Ron Hiatt was recommended by my realtor and was very pleasant to work with.  He provided an inspection within a few days of the first phone call, and was able to point out and explain to me, during his visit, several items needing attention.  He identified that settling of the foundation would need to be addressed, and recommended a contractor for next steps.  The inspection report was ready within a week and provided photo documentation of issues, along with suggestions for resolution, that I was able to pass along to the contractors.  With the inspections and estimates for the work, I was able to obtain a price reduction on the home purchase.Ron did not provide detailed plans for the repair work, but did give me a good inspection, a prompt report, and several key recommendations for prioritizing the repairs and getting them done; furthermore he was professional and courteous throughout.  I might have hoped for a slightly faster turnaround on the report, but overall was well-satisfied with the process and outcome.  Highly recommended and I would hire him again.

He was wonderful, he knew what he was talking about, he was courteous and professional and seemed intelligent in his work and I would recommend him to everyone.
