He and his team showed up on time everyday for almost two weeks and kept everything spotless as they worked. They did a great job and the quality was excellent. I highly recommend Franklin!

+ -1 moreFranklin and his team were fabulous. They did meticulous work and corrected unsightly ceiling cracks perfectly. The trim looks clean and precisely edged, with gaps expertly caulked before painting. They generously painted several areas that were not in the contract. Now my older home looks up to date and like new. What a joy to have found such a professional team. They were reasonably priced too! In the spring I will have them paint the exterior as well.

+ 2 moreIt went very well!. Franklin, who owns the company, was very prompt in responding to my request for a quote. He took his time explaining how his company operates and how he would propose to do our project. The most important thing to communicate is how good Franklin is to work with. He is extremely patient and kind and willing to do whatever is necessary to do the job well. The project went well and we are very pleased with the results. Franklin and his workers were careful to prep everything well and this project needed a lot of prep work including caulking all of the crown molding and base boards and sanding walls as needed. Instead of going into all the details it is simplest to say that our house has been transformed! We are happy with the results and thankful for all the extra things Franklin did to make this project a success.
Description of Work: Interior painting (entire first floor, stairwell, 2nd floor hallway, and handrails and spindles for stairwell and 2nd floor hallway), installation of shoe molding (entire first floor), exterior painting (front porch including upper railing and columns, front and rear doors, shutters, dormers, garage door, screened in porch inside and outside, and staining the deck boards), pressure washing the entire house as well as the stone patio, driveway and sidewalk.

+ 0 moreThe first painting company that came in did let’s say less than a gods job. I basically had to ask them to leave. Then I called Franklin at SCS Painting Company. He came in and assessed everything that needed to be fixed and finished. Was very understanding and provided me a quote with a very reasonable price His Team was there on the following Tuesday and was done in just two days! They were very professional and clean and did an amazing job. We did a walkthrough and I wrote the entire check after completion instead of the usual pay half deposit before the job is finished. I would highly recommend this company for any painting needs you may have!

Description of Work: It is not often that the most cost efficient solution is the best solution but I truly believe that to be the case with Franklin and SCS Painting. Not only do they do quality work but they are good people that you can trust. I had a fairly large job so they were here 8-9 days and they arrived on time each morning and worked hard until the time they left each evening. Franklin (the owner) was on site for most of the project and at a minimum checked in throughout the day to make sure I was pleased with the progress. Franklin even fixed some other things around my house that were unrelated to the initial project (fixed a cabinet, hung a bike rack, installed towel racks, re-sealed two exterior doors, etc...). I received 4 project quotes before selecting SCS and I will not hesitate to use them again. Franklin also referred me to a interior decorator as I needed help with picking my paint colors and she was also excellent, Heidi Maria Williams at Vatiche. Franklin can connect you with her if you need a paint color consult. Overall great experience and I cannot recommend Franklin and his team enough!

+ 0 moreThis group of painters were completely professional! They came every morning at 8 am and worked nonstop until 6-6:30 pm . They were entirely trustworthy, and very hardworking! Not to mention nice. Everyday they cleaned up their workspace so no mess left. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again... and they offer handyman service’s also. They built shelves in the garage, and can tackle a variety of services.

Description of Work: Franklin and his crew did a great job on a large project. Painted our entire home top to bottom, completed garage drywall and painted and fixed many issues left for us by the sellers, unbeknownst to us. Franklin is a man of his word and wants the customer to be happy. In addition, he and his crew cleaned our home for a 2nd time after an unrelated flooring contractor made a mess and left it. Not only did he clean, he also went back and caulked and repainted trim that was damaged by the unrelated contractor. So great to find a contractor that takes pride in their work, wants to make the customer happy and completes the job by cleaning up after themselves. I would not hesitate to hire him again and will have him on speed dial. Thanks Franklin and crew!
