Joshua Parrot the owner of SAFE HOME SECURITY FROM CHARLOTTE OR HOSPITALITY CAMERA is nothing but a fraud and a liar, I gave him a job for 2 hotels to put 32 cameras in each property, and paid him $16K for this job, and before I gave him the job, I told him that I currently have a system which is good, but old and tired, so I want to replace and get the best commercial grade cameras, night vision, and an NVR/DVR which holds recording up to 30 days, he also sent the tech to see our property, and he promised us they will do everything and it will be much better system. He also promised us that we will be able to see the cameras on our existing desktops but nothing was true, once the installation completed, nothing worked for 2 months, then he forced us to buy 3 new 4K TV?s, HDMI cables and a 3 way switch, and that also he did not come to install, instead of that my electrician completed his work. When the system was installed in first 2 weeks one of the brand new camera died.

It was good, Clarence did a great job and went above and beyond.

The companys representative (Clarence) was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and well-spoken. He even pre-measured and helped the installers when needed. If or when we needed to contact the company for assistance he responded quickly and statistically answered any question asked. If he did not know the answer, he found it. I highly recommend this company for your security needs.

They knocked a hole in the ceiling and said they would send someone to fix it. It has been a week and a half but they haven't sent anyone yet. At last contact they said they were still looking for someone.

The 2 young men that came to my home and installed my system was very polite and professional. Josh had me install the app for the system and made sure i knew how to use it once the install was complete. Both Josh and T are hard workers. Made sure my cameras were aimed exactly where i needed them. I highly recommend this company. Kudos to these young men.

Joshua at Safe Home is outstanding and they are unique in our experience with contractors in that they do an outstanding job of staying in contact, before, during and after the job. In fact, we are going to have them add a couple more cameras soon. Great company and their pricing was below other companies bids for the job and we have a good confidence on the quality of the components that Safe Home installed.
