S&G Carpet Cleaning

Description of Work: I lived temporarily in Hawthorne Apartments in Charlotte/Mint Hill NC and contacted the apartment complexes carpet cleaning service. Paul, the owner was cleaning a vacated apartment for the next rental. He agreed to same day service and did an excellent above and beyond what I requested (for the same quoted) price. Very nice and professional. A few months later, I moved into our newly built home. The dogs tracked red mud all over our house that was 72hours old. In a panic, I called Paul, and he came out within 3 hours and cleaned it all up without a hint that the mud was ever there. (RED MUD is very tough to get out). He charged me an extremely reasonable price, especially for all the red mud he had to remove and the emergency visit within 3 hours of my initial call. So far he has always done the work himself and he take great pride in his quality. In fact, I just hired him again for 2 days from now! He also cleaned one of my upholstered chairs.
