’S how great it looked, guys...we went all-in. I truly cannot recommend this crew highly enough - they are professional, timely, detail-oriented & absolutely fair w/ pricing. When the deck stain I picked (my fault!) was not a perfect match to the fence, Franklin went above & beyond to help make it right. Our exterior work was just completed today, & I’ve already referred them to several clients of our landscaping business & in our neighborhood. This company gave us a brand new home, inside & out; needless to say, we could not be happier w/ the level of service we received. 👍

Highly recommend Frankie and his team for your painting and drywall needs. He was friendly, reliable, and did great work for a fraction of the cost. He painted the interior of our whole house and removed 8 speakers and various knobs from the walls. We are very pleased with his work and price!

Extremely well. Franklin and his team did a fantastic job at improving our space. Our walls had become dated with cracks and other blemishes taking away from its luster. They now beam with new life.

EXCELLENT! Franklin was a pleasure to work with and we will hire him again for future painting or handyman projects! His quote was very reasonable and we appreciated the use of quality products. He prepared and repaired all the walls, as well as, perfectly repaired the ceiling caused by new electrical installation. He arrived on time, completed the project on time, and was professionally meticulous. We have extensive molding throughout the house and multiple rooms with coffered ceilings; his color transitions were seamless. We also appreciated his friendliness and patience when a color change was needed. Franklin is professional, friendly, and has a outstanding work ethic!

I was impressed with Franklin the owner of SCS Painting CO he was professional and on time. They painted my living, dining, family rooms, kitchen, foyer and loft. SCS was quick and neat I thought it would take a week to complete the work, they finished in two and a half days. SCS Painting replaced all my blinds and made sure all areas were clean before leaving my property. Glenda his assistant was spot-on with trim work. Franklin and I did a walk thru and fixed all the areas I pointed out also the ones I didn't see. Franklin's customer service is outstanding he threw in a free patio pressure washing and offered to paint my pantry. I most state again SCS PAINTING CO is Excellent!!

Perfect ! Franklin is a very nice person and very professional! He was always on time. He kept the project site tidy at all times. He always went above and beyond and he kept me informed of the project.

He responded very quickly to our project and had a very fair price. this is the second project we used him for and will call him again in the future.

Franklin and crew were very disciplined workers. We were looking for not only good workmanship but good craftsmanship and SCS provided both. Partial replacement of old, obsolete Masonite siding was done well to the house and shed. The exterior of the house and shed was washed and painted. The deck, tree house and swing were washed and refinished, The driveway and sidewalk were powerscrubbed. Walkaround on job completion pointed out minor discrepancies which were gladly and immediately corrected. Check written to honest and Godly Family Man.

We were extremely pleased with FRANKLIN ANDRADE. He was very prompt with estimates and reasonably priced. The work was completed quickly and with minimum disruption. We are planning to hire for several additional painting projects.

Excellent. Franklin showed up quickly and right on schedule for the estimate. He measured the walls and was very thorough in figuring his costs. He patiently waited while I obtained five estimates and provided the necessary documentation when I asked him for his liability insurance provider. Franklyn showed up every day on schedule ready to go. There was a lot of work in a hot garage as another heat wave came through during the week. He worked all day from Tuesday through Friday and even came on Saturday morning to do some finish work. He was very professional and receptive to all my requests. He is friendly and easy to talk to. Never expected the garage to look as good as it does now. The drywall and paint look great and he did an excellent job cleaning up after he was finished. I would not hesitate to hire him again.
