Roof -M- All

By far one of the best companies I've worked with took care of the roof and then years later after a storm there was a leak they came out fixed it with no questions and stood by their work.

We were pleased with the quality and timeliness of the work overall, but numerous times there were expectations set that were not kept in the end.

From the early stages it was a pleasure to work with Roof-M-All, and their entire team. Having several neighbors that also had roof damage from May 2019 hail storm, we noted Roof-M-All as one of the companies doing replacement work. We met Field Representative Beattie Mullikin, who we spoke with and worked together to coordinate one of the Roof-M-All team members to meet at our home, when our Field Inspector from our insurance company was coming to inspect our roof. Both parties climbed and reviewed the roof together, so it was a seamless process. Roof-M-All waited patiently (but did provide documents for us to begin our review/consideration) while our insurance company quickly reviewed the inspection report and proceeded with the approval. As soon as approved Beattie met with us to go over documents in detail, as well as brought out samples of shingle color options we were considering. The Production Manager, Chad, was attentive to scheduling our work, and did a good job, watching weather and actually being able to move us up one day when the weather patterns changed for the better. Over the two day process, Angel's crew that handled our roof, was punctual, professional, detailed in their work. The first night we noted that the Directv satellite had been knocked slightly off, and one of the crew members there later awaiting a ride, was quick to grab ladder, and climb up to work with me on resolving the issue. They did a great job on the roof, the downspout replacements and were fantastic in their clean up. Very thorough, and you would not have been able to tell (other then the new roof) that they had even been there for two days working. They really ensured they picked up every piece of material from the areas surrounding our home. Beattie did a great job on follow up near close of the second day, we walked the property, he asked all the right questions to make sure we were pleased with the process, and even gave some instructions for us to watch over upcoming days, make sure no issues arise, contact him after first rainstorm to ensure that all looked good, etc. We highly reccommend using Roof-M-All should you find yourself needing to replace your roof.

I typically do not write reviews but Roof-M-All did an excellent job and deserve kudos. They recently replaced my entire roof. Right from the beginning until the end, they were very professional, answered all questions and kept us in the center. They worked with my insurance company and walked us through all the process and made the entire process very simple. Not only did they provide great service, they also use quality product with a 50 year warranty and are master roofers. They did not charge me anything upfront. They collected the checks as my insurance company issued them and collected my deductible after the job was 100% completed to my satisfaction. The actual crew (8 to 12 folks) was very professional and they completed the entire job in a single day. There was minor damage to my flowering bed and they compensated me to fix it and made it right. Overall, I am very satisfied with Roof-M-All and want to give a big shout to "Beattie Mullikin" @ Roof-M-All for working with us from beginning to end and providing excellent customer service.

Overall it went ok. Except for that one leak I didn't see any other issues.

From the estimate to completing they were fair, responsive and delivered on what they promised they would do

I love these guys! They handled all the insurance details, met the adjuster here at our house, and made the process amazingly smooth. Not only was their workmanship excellent, but they also did a great job of keeping us informed along the way. The Sales and Office staff, roofers and owner were all likable and professional. I fully expected this to be a hassle, but thanks to Chad, F*, and Shawn, and the rest of their crew everything was planned and executed professionally, expeditiously, and beautifully.

Very Well. They did a great job, on time, at quoted price. I was very pleased with all aspects of their work.

The actual roofing job was fine once they finished but the installation process was a disaster. Every exit from my house was blocked by debris but I had to get a letter in the mailbox. The walk to the mailbox was fine but coming back I stepped on a hidden roofing nail and it went all the way through the sole of my shoe and about an inch into my foot. Had to go to the hospital ER for a tetanus shot. While at the hospital, a big storm came up and when I got home there was water all throughout my kitchen because the tarp they had used for a temporary covering had blown off. What a mess!

They upgraded to a higher grade of shingle at no extra charge. Installed and cleaned up in one day. No issues since. It was been at least 3 years and it still looks great.

They cleaned up after they took out the old roof. The price was a little high.

Haven't had any leaks. Patient waiting for insurance check. Completed job as said.

The work turned out wonderful. I can't say enough about them. Their price was cheap, and the day the job was scheduled, they sent 16 young Mexican men, and they got on the house. They had a whole new roof put on my house in 4 hours, and they had left by lunch time. My brother-in-law is in contracting, and when I told him that Mexicans did the job, he said that I should have hired Americans to do the job. The workers were Mexicans but the owners were American. I told him that they did a good job, and it was reasonable. One of their sales man, came through the neighborhood one Saturday afternoon, and said that they were in the area repairing roofs, and there was hail damage on roofs in the neighborhood, and they could get us a new roof, and the insurance would pay for it. He told me to ask them to come and they would show them the hail damage. The insurance came out, and I had a new roof. I didn't pay a penny for it.

It was really good. It was a really good experience. There were very timely responding to all my questions. They were very quick in getting the work accomplished. The price was competitive.

The service turned out okay. They came and made sure that they cleaned up around the house as they were leaving. I had no problems with any of the work that they did.

They're fantastic. He's an excellent and nice. He did his work very well and very neat. He had a great crew. He did probably over 20 houses in our neighborhood or more and there's only a hundred houses here. It went through insurance so we don't have to put anything into a pocket and he didn't take any deductible. He basically didn't take anyone's deductible which was nice. He's great.

They were terrible. They did it improperly. It cost me about $10,000 to repair my house and they would not even think about taking care of anything. They did not the flash the roof correctly and as a result the water came in behind my siding and brought it out my studs. I called them to come over and the owner of the company was obnoxious. He even tried to charge me for getting up on the roof and check it. I would never let him touch my house again. The contractor who repaired my house said it would definitely cost me for the work they didn’t do properly. The roof cost me about $6500 and the repair for the damage cost me about $10,000.

Came at 7:30am with complete crew. Covered plants with very large tarps for protection and to collect old roofing materials. Took old shingles and roofing materials off roof, filled up a trailer to haul off old materials. Began installing new roofing. Crew manager took requests from us on the spot and directed his crew with our special requests. Job complete and cleaned up by 3:00pm. Inspection by company manager later that day. Came back the next day to repair one issue related to a/c ductwork. Would recommend this company to anyone.

The sales team was helpful, knowledgeable, and more important - listened. They worked well with our homeowners insurance and walked us through the process step-by-step. The job was started and completed when promised. Company representatives even came back several times to make sure that the job was done to our satisfaction.

They were very quick to come, assess the situation, and quick to come and do it. They used high quality materials. I was pleased overall. Pretty much everyone was the same price when I asked for estimates. It was hard to get a hold of them. The professionalism was an A for most of the time except for the guy who was peeing in my bushes as my daughter was coming up the driveway. They were very apologetic, but I didn't like that one bit. The foreman, the man in charge, was absolutely very professional. I would call them again.

05/22/2012 Roof-M-All installed a new roof on my residence at 8204 Hornwood Court, Charlotte, NC. Cost of installation was $5205.00. Installation was completed on 10/08/2010. Warranty coverage includes a 30 year shingle manufacturer warranty, a 5 year labor warranty, and a 110 MPH wind coverage. Approximately, 2 months ago, a small water stain appeared on the living room ceiling. I placed a call and left a message with Roof-M-All?s answering service concerning the problem. Roof-M-All did not return my call. Approximately 1 month ago, I noticed that the stain was growing larger and mold spots were appearing on the ceiling and wall. I placed another call and left a message with Roof-M-All concerning the problem. Roof-M-All did not return my call. On May 20, the roof was inspected by a license building contractor. The contractor determined that the flange under the shingles near the chimney was not installed properly, allowing water to leak into the area above the ceiling. I placed a call to Roof-M-All on Sunday and spoke with women from their answering service and explained the situation. I placed another call on Monday to Mr. Russell Harpst, Managing Partner of Roof-M-All, explaining the urgency of situation. Mr. Harpst has not returned my call. Storms are forecast for the Charlotte area this week (05/20 to 5/26); It is in imperative that repairs are made as soon as possible to prevent further damage.

So far, they have been great, but they haven't done anything yet. They will be doing my roof next week. They came out two times for the quote, and one of them was during the month of July. I called them back again after I had gotten my insurance checks for my claim. I talked to them in the beginning of December. My experience with getting the quote went very well. I decided to go with them for their pricing, professionalism and thoroughness.

The sales process was thorough but not high pressure--professional would be a good way to describe it. One of their competitors, basically showed up, wrote a bid, and said "call me". What a joke. Because of a delay completing another job, my installation was rescheduled. This was communicated well, in advance, and with great interest in accomodating our needs. Because of the Sun Tube installation I wanted to be there to complete my side of the work. We pushed it back one day without issue. The crew was large, showed up 10 minutes before the scheduled time and finished mid-afternoon. Most of the homeowners in my neighborhood employed companies whose crews weren't as large and needed two days to complete the work. I can't tell you how convienent it was having the work done in just 8 hours. With the exception of the new shingles and just a couple of small pieces of old roofing felt caught in the bushes, you would not have known they were there--clean-up far exceeded my expectation. There was no damage to property or lanscaping. Roof M All used products superior to the other two companies I considered (both highly rated on Angie's List and in business for decades) and their price was in the middle of the range. The high and low were separated by just $500. Calls of the course of the process were returned within an hour. The handling of insurance checks, return of invoice payment receipts and return of the excess insurance funds all occured promptly. In fact, it appears they turned around everything the same day it was received. From conversations with 3 neighbors and observing ~10 other roof replacements on the street, I'd say Roof M All offers tremendous, if not the greatest, value in the area. The only thing I would change is the website. It needs to be updated with their current office address and provide an email address to contact them.

I did not spend any money for the estimate. They were at the next door looking at my neighbor's roof. I shouted over and asked them as to what my roof looked like. They were very happy to come over and take a look at my roof. They were very pleasant but their estimate was very high. They were very professional. I cannot comment anything about their promptness or punctuality because they were right at the next door and there wasn't any time that was scheduled to meet them. They were very friendly and were willing to come over to take a look at my roof. I cannot say anything bad about them. They responded right back.

Roof M All was thorough and professional. Too often one hears a sales pitch over the phone that sounds too good to be true; theirs was one. However, in asking others that heard of Roof M All I heard only positive things. The fact that the insurance agent stated that they never heard a negative and only had positive experience gave me courage to use Roof M All. Let?s now move onto the actual project itself. The crew rolled up in front of my home on time, all of them. I believe the count was twelve or so. As I watched the crew execute the removal and installation, I was impressed at the cooperation that the crew demonstrated. The younger members only showed respect to the more experienced all the while seemingly being in a good mood in the hot sun. It made me in a good mood. To our surprise there was a bat or two deciding that the soffit area was a good place to reside. I did not even have to ask. I heard some grumbling regarding odor, as there was some, but what I saw was unexpected and appreciated. Their guys cleaned it up and professionally trimmed the area so that ejected residents could not return. I honestly expected to hear, ?We can fix that for you if you want but it will cost you.? Nope. If your crew saw something wrong then they fixed it. I never once had to point out something. My job is actually to seek out mistakes to fix. I almost thought I had them once but before I said anything they were on it. The craftsmanship and pride is simply extra-ordinary, truly. When neighbors came by to comment on the house and how great the color looked, one comment stood out. One person commented that they never heard of the fabric being used on my house. I had to admit to myself that I had not either. However, a quick Internet search proved informative. The fabric was top notch and a much higher grade than all the other neighbors having their house?s roof replaced from the hail damage. The result was what was promised from the first call from Roof M All. Despite what sounded as an over sell and under deliver, my experience was the opposite. My home is now protected with a far superior roof with an applied installation beyond that of the common. ? Thank you.
